Chapter 25

Now, Nat and Mr. First have become friends. I looked at Nick, he was thinking, don’t know about what but he smiled at me. He came and hugged me tightly.

“I am going to become an uncle” Yeah he is. I smiled.

“And I an aunt” Nat joined our hug. I really want Mr. First to join our hug; I looked at him, he is smiling. Why is he smiling? Is it because of our hugging or something else? He winked. He definitely is fighting with some psychological disease.

We finished our breakfast and Nat said Nick will do the cleaning as Mr. First has done the cooking. Nick agreed to clean and Nat joined him. I sat on the chair with the TV remote in my hand.

“Ellie call your mom” Mr. First said from behind. Oh Fuck!! I forgot to call her. She definitely will be tensed. But how did he know that. I turned back and looked at him, he is walking towards me.

“She is worried, but I calmed her down” Holy fuck!!!! He talked with my mom, when? I took on heels to my room and called my mother.

“Ell dear, you have an amazing and lovely boyfriend” those are the first words that came from my mother. Who is the boyfriend? Fuck! He introduced himself as my boyfriend, has he gone mad? I’m going to kick him.

“Mom, I am fine thank you” I said sardonically

“Sorry dear, I was worried. I’ve called you so many times but, you didn’t take my call. After sometime I got a call back from you, I literally shouted thinking it’s you but no, it is him, Jacob” Why did he call my mom? When? He should have told me.

“I even thought of coming there to take care of you, but your boyfriend Jacob, he is very reliable. He promised me that he’ll take care and will be there with you every moment. He asked me not to worry” why is everyone, so impressed by him. I mean he is the reason for my pregnancy; so obviously he is the one to take care of me.

“Do you have any idea how much happy I am, for you. You’ve got a wonderful companion Ell. I am really thankful to god, he listened to my prayers and gifted you Jacob” What??????? She is praying for me to have a companion, I rolled my eyes. Companion, yes I’m going to have one, my baby.

Someone hugged me from behind ,of course it will be him who else is there, I didn’t turned back . He placed his head on my shoulder and began to swing his body with mine, I want to look at him seriously, but I didn’t. Actually I like this, his head on my neck and both of us swinging.

“Ell are you there?”

“Yes Mom, I am”

“Eat properly dear, he told me your eating timetable. Listen to him” What?? He is even complaining about me to my mom. I turned my face to him. I narrowed my eyes. He raised his eyebrows in what? He is going to have it.

“Okay mom I’ll, you too take care”

“I’ll dear love you”

“Love ya” I hung and turned back.

“You introduced yourself as my boyfriend” I asked with rage

“No, why would I?” he trembled

“Then what did you say to my mother”

“I said I’m father to the child” fuck! Mom!! You and your imagination.

“Why? What happened?”

“When did you call my mother?”

“After our supper, we did and slept, your phone buzzed I thought it is an unimportant call but, Mom displayed so” he shrugged. My sleeping level increased, I can say that.

“You complained my mom about my eating”

“No, I didn’t” he replied honestly. Mom!! Your drama of getting information!! She throws a card to get all the information she needed. I always fell for her tricks, the same happened today. I looked down to my knotted fingers; I really don’t know what my feelings are now.

“What happened?” he lifted my chin. His expression changed. They are searching, what is he searching for?

“Nothing, my mother is worried” I said

“Yeah I know, I assured her but I don’t think she believes me” what? Didn’t she believe you?

“I think she likes you”

“Did she?” he asked in surprised.

“She even asked me to listen to you” I looked at him and rolled my eyes, he smiled, kissed my temple and curled his arm around my waist.

“We should go shopping” he said. What shopping? I looked at him “We should go get some snacks for you” snacks for me. Why?

“Ell!!” Nat shouted from the hall, we both went into the hall. They were dressed and ready to leave. I think they are going somewhere.

“Will you join us, we are going out” Nat asked. Going out, no I want stay inside eat, sleep and do things with Mr. First, I chuckle with the thought of doing. Three of them looked at me with their question mark faces.

“No Nat I can’t, I want to sleep” I yawned.

“Yes Nat, I think she needs some rest” Mr. First pulled me to him. I place my head on his chest.

“Yeah she needs to” Nat winked I think she reads my mind. But I really am sleepy

“Take care Ell” Nick patted my shoulder and looked at Mr. First. They exchanged their looks.

“Come on babe lets go” they both left.

“Come let’s sleep” Mr. First kissed my head. My head is still on his chest and we both left to my room.

“Eat before you sleep Ellie” he pleaded. I am hungry. Two things definitely changed one my sleep and the other my eating. I nodded. He cupped my face and planted a soft kiss on my lips

“Just a moment” he left, I think mom is right I should listen to him. He came back with a cup, what is there in the cup

“Drink” he gave it to me. It was milk. I hate drinking milk, but I have to drink, not for me but for the baby. I closed my eyes and drank the whole in one gulp.

“Don’t like milk” he asked. I nodded; he pinched my cheeks and kissed my forehead.

“A baby going to give birth to a baby” he said. What I am not a baby, I am 23

“Do you know how cute you look when you pout” he kissed my lips. Am I pouting, when? He swiped my lips and held my hand “Come let’s get you cleaned” He kissed.
