Chapter 5

Samantha was restless as Damon sat next to her, happily talking to her mother. She wanted to get up and just leave, but she knew her mother would scold her.

"I'm glad that you did not get lost," her mother said with a smile on her lips as she looked at Damon.

"Of course not, your house isn't that hard to find, Mrs. Henry," Damon politely replied with a smile. Samantha was stunned by the tone of Damon's voice.

He was speaking and acting like a good and decent man, whereas when he'd talked to her just a little while earlier, he had been mischievous, playful, and a pervert. "I have wanted to come and visit your family for a long time now, but I got so busy with the company that I couldn't find the time to do so," Damon continued.

Her mother smiled understandingly. "I understand. I know it hasn't been easy for you and your brother since your parents passed away. I'm just sad that I didn't get to see Maricel and Ryle in their final moments."

Samantha could feel the sadness in her mother's voice. Her parents and Damon's parents had been close friends since they were young. Her mother often told Samantha stories about them when she was young. But she told her nothing about her friends' children, which happened to be Damon and his brother.

"I'm sorry that we didn't tell you right away. I was too young back then, and I got so busy taking care of everything—"

"Oh, no! Don't worry about that. Macario and I understand. I'm just glad that you still remembered to find and visit us," her mother said while holding one of Damon's hands.

She couldn't help but snort while listening and looking at the two.

Samantha stood up, and their attention landed on her.

Astonished, her mother and Damon looked at her. "Where are you going?" her mother asked, frowning.

"I'm leaving, Mom. I'm going to go see Alfred," she answered.

"Samantha, can't you go later? Don't you see that we have a visitor?" her mother said sternly.

"But, Mom—"

"Samantha!" her mother sternly called her name, her eyes wide, as if threatening her.

Damon stood up, and their attention turned to him. "It's okay. I won't be staying much longer anyway. I still need to do something at the company. I just came here to make sure you still live here," Damon said suddenly.

"Is that so? Won't you wait for Macario? I am sure he would be happy to see you again."

Damon smiled genuinely. "I'll just come back. I promise to visit again when I have some free time. And I promise to stay a little longer so we can chat with Mr. Henry."

"You don't have to come back," Samantha whispered.

"Did you say something, Samantha?" her mother questioned, raising an eyebrow.

"Nothing," she immediately replied and looked away.

But her eyes immediately turned to Damon when he said, "Actually, I can take Samantha with me." Damon then looked at her.

Her eyes widened at what he'd said. "No! I'm fine!" she quickly declined.

"But why not? Don't worry, I know this is the first time we've met, but I won't do you any harm," Damon said innocently, but she knew he was being sarcastic.

He's good at hiding his true self, she thought.

"Damon is right. It's better if you go with him," her mother said and then faced Damon again. "But you won't have to go out of your way, will you, Damon? We don't want to cause you any inconvenience," her mother continued.

But before Damon could answer, Samantha was already speaking. "Yes! Mom is right. Also, you need to do something at your company, right? Aren't you in a hurry? It's really okay! I'll just commute. Alfred's house is just a few blocks away. Okay, I'm going now. Bye, Mom!" she hurriedly said, turning away.

But before she could take a step, Damon grabbed her arm and stopped her. Samantha turned around angrily. She looked at the hand holding her arm and then at his face. "What now?" she asked in disgust.

Damon smiled innocently, and only God knew how much she wanted to tear that smile from his lips. He was trying to upset her.

"I never said I was in a hurry."

Samantha's fists clenched. "Come on, Samantha. I just want to be friends with you. After all, our parents were good friends. Don't you think it would be nice if we could be friends too?" Damon then looked at her mother, still smiling innocently. "Right, Mrs. Henry?" he said.

She was so disappointed when her mother smiled and nodded. "Of course! That would be great," her mother said, then turned to look at her. "All right, Samantha, go with Damon. This is a good opportunity for you two to get to know each other and become friends."

"But, Mom—"

"We'll get going now, Mrs. Henry. I promise I'll come and visit you again," Damon quickly cut Samantha off, then kissed her mother's cheek.

She was about to complain again when Damon pulled her out of the house. She would have withdrawn her hand, but Damon only tightened its grip on her.

"Let me go!" she said through gritted teeth, but Damon didn't pay any attention to her. "What the heck!? I said let me go!" she almost screamed in annoyance as she kept trying to pull her hand away from him.

Once again, Damon ignored her. He did not even look back at her as he kept on walking, still holding her hand, until they finally reached his car. Damon opened the door of his expensive car and finally turned to her. She was already fuming with anger.

"Get inside," Damon commanded.

"I already told you I have no intention of going with you. Why are you being so persistent? Just leave me alone and don't come back!" Samantha replied angrily.

"Will you do as your told? Or will I have to tell your mother about what happened between us?"

Damon's threat only made her even angrier. "Are you threatening me?" she asked through gritted teeth.

Damon grinned. "Yes. So if I were you, I would just shut up and get inside the car." She still didn't move, giving him a sharp stare. "But if you don't want to, then I'll just go back to your house and have a little chat with your mom," Damon said, still grinning.

"You asshole…"

Damon's grin widened. "So, you choose: Will you get inside my car? Or will I tell your mother about what happened between us that night?"

Samantha's fists clenched and her jaw tightened. She was still giving Damon a very sharp glare.

"Looks like you don't want to come with me. So I'll go talk to your mom."

Her eyes widened when Damon suddenly let go of her hand and turned around, starting to walk back to her house. She suddenly panicked.

Was he going to tell her mother?

"Fine! I'll come with you! I'll get inside the car!" she shouted before quickly entering the passenger's side of Damon's car. "I'm already seated! Come on, let's go!" she said, still screaming.

She breathed a sigh of relief when Damon stopped walking.

He turned to her, still smiling. "Good girl," Damon said as he made his way towards his car.

When Damon entered and sat in the driver's seat, God knew how hard it was for her to refrain from slapping or punching him.

After turning the engine on, Damon looked at her with a wide grin on his face.

She averted her eyes and crossed her arms over her chest, frowning. She heard Damon's little laugh, but she chose not to look at him anymore and just kept quiet. When the car started moving, she still did not look at him and remained silent.

"I didn't know you were the daughter of my parents' best friends," Damon suddenly said.

Yeah, right. As if I would buy that lie, Samantha said in the back of her mind.

"I was shocked when I saw you in your room. But I was even more surprised when I saw what you were doing."

Her cheeks flushed with embarrassment at what Damon said, but she still didn't speak, still ignored him.

"I was about to go to the bathroom, but then I heard some moans coming from your room. I got curious, so I entered your room. Imagine my reaction when I saw you sitting on your bed, naked, with your earphones on. Your eyes were closed, and you were moaning as you fucked yourself with your fingers." Samantha bit her lower lip. She knew her face was already as red as a tomato from her intense embarrassment. But she still chose to remain silent. "You were so sexy as you fingered yourself, Samantha. You looked so delectable and fuckable that I couldn't help but take a video of you."

It was then that she looked at Damon, her eyes wide, and her mouth fell open.

"Ah! I've finally got your attention," Damon said, grinning.

"What did you say?" she asked in a small voice.

Damon glanced at her for a moment. "What did I say that was not clear enough for you? That I've finally got your attention? Or that I took a video of you pleasuring yourself?" Damon asked playfully.

Her hands, which had been crossed over her chest, lowered as she looked at Damon in disbelief.

"Are you fucking out of your mind?!" she shouted angrily, but Damon just grinned.

"I couldn't help it. You were giving me such a wonderful show that I just had to take a video," he answered as if what he'd done was not so, so wrong.

"What kind of person in his right mind would do that? You fucking pervert! Delete that video!" she shouted angrily.

But Damon just shook his head and then stopped the car on the side of the highway.

"What? Why did you stop?" Samantha asked through gritted teeth.

Damon did not answer and, instead, just took out his cellphone, which had been in his pocket. He fiddled with it, and in just a few seconds, Samantha heard the moans that made her gasp.

"What the—"

Damon smiled at her first before showing her the video where she was the star.

The video of her finger-fucking herself.

She did not know what to do. Her face was flushed, her fists clenched, and her teeth gritted.

"You look sexy, don't you think?"

Samantha's fists clenched even tighter. She closed her eyes as her jaw tightened at the sound of her moans coming from the video Damon was playing. She just wanted to sink into her seat and disappear. She wanted to curse herself over and over again.

Why did I not lock the door?

"Please, stop playing that and delete the goddamn video," she said in a small yet angry voice.

Damon looked at her, grinning. "Why would I do that? This is a masterpiece!" Damon exclaimed.

She bit her lower lip hard, trying to suppress a curse. She then took a deep breath and calmed herself.

"This video of you is a masterpiece, Samantha. And I think it deserves to be shown to everyone." Her eyes widened at what Damon said, her lips parting again.

Her calm was rapidly disappearing. She could not believe what she'd heard.

"What are you—"

"But I know you don't want that. So how about we negotiate?" Damon said as he smirked at her.
