Hearing that she would be expelled from school, Rose was stunned, and she lowered her head in grievance, looking like she was about to cry.
"Kara, you quarreled with Eric yesterday, and you even beat him. Winifred spoke for Eric. Today, they are both expelled from school."
The students were very surprised to know that Eric and Winifred were both expelled from school. The students present yesterday thought of what happened to Eric and did not dare to speak.
Hearing Rose's words, everyone stared at Kara doubtfully.
How could a small girl like Kara beat Eric?
"Kara, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to say that. Please, don't let me be expelled from school." Rose pleaded as she stared at Kara and cried pitifully.
Some boys saw Rose crying so sadly that they felt very pity for her, and their gazes at Kara were even sharper.
"Kara, why do you expel Rose from school?"
Kara didn't even look at the boy. She stared at the hypocritical Rose with her pure eyes and chucked.
"It cost my family a lot of money to get Rose here. How can I let you be expelled from school?"
Originally, this high school didn't accept students reattending classes after failing the college entrance examination. Sophia had spent a lot of money to make the school accept Rose. Sophia was a member of the Quains, and Rose was an outsider. There was nothing wrong with what Kara just said.
Rose was so angry that she wanted strangle her.
Seeing that Rose was still pretending, Arya couldn't bear it anymore.
This woman knew nothing but causing trouble for Kara all day long.
If it was not for Kara, she would have already stuffed this drama queen into the garbage dump!
"Rose, I'm afraid that if you fail in this college entrance exam again. You'll be the public ridicule."
Arya knew what could hurt Rose the most. Rose was so angry that she wanted to sew her mouth with a needle.
Her tears kept falling down. Some boys couldn't bear to watch, so they took napkins and wanted to help her wipe them off.
Soon, the teacher came, and the students hurriedly went back to their seats.
Standing on the podium, the class teacher, who was in his thirties, adjusted his glasses and said that Eric and Winifred dropped out of school because they were going abroad. And he said that the students who wanted to go abroad should tell him as soon as possible.
The teacher's explanation proved Kara's innocence.
The students who had just scolded Kara were very embarrassed.
Rose's expression became even gloomier.
What she said before class was to let her classmates know that Kara had expelled Eric and Winifred from school to isolated her and make it impossible for her to stay in this class.
However, the teacher's explanation was like a slap in her face.
It was too embarrassed.
When Kara heard the teacher's explanation, she was also very surprised. Thinking that Nolan probably had arranged this, she was really grateful.
After school, Nolan came to pick her up. The first thing she did after she got in the car was to thank him.
Nolan smiled and explained, "It was all Mr. James' idea. I was just following his orders. The person you should thank is Mr. James."
It was Uncle James' arrangement! Kara was touched. She made up her mind that she would follow Uncle James no matter what.
After she returned to the villa, Libby told her that Mr. James had left on a business trip at noon. Hearing this, she was sad.
She sat alone at the dining table and looked at Uncle James' empty seat. She bit her chopsticks and got no appetite.
After drinking the soup Libby prepared for her, she went upstairs to do her homework.
In the past, if she was feeling unwell, Aunty Sophia would directly help her ask the teacher for leave. Therefore, she had missed many courses.
She wanted to take tutoring classes before, but Aunty Sophia said that she could not waste her time. Moreover, Aunty Sophia had been telling her that the Quains were rich, so she did not need to study too hard.
At that time, she was naïve. Now she finally understood Aunty Sophia's malicious intentions . It would be very difficult for her to catch up now.
The third year of senior high school was a crucial period, but a lot of things on the test paper were strangers to her.
After staring at the blank test paper for a while, she was annoyed and opened the window to refresh herself.
She was prepared to continue studying, but suddenly, she heard Libby say that Uncle James was calling.
Her eyes lit up, and she ran downstairs. She was panting when she picked up the phone.
However, the smile on her face couldn't even be concealed.
