Chapter 288.
Dav's pov.
Honestly I don't have any words to describe the pain I feel deep inside me. When Elina woke up, she carefully laid down next to Ian in the hospital bed.
She just broke down crying hard. Seeing our baby girl cry that hard, broke all of us. The anger we feel for Aurora, it's insane, but we all know the twins won't want us to do anything to her, especially since she is pregnant.
Absolutely none of us wanted to leave the room when Elina was crying so hard, when she is hurting so much. But when she asked us to give her some time alone with Ian, we couldn't say no.
None of us know how she can be feeling right now. Neither one of us have that twin connection with anyone, so we don't know how painful the emptiness is for them.
Talia asked if they could stay with us until Ian wakes up, they feel responsible. And want to be here for us in the difficult time. She also said that her mom and dad is home with the other 5 kids, together with her grandparents and som of their other aunties and uncles.
And the triplets here are worried for the 'pretty and cool lady' that saved them.
Uncle Carlos and Dante said it was okay, but some of them had to sleep at the nearby hotel since they don't have room for all of them.
But Talia, her guys and three kids, Theo and his woman Camilla, Declan and Aurora, and some more of their members was gonna stay here. And the rest will just sleep at the hotel and be here during the day.
It have now been one week and Ian hasn't woken up yet, Elina have not left the hospital room at all. She barely eat. She more or less cry herself to sleep everyday.
We have been many people trying to get her to come down here.
Now it's me and Luke that's gonna try to have her come down for dinner.
We knock on the door and go inside. Seeing our baby like this squeeze on our hearts. We can clearly see she haven't been eating much lately. It's like her face is a little more sunken in, her skin is pale, the shine in her eyes is gone. She looks like she is ready to give up on life.
"Miel, can you please come and join us for dinner." I asked her carefully but she just shook her head.
"Baby, Ian will need you when he wake up, and if he see you like this, he will be heartbroken. Can't me, you and Dav take a shower and go down and have some dinner with the rest?" Luke said with so much love rubbing her lower back.
She looked up at Luke with a sad and heartbroken look. Then she looked back at Ian, and a tear make it down her cheek which I carefully wipe away.
"I don't want Ian to be heartbroken." She said in a low voice.
"Come baby, let the three of us take a shower." Luke said and Elina nodded weakly.
Luke carefully lifted her up in his arms and we headed up to the twins private bedroom.
Luke kept Elina in his arms while I helped wash her hair and body. Then Luke handed Elina to me so I could hold her while he dried her off and did her skincare routine.
After that Elina just wanted to have underwear, her short pink and black workout shorts with matching sports bra. Then she had a pink zip hoodie over but not zipped up.
I handed Elina back to Luke and he sat down with her on his lap while I helped her dry her hair and brush it before I put it up in a high ponytail.
After that we walked down and just in time for dinner, when me and Luke who still had Elina in his arms entered the dining room, everyone looked shocked. But Elina just looked down on her lap in Luke's arms.
Suddenly the triplets came running up to Luke and looked up at Elina with big smiles.
"Pretty girl, we have missed you." Thea said smiling. Elina looked up at Luke and gave him a small smile and a nod. So Luke gently placed Elina's feet on the floor.
Since Elina have bearly been eating she is pretty unstable on her legs so he put an arm around her waist.
"Hey you three, how are you feeling?" Elina asked crouching down and Luke did the same to make sure Elina didn't tip over.
"We are okay, the bad people didn't hurt us, you saved us just in time." Luka said taking a gentle grip of her hand.
"Mommy and our daddies said you don't feel so good, and we will stay here with you guys until you feel better." Nikolai said smiling a sweet smile.
"That's very kind of you all, thank you for want to look after me. You are all so sweet and caring." Elina said and gently gave the three kids a hug and kiss on their cheek.
When Luka and Nikolai got a kiss on their cheek they both blushed and had a huge grin on their face.
"Pretty Lina, I will marry you when I grow up." Luka said jumping up and down happily. "Nooooo she will marry me." Nikolai said making a happy dance, that made everyone else chuckle at the kids cuteness.
"Noo pretty will marry me." Thea said upset, that made Elina chuckle, and when she chuckled the triplets looked at Elina like she is an angel sent from heaven.
"Come you three it's time for dinner." Elina said with a sweet smile and the triplets nodded happily and ran back to their seats.
Luke helped Elina up on her feet's and we headed over to take a seat. Elina sat down on Luke's lap, and even though we all miss having our girl on our lap's, right now we are just happy she is out of the hospital room.
Everyone looked at Elina with a smile and she gave them all a smile back. The dinner was served but Elina wasn't able to eat much, but she had at least something.
Then Elina looked over at Aurora and we all saw how Aurora shrieked into herself.
"Aurora was it?" Elina said and everyone stopped talking to each other and looked between Elina and Aurora.
"Yes Black Rose." Aurora said in a low voice, that made Elina give a sigh.
"Just call me Elina, but you are pregnant, you barely eat and I can see you lack a lot of nutrients. Yes I know I barely eat right now, and I lack it too. But I'm not growing a life inside me. Think of the little one inside you, take care of the unborn baby. You need to take better care of yourself to take care of the baby." Elina said with a serious look.
We all just looked shocked between the two of them.
