Chapter 78

Ariel's POV

"What do you mean he got away?" Landon asked. Brandon and Landon were both looking confused about what Laura was talking about. I couldn't believe I had forgotten all about Keven being a part of this.

"Keven was the one that sent the Rogue and Liv here. He wanted to take me away from you and make me his," I said, and Brandon and Landon began to growl.

"You will never be his; you are ours," Brandon said, pulling me to him possessively.

"You are right. I am Landon and yours forever," I said, and Brandon inhaled my scent

"I can't believe he got away," I finished.

"He must have snuck out after you set Liv on fire," Laura said

"Landon and I are going to take the warriors and trackers with us to look for Keven. He couldn't have gotten far. Ariel, I want you to stay in here with mom and Laura until we get back. Gabriel will stay outside the door," Brandon said

"Okay," I replied. Brandon and Landon kissed me and then left the room.

I knew something was wrong with Keven. He was always looking at you weirdly like he wanted to eat you up or something," Laura said. We were sitting in Pam's living room, waiting for Brandon and Landon to return.

"I should have listened to you when you told me you felt something was wrong about him. I feel like this is all my fault," I replied. I knew he had some issues from the times I read his mind. I should have told Brandon and Landon the first time I heard Keven's thoughts, but I didn't. I felt like such an idiot.

"Ariel, it's not your fault. You didn't know he was planning anything," Laura said

"No, but he had been thinking some messed up stuff. I should have told them," I said

" You are not an idiot, Princess." I looked to see Brandon and Landon standing by the front door.

"You couldn't have known he was planning on working with Rogues," Landon added.

"But next time you hear something from someone weird. It would be best to let Ladon and I know even if they don't have any intention of hurting anyone," Brandon said

"I promise I will never keep anything from the two of you again. If anyone is thinking anything crazy, I will tell you," I replied. Brandon kissed the top of my head and smiled at me.

"Did you find Keven?" Pam asked as she walked into the living room

"No. He is nowhere to be found. We, trackers, can't find a trace of his scent anywhere. It is like he is masking it from us," Landon growled.

"He might have gotten something from Liv," Laura said

"Probably. But I still don't understand how he could get away so quickly. I even contacted Alpha Ross of Midnight Pack, and he said no one had crossed his Border," Brandon said

"Someone must be helping him," Landon added.

"Are you still going through with the Mating Ceremony tonight? We need to let everyone know because you are already over an hour late," Pam asked, and Brandon and Landon looked at me.

"What do you say, Princess? Are you still comfortable with completing the process tonight?' Brandon asked

"You don't have to worry about anything else happening tonight. Keven wouldn't try to come back on Pack Territory tonight," Landon added.

"Yes," I said

"Okay, then. You guys need to get to the room. I will have Ariel down to you in about twenty minutes," Pam said, and Brandon and Landon walked out of the room.

"The Robe was untouched, so all we need to do is comb your hair a little more. Then you will be ready to become fully mated with my sons finally," Pam said, and Laura, Pam, and I walked to her room.

Keven's POV

I was running in the woods, trying to avoid the Alphas, the warriors, and the trackers. Thank the Goddess Liv made me a masking potion to mask my scent. I would have been caught a long time ago if she hadn't.

I need to figure out where the fuck I am going to go now that my plan has been ruined. I can't help but think about how Ariel used magic and set Liv on fire, burning her alive. I never thought Ariel could do anything like that.

It was strange because I knew she wasn't evil, but fire was usually a gift evil witches had. So how could someone as sweet as Ariel has fire powers?

"You look like you need help." I turned and looked by a tree to see an older woman with white hair and red eyes standing there. I knew she was an evil witch.

"I don't need your help," I said and continued to walk.

"The Twin Alphas and their guards will be here soon. If you don't let me help you, they will catch you," she said. Suddenly I could hear the sound of someone coming toward me. I knew it was The Alphas, guards, and trackers.

"What do you say? Let me help you or deal with the Alphas?" The witched asked. I didn't want to be caught. I knew if I was Alpha Brandon and Alpha Landon would kill me.

"I will take your help," I said

"Okay, I will help you, but if I agree, you will need to do me one favor," she said

"What is that," I asked.

"I will tell you when I need it," She said. I was sure she was up to something, but the longer I waited, the closer the Alphas were getting.

"Fine. I will do you one favor," I said, and the witch began to smile evilly.

"Good," She said and grabbed my hand. Suddenly all I could see was darkness, but soon it changed. I looked around to see I was in a room I had never seen before. She must have teleported me somewhere

"Where did you take me?' I asked

"You are in Elger. The Dark Realm."
