Chapter 86: Part-80

"Bye." Vidhushi waved to Sanyukta as she got out from Vidhushi's car. "Bye." Sanyukta waved back. "And Sanyukta please make sure Parth doesn't know about it. I want to tell him in my way" Vidhushi pressed her lips. "Don't worry Vidhushi, that's not my position to speak. Moreover you should be the one telling him this. You should be the first one to see his expression when you break this news to him. That is a very intimate moment for a husband and wife. I'm no one to interfere." Sanyukta gave her a genuine smile before walking inside the building. "Thank you." Sanyukta heard her saying. "Anytime." Sanyukta turned and wink before the guard open the building gate for her and she was already inside. ---------------------- "Hi Shail." Sanyukta greeted as she spotted him working on his desk while she walked towards Randhir's cabin. The ride from gate to this floor was quite pleasant and nothing embarrassing like the last time. Staffs did greeted her but thankfully she was spared from the looks she received last time. Seems like they are use to her presence now. She chuckled at her own thought. "Afternoon ma'am." Shail greeted her back in tone between business and friendliness. He was confused how to treat her. Should he behave like  a employee or a friend. Last time he treated her like a friend because Randhir ordered him to make her comfortable.  But this time there was no Randhir or his instructions. "Ma'am?" Sanyukta raised her brow. A amused smile playing on her lips. Being referred as ma'am was quite interesting and she can't deny it that she liked the sound of the same but she knew that she was in no position to be referred by those heavy words. "Just Sanyukta will do. This ma'am sounds weird plus I'm not your boss." "But you are my boss wife, the reason I should call you ma'am." Shail shrugged. "And that was just a way to show you our respect." "Calling me Sanyukta will not lessen your respect for me or will it?" She asked him. That was the absurd reason according to her to call her ma'am. "Of course not." He agreed. "Just because I'm Randhir's wife or dad's daughter-in-law doesn't mean I'll go bossing around. I would love to earn respect." Shail nodded at her statement, a small smile tugging at the corner of his lips. The lady standing in front of him was clear definition of bold, smart, strong headed and yet ready to kick anybody ass who try to mess with her. Just the type of woman his boss deserve. "Give me respect if you think I deserve." Sanyukta words broke his trance. "And I don't think I have done anything to earn you people respect except from keeping your boss away from his works for months and days." She smirked. "I think this is the enough reasons for us employees to respect you." Shail chuckled. "A day without being bossed, that's what all workers wish. Isn't they?" "Yeah." Sanyukta grinned. "So are you here to meet Randhir?" Shail asked to divert the topic. "No other reasons found yet to visit this wonderful office." "I think you are little early for that. He hasn't returned from the meeting." "He is not in the office?" She asked. "No. He had a meeting with a client at 12." "Oh." That was all Sanyukta was able to think then. "Does he know you were coming?" Shail asked because her expression were telling him something else only. "Actually... No." She pressed her lips. "It was suppose to be a surprise but seems like I'm the one getting surprised again." She gave a nervous laugh. Shit that was embarrassing, she thought. "Don't worry. You can still surprise him. He will be back before lunch, if you wish, you can wait in his cabin." "Not a bad idea." Sanyukta again grinned. Shail indeed was a smart man. Sanyukta should give Randhir credit for keeping smart employees. "Call me if you need anything." Shail said as Sanyukta was walking towards Randhir office. "Sure." She smiled. ----------------------------- She smiled as she entered his cabin. She love this place. Damn she loves anything related to him. She blushed at the thought. Keeping her purse on the table she made herself comfortable on the couch placed in the corner of the room. Leaning back she closed her eyes as the morning events again replayed in her mind. The morning was hectic and eventful but still interesting. The car ride with Vidhushi was filled with childhood stories of the trio Randhir Vidhushi and Parth. The stories were interesting and Sanyukta can't deny that Vidhushi was a great storyteller, she know how to keep a listener interested. Brownie points for those hilarious expression she was giving. Randhir and Parth being the biggest pranksters in childhood, there was nobody who could escape from their pranks. A small smile appeared on the corner of her lips as she remembered those words of Vidhushi. She could imagine that prankster Randhir in childhood, he still have that mischievous glint in his eyes and smirk intact on his lips. Always. Though it was one of his things which make her want him more. Turn on? Yes. Definitely. When asked about Kaustuki, Vidhushi just laughed and told she was their baby sister. The youngest and the most pampered one. Thus being the spoilt one too. Hospital. That was the place she loathed once with all her heart. But today she realized that hospitals can give people happiness too. It is just not the place where people just cry and morn, this place can spread joy too. Vidhushi test came out to be positive thus confirming her pregnancy. Sanyukta still can't get over the hug Vidhushi gave her when she learned about her pregnancy. The smile on her face was hard to leave and Sanyukta can not blame her for that. Everybody will have same reaction when they will come to know about the good news. "Done thinking about me." The very known voice broke her chain of thoughts. She opened her eyes to find him standing in front of her. "I was not thinking about you." She rolled her eyes. This man and his unfathomable ego. "Whatever you say, princess." He chuckled kissing her cheek. "Aren't you surprised to see me here?" She asked, ignoring his previous comment. "It will be a lie if I'll say I wasn't." He agreed nodding his head and pulled her wrist making her stand on her feet. "But the relaxed smile on your face made me forget everything." "How was your meeting?" She asked hiding her blush. "It was OK." He gave her a faint smile. That smile was enough for her to know that meeting wasn't OK. "Don't worry Randhir." She encircled her arms around his neck. "So what if this meeting didn't go well, next one will surely go well and it's not important to make every deal that comes to you.. What's important is to make best deals." She said kissing the tip of his nose. "Someone is being wise." He smiled shaking his head at his wife attempts to lighten his mood. "Always have been." She grinned. "Is it." He asked wrapping his arms around her waist and pulling her closer. "Mm-hmm." She nodded while he kissed her temple. "Let me see how wise you are." He murmured against her skin, his lips lingering against the corner of his lips while his hands were busy caressing her body. "Randhir.." She moaned as his hands went under her top, his fingers tips brushing her navel and then going little inside her jeans. She has observed that when he kiss her now, he touch her more intimately than before. Not that she was complaining. The only thing she was complaining about was he being a tease. Why isn't he kissing her? She groaned frustratingly. "Kiss me now." "Eager?" He smile touching his lips with her. He clearly enjoy his dominance. "Extremely." She agreed pressing her lips with his when his office door flung open. "Randhir I.." Parth stopped in mid sentence when he realized that Randhir was not alone. "What Parth?" Randhir growled distancing himself little from Sanyukta but close enough to make her comfortable. She was hiding her face in crook of his neck. This interruption wasn't liked by both. "Did I disturbed your baby making process?" Parth chuckled. Oh boy! He was enjoying their embarrassment. "Get out." Randhir yelled throwing a random file in his direction. "Ouch!" Parth rubbed his head as file directly hit his face. "By the way thank you, this was the file k was looking for." Parth winked before getting out of the room. "I should have just locked the door. How could I forget I have a devil for a best friend." Randhir sighed caressing her hair. "How ironic it is, the daddy to be soon teased us for making babies." Sanyukta chuckled kissing his neck. "What did you said?" Randhir asked breaking the hug to clear view of her face. "Oops! Did I said that loud?" She bite her lips without matching his gaze. Shit! She was not suppose to reveal it until Vidhushi announced it to Parth. That was the deal they cracked. "Repeat it Sanyukta." He said firmly cupping her face. "Vidhushi is  pregnant. They are going to be parents soon." Sanyukta sighed as she said those words. She knew Randhir was not going to give up until he was well informed. Stubborn much. "Really?" He asked still not believing her words. "Yes Randhir, how much time you will make me repeat it." She rolled her eyes. "I'm sorry.. It is just that I can't believe that I'm going to be a mamu soon. Vidhushi, my sisters will be giving birth to a new life. That is such amazing news Sanyukta." He hugged her tightly. "I know Randhir even I'm feeling ecstatic." She smiled hugging him back. "But you can't tell Parth about this. Vidhushi has planned something to tell him. OK?" "Yes." He nodded. "And you can't tell Vidhushi that I told you, when she tell you act as if she was the first one to tell you or she will kill me." "OK." He again nodded. "Come on, I'm taking you out on lunch today, baby." "I was here for this only. To go out on lunch date with you." She winked. "God, Sanyukta I still can't believe that soon a little baby is coming to call me mamu." He said wrapping his arms around her shoulder as they walked out of the office for the lunch. Sanyukta could feel how happy he was. This was just the news of Vidhushi being pregnant and it felt he was on top of the world. She wonder how will he react when she will get pregnant with his babies. He is surely gonna be the best dad.
