Chapter 9 Truly... He fucked Up

Chapter 9 Truly... He fucked Up
Natalya's fingers fidgeted with the keys, the darkness was clawing hard at her feet.
'Holy shit!' she cursed, the strong pungent smell of blood hitting her nose hard.
She finally unlocked the cell, and Isabella dropped to her feet.
'Ouch! Ouch! She winced when she felt Isabella's body dropping hard on her tiny feet.
''H-Help... My sister... Save her, please..." These were the only words Isabella pronounced before her vision went off.
Natalya's eyes reddened again, this time harder than previously as Isabella's words struck her.
The older sister was here, locked up in a cell while she begged for her sister's life and the younger one was crying and refusing to eat, that she wants to see her sister.
She felt so much emotion for the two girls.
She sniffled, wiping the tears that fell on her cheeks and threw the lock and keys on the floor as she struggled and picked Isabella from the ground.
Thankfully, Isabella weighed less than her and was easier to carry.
Despite her weak muscles, she fought and struggled to reach the dungeon entrance while carrying Isabella before she saw Dimitri approaching them with heavy footsteps.
She stopped, "what now? Have you confirmed it from Nikolai?" She hissed.
Dimitri didn't say a word, his eyes just tightened on Natalya's hands holding Isabella so close to her body.
He moved immediately and picked her off her hand.
"I will take her to the room. You can come if you want." He began moving.
"Fucking jerk ass!" She cursed, rolled her eyes at him and followed him behind.
Dimitri led her to a guest room and dropped her on the bed before leaving.
Elizaveta was already there with some towels and basin to attend to her.
"Gospodi!" Elizaveta exclaimed as she stared at Isabella's state.
She was looking really bad and hurt. Her shirt was dirty matting to her skin. Her eyes were swollen as if a bug had bitten her.
Her eyes travelled down to her arms and finger, and her jaw dropped.
Elizaveta's eyes watered at her peeled skin. She could see her skin debris under her fingernails.
She had peen peeling at her skin!!
"Mom!" Natalya called her mother softly.
"How could Nikolai do this to a girl. I'm literally small and tiny but take a look at her. She's worse than me! I've always thought that I was the smallest one here... But take a look at her. She's even tinier -almost half my size and breaking down." Natalya was visibly crying.
"Enough Ayla! We do not question his actions. Come help me here!"
Natalya cleaned her tears even though they were still free-falling as she helped her mother.
"What about the little sister? How is she?"
"She's sleeping now. I just hope that when Isabella wakes up, she will have the strength to meet her sister."

Nikolai was restless. Elizaveta and Natalya had questioned his decisions.
Although he didn't say it out loud, he sees, Natalya as his little sister.
Ever since she was small, she had been sticking around him like a glue and for the first time because of Isabella, she had spoken rudely at him.
What the hell?!
It was as if, Isabella was turning his little people around him.
But he wouldn't let her.
Dimitri came in,
"Miss Natalya was at the dungeon, she said she's to replace the girl in the dungeon. She's too fragile and can't survive there," his tone was cold and stern. No emotion was detected in his words.
Nikolai dropped his pen, and looked up at Dmitri.
His gun was fixed by his side belt, he was standing erect, face hard as a rock and he wasn't looking at Nikolai in any weird way.
"Do you care?"
"No, I do not," he lied through his teeth but he wasn't certain it was a lie because Natalya was always rude and sassy to him but he didn't mind.
"Then, for what reason are you reporting this to me? And, how are you so certain she can't survive there?"
"That's because..." The words got clogged at his throat, and he coughed, clearing the clog, "She's never been there before."
"Exactly! She's never been there before and doesn't know what it's like,, so she's going to experience it for the first time and learn to shut up."
He expected Dmitri to walk away after he had finished talking but he stood there, like a brick that couldn't afford to shake.
"Anything else, Dmitri?"
"No,Boss." He answered and walked out of the room.
Nikolai stared at the place Dmitri stood for a second before drawing his eyes brows together.
'Natalya had really replaced Isabella huh?' he laughed, finding the situation to be a bit weird to him.
Isabella was going to pay!
He stood, eyes darkened, anger huffing out of his body as he headed towards Isabella.
He pushed open the door Isabella was in with his veiny fingers, shoulders flexing as he walked up to the bed, but froze before he could reach the foot of the bed.
Elizaveta was sweating profusely, Natalya was standing beside her mother with a bowl filled with bloodied water.
Isabella was lying on the bed unconscious, her fingers gripping the sheets tightly as she muttered softly,
"Daisy, please don't hurt her..."
His eyes went off as they travelled to her skin, they were swollen, her deep red tissues were visible.
And at the moment, Nikolai felt something hard and foreign settling in his chest.
It made his blood boil, a hot rush flooding his veins as it coiled deep in his gut.
He quickly turned on his heels and shut the door behind him.
What the fuck!
He wasn't supposed to feel like this.
He wasn't supposed to be angry at himself but as his mind kept on replaying the soft whimpers that left her mouth and the way her skin was peeled, a tight vein bulged at his arm.
He wanted to do the same thing to his arms because he just realize
d he might have gone too far.
He had maybe really messed up.
