Amelia's p. o. v
Why was I crying over such a thing when I had gone through worse?. By now I was supposed to be stronger and unaffected. She was acting exactly like Merbal did, I wasn't supposed to give in and show her my weak side.
"Let's take a closer look at her." One warrior announced as they all agreed and moved closer surrounding me.
"She surely has a lot of bruises on her body, wait she has scars too." Another warrior said as they laughed even more.
I bit my lower lip as tears continued to fall.
"Those aren't from our pack. " Peit said seriously.
"Of course not!. They aren't, she came with them and when I asked some ladies from her pack, they confirmed that she was the servant of their pack who carried out all orders." The blonde lady answered.
I looked at her coldly then glared.
"Piet look at how she's glaring at me." She said loudly.
I was about to lower my gaze to the ground when peit leaned in, grabbing my cheek tightly. The pain was intense but I tried not to cry out.
"You are giving my woman a sick look, why is that?" He asked strongly as I swallowed hard in fear.
"Answer me!" He growled as a whimper escaped my lips. His hand was hurting my chin badly.
I watched him lift his hand in mid-air and the only thing I could do was close my eyes.
"What do you think you are doing to her?" A familiar voice asked.
The man immediately dropped his hand.
"I was just..." He began but kept quiet.
I opened my eyes and saw the warrior with green eyes from yesterday standing a bit further away from us, with the twin warriors beside him.
"Just what?. Didn't anyone tell you that I chose her?" The warrior asked seriously.
Peit looked at the blonde lady furiously then back at the warrior.
"No one had informed me. I'm sorry sir." He answered.
Sir?. Why was he calling him sir?.
"You have already touched her. Her cheek is bruised and her lip which was busted is now bleeding." He pointed out and for just a second my heart beat loudly from his words.
They sounded similar to what my mate had said before.
"I'm so sorry sir. I can give you my best breeder." Piet said, pushing the blonde in front of him.
The warrior walked towards me without a word and knelt in front of me on one knee.
"Are you okay?" He asked softly when he touched my cheek gently.
I wanted to tell him the truth, but then it would make Peit my enemy, his whole attention would be directed to me if he was to be punished.
"Yes." I lied ignoring the pain from my lip.
He moved his hand to my back and lifted me in bridal style. Before I could protest he walked ahead.
When he reached where the twins were he gave them a light glance then continued to walk.
I moved my arms and wrapped them around his neck without thinking much about my actions.
I was shocked when he opened the first door to the wing which had number one indicated on it.
He walked in and helped me stand. He moved and grabbed a beautiful pink sheet from the bed covering me up.
I was confused over what was happening. Not a second ago I was in tears and facing that warrior. Now I was in a room that looked like the bedroom of a princess. The room was very big with a beautiful king-size bed. A white couch was set near two doors. And next to it was a huge wardrobe that was open. A lot of clothes were in there. Next to it was a big dressing table with nice perfumes on it.
"Amongst those two rooms, one leads to the bathroom and the other one leads to the kitchen." He said getting my attention.
I looked at him with a frown. What was he insinuating exactly?
"Um.... excuse me, sir. I don't understand what you mean." I said in a low tone.
I didn't want him to be angry with me but what exactly did he mean by his words.
"I mean, this room is now yours. You will sleep and eat here as well as take a bath. When I feel like it, I will be visiting you, so always expect me." He said then walked out before I could respond.
I stood there looking at the door.
"What was happening?" I asked myself silently.
"Amelia." Toni's voice came from outside the door.
I quickly rushed to open it.
Her hair was ruffled and her nose was bleeding.
I quickly grabbed her hand and pulled her in then shut the door and locked it.
"Toni," I whispered, then pressed my hand on her shoulder.
"Did they do this to you?" I asked in concern.
"Well, I was stubborn when they asked me to step aside from the bathroom door. They had to cover my mouth and drag me away." She whispered with tears filled in her eyes.
"Hey, you don't have to cry. See I'm okay." I whispered with a smile.
"I heard from the females outside that Logan came to your rescue and he even gave you this beautiful room." She said with a smile.
So that was the name of the warrior. Logan. I had thought he was Frank.
"Isn't he Frank?" I asked curiously.
"That is his first name. Not his last name." She said a little too loudly.
Something was definitely wrong with her.
"This room was originally Celina's room. She won't let it slide easily." She said.
Who was she talking about?. I had no idea who the owner of the room was.
"If I may ask. Who is Celina?" I asked seriously.
"The blonde lady who seems to hate you a lot." She answered as I widened my eyes.
Her!. She wasn't going to let it slide at all!. She was going to make sure my life was hell itself.
"Omg, I had no idea that it was her room." I answered quickly.
"Right now she was dragged downstairs with her master by the twins, so she isn't around." She said as I looked at the door.
I had two options set down for me. It was either I go against the warrior and leave the room or go against Celina and stay in her room.
The decision was hard, but one had to go.
