Chapter 125: The spell that didn't work, now what?
Selene went into her room to meet Lyall, who had already given Wahid his bottle and placed him to sleep:
"Lyall, where's the Dark Book? Give it to me."
"I will not give. Do you know how dangerous that book is? The spells written in it are totally forbidden in Sirion." Lyall is indifferent
"But Lyall, Sophia's life is at stake, she could die." Selene starts to get angry
"It would be very sad if that happened, so you'd better find another way to save the girl."
Lyall shows a side of himself that Selene hasn't seen before and it makes her very angry.
"Lyall, I'm not joking and I don't want to hurt you. Tell me where the Dark Book is."

"Dashell, use your powers and go to the forest of Niph and in the garden of my house there is a plant with black foliage, bring it to me. Come quickly"
"The Lycan king gave you the forbidden book and where is it?" Maeve asked, noticing that in Selene's hand was Freah's diary."

"What the hell! But now that you know, give us the diary." Maeve, with Nix's help, surrounds Selene, who quickly takes cover behind a force field.
Lyall, Jamal and even Grandma Rose enter the fray against the two witches. However, the werewolf from the village on the moon reveals something unintentionally
"You can't kill me, Nix. Then go away."
"But you're the one who called me in desperation, asking me to help you save your little sister."
"As you said yourself, I was desperate and thought that only dark magic could undo the curse."
"But it's true, only occult magic can save Sofia from the curse." Selene retorts as she attacks Nix who is distracted by looking at Jamal.
"You bastard! Nix stands up concentrating all her power around her, her eyes turn black and as she goes to attack Selene, Jamal steps in front of her.
"You know you can't kill me, so go away."
"Why can't she kill you, Jamal?" Selene eyebrows
"Didn't he tell you? We have a blood pact."
"What?" Rose looks at her grandson with an expression of surprise.
"I can explain."
Selene takes advantage of the distraction and manages to shock Nix using your powers, who faints on the spot. Maeve simply disappears, fearing what might happen to her too.
"I don't care why you made a pact with that malignant witch, you're definitely not welcome here anymore. Take Nix and go."
"I'm sorry!" Jamal picks Nix up and throws her over his shoulder, then takes one last look at Sophia and her grandmother before leaving.
"Where did you get lost, my grandson? It's my fault." Rose whispers mournfully
"Grandma Rose, don't ever say that, you did your best. You can't control feelings and what people think, it's no different with Jamal. Let's concentrate on Sophia now." Rose consents and soon Dashell appears in the room with the herb Selene asked for.
"I'll make the potion," she says as she finishes drawing a symbol on the floor.
A few minutes later she returns with the potion in hand to finish, asks Lyall to place the girl in the center of the symbol and after reciting the mantra and giving the potion into Sophia's mouth, they wait for the result which seems to have had no effect, much to Rose's dismay, Sophia's heart stops beating.
"It can't be. What have I done wrong?"
