Chapter 64 Took Me Away
Chapter 64 Took Me Away
Noah's POV
For a grown werewolf who had experienced sex, a full moon night was truly a pain to endure.
As soon as the moon started rising, I felt this crazy fire of desire burning inside me. So, I bolted to my room and slammed the door shut.
I turned on the faucet and drenched myself with cold water, but it didn't help at all.
So, I grabbed my cock and started rubbing it, but it was also useless. I wanted to be inside a woman. To be exact, I wanted to be inside Aria, to hear her scream and moan because of me.
Just thinking about it made me even harder. I wanted to rush to Aria's room and fuck her senseless, but I couldn't. She'd just lost a friend, and not only did I stop her from getting revenge, but I also said some pretty hurtful things to her.
Right now, I had no right to ask Aria for anything. Maybe enduring this night alone was my punishment for stopping her from avenging her friend.
Gritting my teeth, I locked the door and kept rubbing my cock. But instead of relief, my desire just got worse. Suddenly, I had an idea—I played an erotic video and tried to mimic what I saw on the screen.
In the middle of it, I thought I heard some noise outside the door, but I couldn't check it out now; I had to deal with this hard-on first.
By the time I finally came and my cock softened, it was almost dawn. I lay down for a bit, but I had this nagging feeling something was wrong. So, I got up and headed straight to Aria's room.
When I opened the door, I saw Aria sitting on the floor, and it felt like a punch to the gut.
I picked her up and put her on the bed. She looked up at me with sadness, her eyes filled with sadness, despair, and anger.
Then, out of nowhere, she lunged at my neck and bit down hard, making my whole body tremble.
"Aria! What are you doing?" I gritted my teeth through the pain, not daring to push her away.
Because I knew she was in a lot of pain, and I had to endure it with her.
"I know you're still hurting over Grace's death. If it makes you feel better, I can take it." I whispered in her ear. I wanted her to know that no matter what, I'd be there for her.
But she bit down even harder!
After a while, she finally let go of my neck.
With blood in her mouth, her eyes were filled with all sorts of emotions. "Noah, I hate you so much. I said I never wanted to see you again. Now get out of my room!"
She couldn't hate me. Everything I did was for her.
I couldn't let this misunderstanding go on, so I decided to explain, "Aria, I'm really sorry about Grace, but I stopped you from getting revenge because I was worried..."
"Enough! Get out," Aria cut me off.
Realizing she didn't want to hear my side of the story, I sighed, stood up, and took a step back. "I won't come near you. Just don't be mad, okay?"
"Noah, either you leave now and never show your face to me again, or I'll die right here," Aria glared at me with red, tear-filled eyes.
The Aria I knew was always so strong and full of life. I couldn't believe she was threatening me with her own life. It hurt to see how much she hated me.
The suffocating feeling in my chest grew stronger, turning into real pain. I turned away from her, trying to hold back my tears.
"You rest up. If you need anything, tell Owen," I said, clenching my fists to keep it together as I slowly walked out.
Thinking she probably didn't want to see Owen either, I added, "Or tell Aurora. I guess you don't want to see Owen either."
"Get out!" Aria screamed, throwing a pillow at me.
Given how things were between us, I knew I had to become stronger quickly. I needed to be able to stand up to Colton and the whole Blake family. Only then could I hand Harper over to Aria and let her get her revenge.
Aria's POV:
I drove Noah away. I never wanted to see that hypocritical jerk again. But I couldn't stop thinking about all the times we'd shared.
"Aria, last night we got interrupted. I think we can pick up where we left off," Lucien said, climbing in through the window like he always did, snapping me out of my thoughts.
When he saw my face, his smile vanished. "What happened?"
I opened my mouth, but my throat felt like it was on fire. Maybe it was better this way; I couldn't tell Lucien that my pain came from hearing Noah with another woman. That would just piss him off.
"Your eyes are so swollen. Stop crying. Be good," Lucien said softly, holding me close. "Who made you sad? I'll make them apologize."
I shook my head against his chest. It didn't matter anymore. I just wanted to leave this place and forget about using Noah to get close to Jason for revenge.
Noah was just one way to get my revenge, but not the only way. Even without him, I had other plans. If I could win Lucien's heart and use his power against the SilverBlade Pack, Jason would pay for what he did.
Without waiting for my answer, Lucien gently stroked my back.
"Take me away from here," I said, grabbing his shirt and looking up at him with a hoarse voice.
Lucien looked stunned and took a moment to react. "What did you say?"
I repeated, "Let's get out of here and never come back. Don't ask why, okay?"
"Okay!" Lucien nodded. "Finally, I can take you away from here."
