Blaine
The bar Oak chose is far better than the one Arch picked before winter break. It's classy and not so loud. The kind of place we'd never stumble into any students, and yet we've fucking invited three of them tonight.
I notice Oak and Eva already sat at a table near the back. Along with Adrianna and Azira, who have their backs to me. Archer and I made our way here together in a cab, and that way it means I can make an escape whenever I want.
A heavy hand lands on my shoulder. "What are you waiting for, Bly?"
I shrug Archer's hand off. "Keep your hands to yourself."
He holds them up. "Sorry, forgot how touchy you are."
Sometimes, I wonder why I even put up with this asshole.
"Come on, let's have fun." He winks and strides cockily into the bar toward the girls and Oak.
I swallow hard and enter too, knowing that tonight is a mistake before it has even begun. Once I get to the table, I realize the only seat available is the one next to Azira.
Fucking perfect.
I take the seat without a word, glancing at her as I do.
Her cheeks flush pink as she meets my gaze. "Good evening, sir."
I grit my teeth. "Evening, Miss Sidorov."
"You two are both late," Oak says, glaring at me.
I shrug. "Sorry, got held up."
He arches a brow, but doesn't question me. The fact is, I'm late because I didn't really want to come. I do not know what Archer's excuse is, since he's the one that set this fucking thing up.
"This is nice, isn't it, Adrianna?" Archer asks, sitting too close to her.
The girl looks about ready to punch him in the throat. "Not particularly."
Eva clears her throat. "When are you going to stop harassing Adrianna, Archer?" she questions, glaring at him.
I'm surprised Eva questions him, but to be fair, she's got Oak to protect her. If anyone gives Eva any shit, I'm pretty sure he'll kill them, even if it is Archer.
"I'll stop once she gives me what is mine."
Eva's expression turns furious. "And what is that?"
He smirks as he lifts a glass to his lips. "Adrianna knows." He takes a sip.
"I don't owe you shit," she says.
I turn toward Azira. "What's your take on this situation?"
Her lips purse. "I think you know after what I got sent to you for other day."
I smirk. "Indeed. But you didn't learn your lesson, did you?"
Azira's cheeks turn as red as a cherry now. "I don't know, sir."
"Not very convincing, Miss Sidorov. Perhaps I need to try harder next time."
"Next time?" she squeaks, her voice so high pitched it's adorable.
I lean even closer to her, enjoying the effect I seem to have on her. "In two weeks, I've had to punish you three times. And yet before that, it had been once in your entire SA career. Something tells me we're going to be seeing more of each other this year, or am I wrong?"
Her throat bobs as she grabs her drink and takes a long gulp. "I don't know, sir."
I reach for her wrist beneath the table and find her pulse, which races the moment my hands are on her. "Tell me the truth, Azira. Have you been getting in trouble on purpose?" I keep my voice quiet, so that no one else at the table hears.
Her eyes widen as she tries to reclaim her hand, but I keep my grip tight. "No," she says simply, her eyes narrowed.
Her pulse jumps the moment she lies.
I lean closer to her. "You're lying to me, Miss Sidorov."
She licks her lips, drawing my attention to them.
I want to bite on them until they bleed. "Tell me the truth."
Her eyes dilate slightly as she takes a long sip of her drink and then leans closer to me. "The truth is, sir, that I love getting punished and so I've been acting like a brat to get sent to you, yes."
Her confession makes something inside of me heat, as it's the confirmation I need. Azira Sidorov wants me in the most primal way and I'm more than tempted to give her what she wants, if only to see her run away screaming. The thing I fear the most is that even when she sees the extent of my depraved tastes, she'll remain and enjoy it.
"And how soon do you want to be sent to me after today?" I ask, knowing the line I'm flirting with is dangerous as hell.
She leans even closer to me now and whispers in my ear. "First thing tomorrow morning. Hell, I'd stay in detention with you for the rest of the year, if that's what it's like."
My cock grows in my pants and I lean back, searching for any sign of uncertainty in her honey brown eyes. She does not know how dangerous it is to toy with a man like me.
"Careful, little girl, you might just get torn apart," I murmur back, placing my hand on her thigh and squeezing softly.
Her lips purse together and I see the way her pupils dilate almost the instant my hands are on her. My sadistic tendencies have always made me keenly attuned to a woman's reaction to me, and right now I'm enjoying watching her cheeks redden and her chest rise and fall harder and faster with each breath she takes. Her pupils dilating so much I can't be sure if it's purely from desire or partially from fear, but, both are intoxicating.
My palm tingles on her leg as the desire to wrap it around her throat and feel her pulse quicken is so damn tempting, but I resist. After all, we're in public right now.
Suddenly, Azira stands, my palm falling off her thigh. "Excuse me a moment," she says, before dashing away through the crowd toward the exit of the bar.
That's right, little girl, run away before the monster destroys you. I give it a few moments and then stand and follow, not bothering to excuse myself. Chasing is one of the biggest thrills a sadist can experience and Azira is playing right into my hands. I fear I can't hold myself back much longer.
