Chapter 44: My Mother Is Alive!

Gabriella.

"Where is that girl?!!"

I opened my eyes when I heard a loud voice. I quickly sat up on the bed and looked outside my cell. A few moments later, I saw Alpha Arman and his Luna.

"You son of a bitch! You will do anything to get what you want! You tried to kill my daughter!" Alpha Arman yelled at me.

"Open the cell!! I'm going to kill that girl!!"

"It's not possible, Alpha Arman. We need to confirm first if she is the one who poisoned Luna Amanda," the warrior told him.

"You need to confirm? She was the only one with Amanda in the room! Isn't that evidence enough? That she was the only one who could do that to her!?" Alpha Arman questioned the warrior.

"Yes, but according to Alpha Javier, the councils and the elders will decide what will be her punishments."

I could clearly see the anger on Alpha Arman's face. I understand his anger, but there seemed to be something different about him.

"I will give her punishment now! Open this damn cell!!" he yelled again.

I tilted my head and stood up from the bed. I walked to face Alpha Arman. I looked at his Luna, I also saw his deadly look.

"You know what, Alpha Arman? Your daughter is like you, you are both insane, stupid, or what they call it? Lunatic!!" I calmly said which made him more annoyed.

"What did you say?"

"And deaf, too!"

I gave him a grin. I walked to go back to bed and sat again. I looked at Alpha Arman outside the cell.

I could see his eyes became red. He was very angry because of what I said. I saw his hands and arms grow as he tried to open the door of the cell where I was. I was not moved by what he was doing. I just watch him and what he will do. I know that I can protect myself. If he does something to me, he'll just be responsible for what I can do to him.

When my cell broke, he quickly attacked me. Using his large hands and arms, he grabbed my neck and lifted me. I just looked at him, emotionless.

"You will pay for what you have done to my daughter!" he yelled at me.

I gave him a grin, "If I were you, Alpha Arman, just go away if you don't want to regret what you will be doing to me," I warned him.

"Where do you get the courage to answer me like that?"

He raised his other hand. I know he will not hold back because of anger.

"Go ahead, Alpha Arman. Don't blame me for what will happen to you," I told him.

I felt his hands shaking. Any second, he can attack and hurt me.

"Alpha Arman!!"

Alpha Arman and I looked at the one who shouted, it was Alpha Viktor.

In an instant, Alpha Viktor reached our position. He held Alpha Arman's arm as they both stared at each other.

"She will pay for what she did to my daughter, Alpha Viktor! I don't care if she is your second chance mate!" Alpha Arman said angrily.

"Then, you also need to pay your sins to Gabriella, Alpha Arman!" Alpha Viktor replied, which left me puzzled.

"What are you talking about? I have no sins on her!" Alpha Arman said.

"Are you sure, Alpha Arman? What if I tell you that some of my warriors are in the White Moon Pack now?" Alpha Viktor informed him.

"Your warriors are in the White Moon? Why? What are the reasons you summoned then there?" Alpha Arman questioned him.

"They need to rescue an important individual in your Palace," Alpha Viktor replied.

"Rescue an individual in the Palace?"

"You are right, Alpha Arman. Do you want me to tell you who she is? In front of your Luna?" Alpha Viktor threatened him.

Alpha Arman was silent because of what Alpha Viktor said.

"What are you talking about, Alpha Viktor?" Alpha Arman's Luna asked in surprise.

Alpha Viktor looked at me and gave me a sweet smile.

"Your mother, Elizabeth, the former Luna of Blue River Pack, is alive, Gabriella!" he informed me.

I widened my eyes because of what Alpha Viktor said. I can not believe it! Is my mother alive?

"When I had the White Moon Pack investigate, I found out that Alpha Arman was hiding something inside the Palace, and it was your mother, Gabriella. She is unconscious now. We still don't know what your mother is doing in White Moon, but I make sure they will pay for it!" Alpha Viktor explained.

"Alpha Viktor. Get out of here," I ordered him. I know he knew what to do.

Alpha Viktor left quickly, and he told everyone to leave. But Alpha Arman's Luna remained.

I was able to hold Alpha Arman's arm because of what I found out. That was, the White Moon Pack did the attacks on our pack before!

I can't help myself. I don't care if my life was shortened, but Alpha Arman must pay for what he did to me, my family, and the entire members of the Blue River Pack!

Alpha Arman let go of my neck, but I was still holding him.

"Ahhh!" Alpha Arman and his Luna shouted.

I don't care what happens to them. Alpha Arman fell to his knees in front of me, writhing in pain from what I was doing. His old form gradually returned until he fell to the floor.

"You deserve that, Alpha Arman! You must pay what you have done to my parent and the whole Blue River Pack!" I said while looking sharply at him.

For the last time, I looked at Alpha Arman. Lying on the floor, unconscious. I calmed myself down and walked out of the cell. On my way out, I saw Alpha Viktor. waiting for me. I approached him, and when I was close, I felt a convulsion and fell to the floor.
