Chapter 73: Understand Him

Eva POV:

I am crying, and I heard the door knocking sound. I didn't open the door.

"Eva, are you ok? Open the door," Rio said from outside.

I opened the door.

"I am ok. I feel tired. I will take the rest," I said.

"I know that Jason influenced the income tax raid in my company. He loves you so much, Eva," Rio said shocking me.

"Is it love? How could you call it as love? He forced me to behave according to him. I hate him. I hate myself for loving him," I said to him.

Rio smiled.

"Do you like to have a hot coffee in a cool breeze on our terrace?" He asked me.

"Rio!"

"Go to the terrace, and I will bring your favourite cappuccino. Just five minutes," Rio said, and I went to the terrace and sat on the stairs. Rio came and sat beside me on steps giving a coffee cup to me.

"Eva, the weather is pleasant today, right?" Rio asked me.

"Hmm, I love this full moon," I said looking at the moon as its full moon day.

"Eva, did you love a rose?" He asked me.

"Yes, of course," I said.

He picked the red rose nearby making my heart skip a bit. Is he going to give it to me? No!

He kept it on the wall and asked me to take it. I took the rose.

"Eva, don't you hate that roses as it have thorns?" Rio asked me.

"I can see only the beauty of its texture and its fragrance instead of seeing those thorns and hating the flower," I said.

"Then why can't you see the beauty of Jason's love and his sweet jealous leaving his rudeness," Rio asked me.

"I am tired, Rio. I don't have any patience now," I said closing my eyes.

"Eva, Jason loves you so much and can't live without you. So he is doing all this. Make him understand what you are expecting instead of insulting him. I didn't like you throwing his gift on his face. He might have searched many shops to get that ring which you asked him in the past. But without understanding him, you threw it on his face. He wants to make you wear it. Finally, he did it.

Everyone has their ways of expressing love. Jason's style is a bit different. Jason left his criminal activities and cunning ways of running a business only for you. Even now Jason's security follows you to save you from every danger.

He is rude, but I am sure no one on this Earth can love as he does. Who will sacrifice his love for a loved one's happiness? Who will show himself as a beast, to give happiness to his wife? Who will try to get his wife married to someone else as his health is not good? Deciding on your behalf is wrong, but he did everything just for you. He knew that he would be all alone if you leave him. Even though he did it. Make him understand his mistake but don't make him feel lonely or depressed. I know that still, you love him. Don't view his behaviour as a rude one but see it as a sacrifice. See his love in his actions instead of considering his actions as egoistic," Rio said.

"Jason is jealous and insecure seeing me with you. He is showing his anger in this way at me," Rio said smiling.

I remembered Jason's face. Yes, he is too jealous. I smiled remembering his face when he was jealous. Why can't I be angry with him for a long time?

We went downstairs as the aunt called me, and I went to my room. My mobile beeped notifying me a message. I opened the message. It's Jason.

" I am sorry, sweetheart. But I don't have any other option. I will use my ways to make you come to our home. But I promise I won't hurt you because I love you. I can't live without you and will go to any extent to bring you back to me. I love you, baby. Good night. Don't cry or again, I will do something which you don't like to force you to smile," I smiled seeing his message.

I looked at the ring gifted by him. I kissed it. I remembered him kissing me on the forehead before leaving.

Stupid, he didn't even know how to express his love. Don't worry, Mr Jason. I will teach you how to love a person and show your love. Until you become a better person, I won't reveal my true feelings to you. Do you know something, Jason? Even I can't live without you. I always remember you, your love, sweetness and naughtiness. But don't think that your Eva will give in that easily. Let's see who will win in the game of love. I smiled and slept.

Next day, in the afternoon, I am in my work at the office, and I got a legal notice from the court. I understood that it's Jason plan to make me come home.

He approached court saying that he needs his wife, and she should come back to him. It's he who sent me out, and now he approached court saying that I am away from him.

Mr Jason, if I come to you, torture will begin to you. Don't expect me to be as sweet as before. I will show you the result of your stupidity. You wanted me to marry Rio. I will show you how it will be if I marry Rio leaving you. I am ready to come to our home. Because only then I can torture you twenty-four hours.

Forgive me, Jason. I am going to hurt you more and more. But it's necessary to make you realise your mistake and not to hide your problems from me thinking that it gives me happiness. No, leaving you alone in your difficulties never gives me joy. Instead, it hurts me more. I want to stand by you in your hard times and happy times. Eva will be sweet, but now I am Eva Jason. That means I am half Jason and half Eva. The perfect combination to make you realise your mistakes, my sweetheart.
