Chapter 60 CHAPTER 60
IMARA'S POV
The guards took and put me in the dungeon. Had I came to the right pack? I listened to the dungeon guards talking. To get any clue that I was in the right place. They kept talking about the Rouge King and how he was going to attack. That did not help me much. When shift changed and two female guards were on duty at my end of the dungeon I got to hear a lot more gossip.
"Betty do you know Alpha Titan still has that rouge in the pack house. I think he feels sorry for her." One woman said.
"Yah well, Jessica is not to happy about it, he blows her off all the time now. Just because she said something to that Jane girl he has in the pack house. Even Luna Loria feels sorry for the Dum rouge. When our True Luna finally comes home I'm sure she will get rid if the rouge." Betty said.
"Alpha Titan has waited along time for Raven, I wonder sometimes if she died on her journey here. That would make Jessica our new Luna, I guess we will just have to wait and see. Have you checked this rouge yet, does she need medical attention?" The woman asked.
"No, we better check, dammed if I get in trouble for someone dying." Betty said.
They unlocked my cell and came over to me I expected to be treated roughly but to my surprise they were gentle and caring.
"Hello, are you awake?" The one lady asked.
I groaned in pain; made it sound like I was having a hard time breathing.
"Where am I?" I said gasping for air.
"Are you hurt, here let me look at those cuts on your head." The woman said. I cried out in pain as she tried to move me.
"We better get her to the pack hospital and notify Alpha we may have a fire sky child." The woman named Betty said. I faked passing out. In minutes I was in the pack hospital and the doctors were examining me.
"Where are you from child." the doctor asked.
"I don't know, I have been traveling a long time something has been calling me, I need to find it." I said in a whisper.
"How long were you traveling?" The doctor asked.
"Almost six years the journey was rough and hard." I lied.
"We should let Alpha Titan know we possibly have a fire sky child here." The doctor told a nurse. The doctor gave me a sedative he said to relax me. I slept for a while but woke when he walked into the room. I knew him as soon as I saw him Raven had drew him many times in her book. He came over to the bed.
"How are you feeling?" He asked.
"Better now that you are here Titan, I made it home to you. You are my mate." I told him.
He gave me a strange look.
"What is your name." He demanded to know.
"It is me Titan, Raven, your mate." I said. I did not get the response I thought I would. His face turned red, his eyes glowed yellow and violet. He growled at me and stormed out.
That was two days ago. I noticed I had a guard at my door after that. I was very upset he had not come back. I was thinking of getting my clothes and to go look for him. When an older woman with hair like Ravens came into my room with a younger woman.
She came and stood at my bedside not saying anything for a while.
"My name is Luna Loria, I have been told your name is Raven. Is this correct?" She asked me. What the hell he already had a Luna. I figured I would keep up with my lie, I was here to find Raven and kill her not be someone's Luna anyway. So I nodded my head and pointed to the jug of water on the table that I could not reach.
"Oh, dear yes let me get you some water Raven." Luna Lori said and went right over and poured me some water and brought it to me.
"Here, you go dear. Now just take small sips to start with. The doctor tells me you can leave the hospital I have set up a small cabin by the pack house for you. Juno will be your bodyguard. You will be free to go any where in the pack except the second to fifth floors of the pack house. They are off limits to everyone unless you have been called to my office on the second floor. Why was she telling me this where was Titan he should be at my side I thought.
"Thank you, Luna. I have no clothes I just can't wear a hospital gown." I said horsey.
"Don't worry we have clothes for you, everything you will need is in the cottage.
"Here the younger lady said I picked these out for you I think they should fit. We have a storage of clothes you can go through and take what will fit you later. There should be a job posting in the main hall where you get your meals, check it out and let us know what job you would like." The younger woman said.
I looked at them both not believe what I was hearing.
"Where is Alpha Titan, I don't think he would want me working or not living in the pack house." I said to them both.
"Alpha Titan does not handle these matters. It is my responsibility as Luna. Your lucky he asked me to put you in a cabin instead of the rouge camp or the women's population." Luna Loria said to me. I took the clothes and thanked them as I went into the bathroom to change. I was surprised everything fit nicely even the shoes. When I was dressed they took me to a very small cabin. It had a bathroom, a bedroom, and the rest was kitchen and sitting area. The drapes on the windows were a dirty muddy color. There was fresh sheets and pillows piled on the bed with an old worn comforter.
"They will be by to put food in your kitchen shortly. But you should take your meals with everyone else in the main hall." Luna Loria said.
"Here they come with your sitting area furniture it is not much, but it will get you started." The younger woman said.
"It is more then what most start out with when they come. Be thankful Titan demanded you be put in this house." Luna Loria said sounding annoyed with him.
"Breakfast is from six to eight, lunch is twelve to one, dinner is six to seven. There is always coffee and tea and cold beverages in the main hall." Luna Loria said to me then turned to the guard Juno.
