Chapter 95: The Loyal Guardian

"Are you sure you're going to school today, Miss Lea? Shouldn't you go back to rest?" Asked Uncle Damien. His facial expression looked different from usual. This time, I saw concern on his face.

"I'm fine, Uncle! Besides, it feels boring at home all the time. If you have friends at school, it will be more fun!" I answered. Although I'm not really sure that at school is much better than at home. Remembering how many people hated me at school.

"Thank goodness ! Lucas, good morning?" In an instant, Eva immediately approached Lucas and showed a smile that was much more powerful than the one she showed me.

"Lea, do you see? It looks like Lucas has opened his heart to me. He wants to return my greeting!" Eva said. Her sweet smile turned into a cynical smile that made me shudder.

What exactly is Eva's plan? And her goal, why is she so obsessed with Lucas? I don't understand. Lucas also made me even less aware of what was really on his mind.

"Tch, disgusting!" In her place, Violetta and her group stared cynically at the two of us. But today I don't feel like caring about that hatred.
