"Titan?" I finally said. He took my hand in his.
"Raven how did I ever get so lucky to have you as my mate?" He asked then pulled me into a hug.
"How did you get a hold of these books?" He asked.
"Bre went to the school and talked to the teacher for the seniors, and he search and found these books for me." I told him.
"You are amazing, I think you would make an amazing Luna with out these books." He told me still holding me close.
"I had no idea what a Luna did. The only experience I had with one was the one we ran from. If I'm to be Luna I want to be the best I can be. Though Bre will have to get a big pay raise as she will be doing all my paperwork." I told him.
"Wow, you have it all worked out. I'm happy you have embraced your role as my mate and Luna to the pack." Titan said.
"Only Luna when your mother is ready to step down. I don't want her to think she has too and I'm not completely ready yet. Truthfully I’m still scared." I told him honestly.
"You will be wonderful; everyone will love you." Titan said. There was a knock on the door it was Roman come to take me down to lunch with the others. I kissed Titan before I got up from the couch then stood and took Roman’s arm. When we got to the kitchen Maggie took me and sat me in a chair then told everyone where to sit. After serving me my food and telling me what was on my plate and where. Then put my hand on my coffee mug and my water glass did she sit down and let the others get their food.
"Raven why are you still so thin?" Maggie asked. I smiled.
"I have always been small, Spirit on the other hand is a very large wolf. " I said.
"I would agree with that, she is the size of an Alpha wolf and the most beautiful red fur." Roman said I was surprised he remembered he had only seen her once. We ate and chatted about things for a while then Maggie started nudging me.
"Ok, ok," I laughed.
"There is actually a reason we are all having this lunch. Bre and Nigel will you both stand up with me on the day of my wedding?" I asked. Bre was excited.
"I'm honored you asked me, the answer is yes." She said.
"Are you sure you want a rouge standing up at your wedding, what will people say?" Nigel asked.
"I don't care what others say or think, it us my choice we are family." I told him.
"If your sure of course I will." He said.
Roman you have been like a father to me; would you honor me by giving me away?" I asked.
"I will not argue with you, it will be my pleasure to walk you up the Isle " Roman said emotionally.
"Kyle I have a special job for you, will you play your guitar as I walk up the isle?" I asked.
"I will," he said choaked up.
Maggie made notes of who was doing what. She gave Kyle sheet music to learn a song.
"I already have brand new clothes for you all for the wedding." Maggie said. I sat smiling this was my family and they were going to be a special part of my wedding.
GARRISON'S POV
I valued my friendship with Titan. I was the first person he trusted outside of his pack. He never knew any of this. When Yelena wondered into my pack twenty years ago I knew nothing about The Sky Fire pack. I nursed her back to health she had been my mate I had waited year for. I worshiped the ground she walked on. We had our mating ceremony, and she was the perfect Luna. When she told me she was pregnant I was so happy. But part near the end of her pregnancy she got some kind of infection in her lungs. The doctors tried everything. By the time Spencer was two she had passed way from the infection. I removed all her pictures from the pack house except the one beside my bed. I could not function or work with her pictures everywhere. I hired a nanny for Spencer I was to busy running and growing the pack to raise him on my own.
I have never looked at another woman that way since. No one can replace the love of my life. I sat on my bed now looking at her picture.
"Yelena, what do I do?" I asked her. If only she was still here. I downed my brandy and went to take a shower to clear my head.
TITAN'S POV
The wedding was one week away Lance was going to stand up with me. I grabbed the paper Garrison had given me. I made a few phone calls.
"Blake this is Titan, sorry to disturb you, I was wondering if you and your mate would like to attend our wedding mating ceremony next Saturday I know it is short notice but I'm stepping out of my comfort box, I think it would make Raven happy." I said. I knew I was rambling.
"Titan relax, Raven already invited Marrie and I the other day. Look I will grab a couple of good Alpha who's mates will be ecstatic about coming relax I will see you Saturday." Blake said and hung up. Had I invited Garrison I could not remember. I called his number. It rang and rang I was waiting for it to go to voice mail when he picked up.
"Hi, Titan what can I do for you?" He asked. I thought that was strange he never answered the phone to me like that.
"Everything ok? My friend,” I asked.
"I'm a bit busy Titan, what is up?" He asked not answering me.
"I was just checking to aee if you're coming to the wedding on Saturday? But I will let you go." I said and hung up. Garrison was not acting like himself. What had happened since I last talked to him. I wondered if maybe Spencer was giving him a hard time again. That boy was headed fir a whole lot of trouble if he did not change his attitude. Oh well it was Garrison 's issue to deal with. I could only be an ear if he wanted it. The door to the office opened and Valen brought in Raven who was all smiles.
"I will take it all went well with your social tea?" I asked her nodding to Valen as I got up and sat on the couch beside Raven.
"It went perfectly, everything is all set. I'm so excited and nervous at the same time." Raven told me. I put my arm around her shoulders.
"I'm a bit nervous too," I told her.
"You nervous, why," she asked.
