Suddenly, Drew wanted to run out of his Alpha Father's office. What if Trixie indeed would get pregnant? He has no way out if that happened and he could not have the Golden She-Wolf anymore even if he is the next in line Alpha.
His dreams of becoming the strongest Alpha in the werewolf's realm will be shattered just like that.
Drew looked at Trixie, whose eyes were drawn down as if checking her feet. A hand touched his heart seeing her looking unsettled and confused. He set aside what he felt and shot his father with an unfathomable expression.
“Alright, Father. Should Trixie get pregnant then I have no other recourse but to marry her and be responsible for the outcome of what we did this morning. Would that be enough for now?” he asked while giving a side glance to Trixie who suddenly looked up and gave him a pained look.
“If that is the only thing that you can say right now, I rather not accept it. I would not marry a man who will only marry me, just because he got me pregnant. Alpha Daedos, if you will excuse me, please. I got to go. And Drew, pregnant or not, I won’t marry you. I don’t need a man like you to be my husband and father of my children,” Trixie said before she left the office of Alpha Daedos.
Drew was shocked when he heard what Trixie had said. He fell silent and before he could utter any word, Trixie was already out of the Alpha’s office.
Alpha Daedos shook his head and glared at Drew. “I never reared you to be a man like that Drew. A soon-to-be Alpha should be man enough to face the consequences of his actions. Better keep that in your mind. You may go now and reflect on what you really want, Drew, and return to me when you are already decided.
Drew felt ashamed of himself that he could not look at his father’s eyes directly. He nodded and left his father’s office after murmuring his excuse to leave the place.
He was confused as hell when he got out of his Alpha Father’s office. He needs to run in the woods to refresh his mind. His Wolf is getting crazy too, not with Daffodil but with Trixie and they are having conflict with each other.
Drew shifted into his wolf form and ran as fast as he can. He could feel the hard slapping of wind into his body but he does not care at all. He needs to run to forget and relax.
He was too focused on his current dilemma that he forgot to be cautious of his surroundings. He already passed the boundary of their forest and entered a free zone where anybody could come and attack anyone. It is the so-called deadly zone.

Trixie saw when Drew shifted into his wolf form and ran fast. Without thinking much, she shifted into her wolf form too and followed him. At that instance, Lexus saw the running wolves of Drew and Trixie, and sensing that the two seemed to be in a chasing game, he became curious. He shifted into his wolf form too and followed the two running wolves.
When Lexus saw that Drew already passed their boundary, he ran fast to catch up with him and Trixie, who followed Drew, wherever he runs. Lexus' heart beat fast as he smelled something different in the air. Definitely not Trixie’s and Drew’s scents. He then ran fast but before he could catch Drew and Trixie, he already saw a couple of rogues following Drew and Trixie.
Immediately, Lexus mind linked Drew and Trixie, warning them, and then Alpha Daedos, who when he received, Lexus’ message, immediately called his strong warriors and followed the path going to the deadly zone.
Drew caught the message of Lexus, so with Trixie that they both stopped and faced the rogues running after them.
Around ten rogues rounded Drew and Trixie immediately. Lexus who was fast approaching immediately attacked two of the rogues and instantly killed them. With that Drew and Trixie had been attacked by the other rogues but the two were quick enough to fight back.
At that moment, the group of Alpha Daedos was running fast, with Alpha Daedos fearing for the life not only of his son Drew but also of Lexus and Trixie. Although, he felt a certain relief knowing that Lexus was there to help Drew and Trixie. He knew very well the capabilities of Lexus.
Drew was attacked by two wolves, to which he was able to avoid and attacked in return the first one by sinking hi wolf’s fangs into the rogue's neck. He was at that point when the other rogue attacked him.
However, Trixie saw it and before the rogue could land into Drew, Trixie’s wolf already kicked it hard making it flew and then landed on the ground with a loud thud. The rogue attacked back raging with anger that it immediately overpowered Trixie. When Drew saw that Trixie’s neck was about to be bitten by the rogue, his blood automatically reached his head with wrath like that of a raging storm. Drew’s wolf jumped into the rogue and sunk his fang mercilessly to its neck.
When the group of Alpha Daedos arrived, the remaining three alive rogues retreated and ran as fast as they could but the mighty warriors of the Mythical Silver Shadow Pack chased them and eventually caught them, killing them without mercy.
At that point, Drew’s wolf ran towards Trixie’s wolf and placed its neck across the neck of the former like wanting to hug Trixie's wolf.
Alpha Daedo’s wolf suddenly howled loudly as if shouting for victory. In his thoughts, he could surmise that their plans have been a success. In wolf form, Drew has been betrayed by his real feelings towards Trixie.
