Chapter 7 BOLD TOUCHES
“We do?” I whispered, losing myself in a moment of lust.
“And how do we do...” He cupped my breasts, running his tongue down the middle, kissing them sensually. His mouth traveled down my abdomen, tracing the outline, gently kissing above my belly button, grazing the sides of my ribs, and moving his hands to my stomach in a delightful caress. It was like a massage.
Reaching my waist, Patrik ran his tongue over his lips before sliding it over the fabric of my pants. I shivered at his touch, gripping the couch as I felt his kisses on my thigh. He bit boldly, with just the right pressure, highlighting his undeniable experience.
“You know that longing you feel, with your heart racing, the desire for my tongue to invade?” The CEO spoke between my legs. “These are the sensations you should describe; readers long to feel this indirectly, Miss Lis.”
Bringing his tongue to my entrance, he moved the pants aside, but my phone started ringing incessantly. Breathing irritably, Patrik stared at me.
“Cell phones are not allowed during training, Miss Lis!” He spoke angrily.
I quickly got up, grabbed the phone, and saw the caller ID: Nursing Home. I widened my eyes as I answered, while Patrik prepared to argue. However, I took a few steps back.
“Yes, sorry, I was in a meeting...” I spoke timidly, noticing my boss's amused expression. “What happened? Of course, of course, immediately!”
I hung up the phone, facing Patrik.
“Mr. Patrik, if you want to fire me, that's okay, but I have to go now!” I looked anxious, putting on my skirt. I sighed as I saw my new shirt torn. “I'll have to buy new ones.”
I looked around and spotted his blazer. I grabbed it and wrapped it around my body, buttoning it up, hoping no one would see me.
“I-I promise I'll return it clean.” I was trembling, buttoning up, and tying my hair up high. I grabbed my things, ready to run out.
“Where are you going in such a hurry?” Arching his eyebrows, Patrik stared at me seriously.
“It's a personal matter!” I pulled my wrist from his hands.
“Let me give you a ride...” Before he could finish, I ran out of his office towards my car urgently.
I arrived as fast as I could; the doctor who accompanied my grandmother was waiting for me in the entrance hall, directing me to the dining room, where my sweet grandmother was having a memory outburst, throwing everything in fury.
“Hey, you made quite a mess here, didn't you?” I smiled as I approached slowly.
“Helena, oh my God, you came... Tell them I'm not crazy to be here!” She shouted, pointing to the nurses. “They can't keep me here.”
“Grandma, it's me… Elisabeth, your Lis!” I approached her, holding her hands, standing face-to-face, and making eye contact; it seemed that a bit of lucidity returned to her mind.
“Where is Helena?” With a trembling voice, she asked.
I gently led her to a seat, knowing that she would have to go through that pain again; remembering was very difficult.
“Grandma, don't you remember?” I looked at her lovingly, caressing the back of her hand. “We had a car accident on the day she was discharged from the maternity ward; unfortunately, Helena, my mother, and my father, Roger, didn't survive!”
“No, oh my God!” She covered her mouth, letting the tears wash her face with so much pain. “And Elisabeth, is she okay?”
“I am, grandma; I survived!” I hugged her, caressing her time-worn face. It hurt to see how lost she felt in the story.
“I need to raise her and honor the life your parents gave her... I'll do my best; I'll love Elisabeth for the three of us!” Eva smiled determinedly. “Poor child, so much suffering at such a young age...I'll raise her with much love!”
“Grandma, it's me.” I gently squeezed her hands, making her restless eyes settle on mine.
“Hey Lis, my little one, you look so beautiful.” She smiled gently.
“You raised me very well and with a lot of love. Thank you for everything!” A tear rolled down my eyes, and she wiped it away with her index finger.
“Ah, so this is where you came.” Patrik's firm voice made me turn around, startled.
“What are you doing here?” I jumped out of the chair, approaching him. “Did you follow me?”
“Me? No, but Greg did...” He pointed over his shoulder playfully. “I find him a bit of a stalker sometimes.”
The CEO whispered amused, walking past me and stopping in front of my grandmother.
“You must be kidding!” I said it firmly, walking towards him. “Get out of here immediately; you have no right!”
“Sweetheart, that's not how you talk to guests; be a good girl and go get some tea for this charming man.” My grandmother spoke, smiling, while Patrik kissed the back of her hand seductively, pulling a chair to sit in front of her.
“What? No grandma, this man, he is...” Before I could speak, she interrupted me.
“Stop being rude; that's not the upbringing I gave you!” Eva spoke angrily in my direction before turning to him. “Forgive my granddaughter; these children nowadays don't respect their elders!”
“But grandma!” I tried to protest.
“Don't be rude, young lady; respect your grandmother and do as she's ordering.” The CEO turned to me with amusement.
“You must be joking!” I shouted, irritated.
“Elisabeth Lis, you're grounded!” My grandmother raised her eyebrows with an angry face.
“But...” I sighed, looking at him.
“Obey, and don't disturb the adults who are talking.” He smiled provocatively, making me boil with anger. “By the way, I love sweet herb tea; care to join me?”
Taking my grandmother's hands, she blushed at his gentlemanly gesture, nodding. I rolled my eyes, looking for a nurse to attend to their request. When the teas arrived, I served them reluctantly, but I didn't want to cause a scene and intensify the confusion in my grandmother's mind, who had Alzheimer's.
The two of them talked about everything; I had never seen her so light and smiling. I felt my heart light up with the scene unfolding before my eyes. I sighed.
“Are you tired, dear?” Eva analyzed me.
“I'm fine, grandma; don't worry!” I smiled gently.
“Don't worry, Mrs. Eva, I'll take her home for some rest.” Patrik winked at me, making me roll my eyes and huff.
“I don't know what got into this girl to behave like this; she has always been so polite.” My grandmother observed, commenting on him.
“Maybe she needs a few spankings.” Looking me up and down with malice, Patrik bit his lips, making me blush at the idea.
