Chapter 52
But the next second, her lips were sealed.
"You said you wouldn't touch me." Susie's voice was full of dissatisfaction with Matt breaking his word.
"But this little wildcat's claws have been teasing my heart all along." Matt's voice was husky.
Gian, sitting in the passenger seat, pretended to be casual but adjusted the rearview mirror.
Just in time to get a clear view of Matt and Susie making out in the back seat of the van.
"This is quite a show." Gian's lips curved slightly as he looked at Somme, who was driving.
Somme looked annoyed. "I should've picked the passenger seat today. Damn it, you're driving next time."
"We'll see." Gian waved his hand.
After who knows how long, Gian's eyes were even getting a bit sore, but the two in the back seat seemed tireless.
Finally, the car slowly stopped in front of the upscale French restaurant.
Gian and Somme got out of the car one after another.
Gian handed Somme a cigarette. "Wanna bet whether Matt and Susie will get out of the car after we finish this cigarette?"
"Let's hope so."
Somme flicked his lighter and lit the cigarette in his hand.
Gian and Somme even had a boring competition to see whose smoke rings were rounder.
"We're not waiting until the restaurant closes. Let's just go home."
After finishing one cigarette, Somme glanced at his watch.
Just then, the back door finally opened.
Matt got out first, then gently helped Susie out.
Susie's face was flushed with an unusual redness.
Gian and Somme exchanged glances, smiling mischievously.
"Let's go, my dear little wildcat." Matt gently offered his arm.
"Let me be a gentleman, and you be a lady," Matt said to Susie with a smile.
Susie took Matt's arm and walked toward the main entrance of the French restaurant.
"So, did you notice her walk is a bit different?" Gian whispered to Somme.
Somme nodded. "You're such a bad guy, you know exactly why."
The French restaurant was on the top floor of the building, with window seats overlooking the city's night view.
The reservation had been made in advance.
"Mr. Matt, this way please." The waiter led Matt and Susie to seats by the floor-to-ceiling windows.
"The view here is really beautiful." Susie looked down at the city's night scene with emotion.
"You're more beautiful than the view," Matt said with a smile, handing the menu to Susie.
"My lovely little wildcat, what would you like to eat?" Matt smiled.
"I'll have this then." Susie picked two dishes that looked good in the pictures.
"Alright, we'll have those, plus the house special." Matt returned the menu to the waiter.
"Certainly, sir. Please wait a moment." The waiter politely left.
At a table diagonally across, Gian casually flipped through the menu, finally too lazy to continue. "Give me the most expensive thing, three orders, thanks."
Then he couldn't help complaining about Matt and Susie by the window. "Does Matt find us annoying? We could've been closer to that window."
Sim said, "Maybe Matt thinks you're too noisy."
Gian protested, "Nonsense, I'm clearly the quietest one among the guys."
He even tried to get Somme, sitting across from him, to back him up. "Somme, don't you think so?"
"Oh, I think everyone knows the answer to that."
Everyone laughed.
"What are the guys talking about? They seem really happy." Susie stared at the boys not far away.
Matt sounded a bit sour. "I specifically wore a burgundy custom suit today and even put gel in my hair. So, can't that catch your attention?"
"Maybe it's because I just saw you without clothes, so I'm a bit visually tired now." Susie deliberately teased Matt.
"That sounds a bit ridiculous." Matt said in a low voice.
"Unless you're willing to go to the bathroom with me right now to explain."
"This is a restaurant. Put away those dirty thoughts."
At that moment, Susie stared at Matt in front of her.
"You're the one thinking wild thoughts."
"Fine, I hope so." Susie spread her palms.
But then Matt grabbed her left wrist tightly.
"Oh, what are you doing?"
"I think I have something private to say that's not convenient to discuss here." Matt lowered his voice.
He gently pulled Susie up from her seat.
"I hope there's a big couch in the bathroom."
Matt shaped his fingers into a gun, pretending to be a kidnapper holding Susie hostage.
This was a role-playing game they often liked to play.
"I wonder if it's too late to beg for mercy now?" Susie said quietly to Matt behind her.
"Of course it's too late, because I've already decided to kill you," Matt warned in a cold voice.
"Where are those two going?" Gian was the first to notice Susie and Matt leaving their seats.
"I think they have something more important to do right now." Sim joked with a smile.
"So, the more important thing is in the bathroom?" Somme looked at Sim.
Gian got it too. "Then let's hope this restaurant's bathroom has a comfortable couch."
They all burst out laughing.
"Oh no, this is the nursing room."
At the bathroom entrance, Susie was pushed into the nursing room before the lights were even turned on.
"I looked around earlier, and there are no pregnant women or children in the restaurant. So, I think we're safe."
Matt gently bit Susie's ear.
"But we shouldn't be doing these things in a nursing room, should we?" Susie's eyes sparkled as she looked at Matt.
"Why not?" Matt asked back.
He placed his gun-shaped fingers on the little wildcat's forehead. "After all, you also need to take on the responsibility of nursing right now."
As he spoke, the hand on Susie's forehead slowly slid down.
Until it landed on Susie's soft chest.
"Oh, such an elegant restaurant, I feel like I'm defiling it," Susie said.
Matt's hand continued downward, landing between Susie's legs.
"Human desire, Adam and Eve, I think what we're about to do is sacred."
Susie's breathing began to quicken.
"So, are you ready to be kidnapped by me now?"
