Chapter 29: 29
I sighed, as we hurried down the stairs and looked for where I last saw Kyllian, however, in comparison to that, I had to meet the dark gaze of someone who had left me with my pulse racing.
He was sitting on a couch in the distance, in a corner where he was surrounded by people kissing, and even women who looked like guards.
Why had I gotten so nervous and was he far enough away from me?
I needed to get some air, or I was going to explode.
"You get Kyllian and Tomas, I was looking for you," I said and almost instantly his eyes lit up, "I'm going out for a moment. Don't get lost," I pointed and walked to the back of the house, where there was a madness in the pool and continued my way around the frat house, until I came upon a dark kiosk in front of the college lake. On the other side was the library, where I usually hung out to be quiet and study.
I leaned against the railing, watching the stars reflecting in the water, and then I worried about my grandfather. I didn't know what time it was, but then I remembered that he was in the hospital.
I hated feeling paranoid about that.
"Your non-boyfriend was looking for you," said a voice behind me and I turned around when I heard his deep voice again. He was standing a few steps away from me, with a somewhat playful sly grin.
"You said your brother would leave me alone, now you're going to tease and threaten me too because he's not around?" I questioned, crossing my arms.
Even being outside I wasn't able to breathe normally; having him around made me uneasy.
"Aren't you scared of anything or are you pretending you're not scared of my presence?" he asked out of the blue, which surprised me.
Did he want to read me?
I could tell she was uneasy about what had happened, but I wasn't worried about her presence. It wasn't as if she had a malicious look on her face, to the point where it reflected that she wanted to hurt me.
On the contrary, he had a slightly lustful and amused look on his face.
"Just making sure you don't get bothered again," I rolled my eyes and returned to my previous position, to give him to understand that I was no longer interested in further conversation with him. I just wanted to stay alone and without anyone to make my hair stand on end.
When I waited for him to leave, because of the darkness I didn't notice that he had his arms squeezing the wood of the kiosk right next to my hands and that the tingling in my back was not because he was watching me, but because if I moved a few millimeters I could touch his torso with my back.
I was stunned as soon as his lips became a scandal on my body again.
"I hate having my back turned, unless it's for something inappropriate," he sentenced hoarsely in my ear again, turning my legs into spaghetti. I tried to take a deep breath so I wouldn't get carried away with what he was provoking me and little did I know him, "I'm just about to lift up that dress and forget you have a boyfriend," he pointed out and I felt myself melt inside.
How could a few simple words make me go a mile a minute?
How could I stand it?
I tried to escape from there, but he stopped me right away.
I turned around to watch his dark eyes just inches from mine, impatient, but bright. It was because of the darkness that I could bear to have him so close, for surely if he had done it in that bathroom, I would have had a fit.
In the position I was in I looked like a huge beast and that instead of making me feel tiny, was making me sick. Uneasy and somewhat desirous.
Why was I itching to be curious about someone I felt was a threat?
What had I done to have two strange men after me, even after I had agreed to have an affair with Kyllian?
"What do you want from me, I have to get back with my boyfriend," I questioned, dreading the answer.
We were alone and I couldn't ask anyone for help, let alone was there anyone to stop him.
"Something in return," he said and I opened my eyes.
Did he want something in return for pushing his brother away, no matter what the consequences, such as making our lives miserable and on top of now having him on top of it?
"Didn't you hear when I told you...?" he let go of the railing, to put his arms this time so he could hold me much closer, to the point that I could feel his breath on my mouth and the smell of alcohol on his lips, "...that I should go with my boyfriend?" I swallowed saliva, as I watched every faction of his face too close to mine and never stopping to be alert in case he did something improper.
But why did I like to feel this way?
I turned my face away, unable to bear the temptation to do something I shouldn't and that, unfortunately for me, gave him the passage to sneak into my neck and envelop me with the warmth of his body.
I felt his lips kiss my skin, but this time it wasn't chaste, this time I felt his raspy tongue lick and suck from my collarbones to my ear.
I didn't know at what point he wrapped his arms around me and forced me to sit on the railing so that I could be at his height.
My whole body lit up like a fire and I was not able to control anything around me, plus I had too much strength.
This time he didn't have the same decency as in the bathroom and slipped into my legs, to the point that I could feel above the fabric of my womanhood the thickness of the thong that wrapped around his pants.
I could feel the strong warmth of his body enveloping me to the point that on that cold night, he had warmed me with his mere temperature.
I tried to restrain him with my hands on his chest, but it was evident that he would end up winning me over. When I pushed him away, the only thing I achieved was that he pulled me tighter to his body and those warm lips enveloped mine as if they were his.
After that, I stopped caring about anything. I had no idea if it was part of the alcohol, but I didn't want to find out as long as I was liking what I felt.
My hands ventured through his dark hair, discovering new sensations with my fingertips and he seemed to like it, as he gasped into my mouth.
Was I going to have sex in the university kiosk where anyone could see us?
I just had to pull my underwear aside and make myself his if that's what he wanted, but then a cell phone began to ring insistently.
When it was the third time in a row it rang, it bit my lower lip to the point that I groaned, because I felt it split my skin open inside.
It was my cell phone, so I pulled it out and it was Lucas.
I took a deep breath, as he watched me and still had his arms around me, sitting on the railing.
"I have to go or he'll worry," I said, trying to push him away, but it was obvious he didn't like others not doing what he wanted, "Let me go," I snorted when I couldn't move him an inch, "I already gave you what you wanted in return."
"You gave it to me?"
I rolled my eyes, "You took it without permission, actually."
"And you liked it," he said and I gaped, "But I was interrupted."
"He's going to worry and I have to go back to my boyfriend," I sighed. He wasn't my significant other, but that had definitely been like cheating on him if he was.
"It would be better if your little boyfriend didn't know," he ran his thumb across my lips, tempting me to kick him between the legs for his cynical way of speaking.
How could he change his behavior so drastically?
"He won't know."
"I'll keep the secret after you make it up to me for what I did," she licked her lips and I couldn't help but be stunned.
Was he blackmailing me?
I had to get out of there, or Lucas would keep insisting, to the point where he would look for Kyllian and I didn't want everyone to know of my existence because I disappeared.
I had to find a way to get him off my back.
I sighed, watching his dark eyes, "It's okay."
He smiled contentedly, before opening one of his arms, letting me free. The chill crept through my whole body again.
"Ah, one last thing," he locked his arms around me again and I almost gasped in exasperation. I liked him, but at the same time I didn't, "If you happen to run into Iah by chance, just in case, tell him you're mine," I opened my eyes in surprise.
