Chapter 57 CHAPTER 57
"Ten to eleven. Raven," Bre said from the closet. Well, why had he not come back did I do something wrong. Was there a problem with something. There was only one way to find out.
"Bre can you take me to Alpha Titan office please?" I asked standing up.
"That is on the second floor. There will be a lot of people coming and going " she said.
"That is ok, come on now I want to see Alpha Titan." I told her.
"Ok, Raven I will take you down." Bre said. I could feel the reluctance to go downstairs.
"Remember we are a team Bre, you don't need to be so nervous, I want to see Alpha and I can't get there on my own right." I said.
"True, Jessica is not allowed on the second floor anyway." Bre said.
"Don't worry about her, Bre I'm sure she got the message last time." I said
"What if Alpha Titan is busy he might get mad that we just show up at his office." Bre said as we walked to the elevator.
"Don't you worry I will deal with him; you are not going to get into trouble. Your just doing what I asked you to do." When we got off the elevator I could hear how busy it was down in the main hall. Everyone was having an early lunch or changing shifts. I could hear teens joking around and laughing at each other. It was really busy, I was glad I was not down there one day just not today.
"Raven, we are at his door. Should I wait?" Bre asked nervously. I was going to have to get her to chill out some.
"If he is not busy and I stay you can go and get your lunch." I told her. Then I knocked on the door.
"I'm in a meeting, what do you need?" Titan asked. I was trying to think of what to say when the door opened. I knew it was him standing in front if me his scent intoxicated me immediately.
"Raven, I did not expect you to come looking for me." He said taking my arm.
"Bre, have your lunch then return to Ravens room I will bring her up later." Titan said to Bre. I guess she nodded because she turned and went down the stairs.
"Sorry, I did not think you would be in a meeting." I said to Titan.
"It is all good I would like you to meet Alpha Garrison he is a good friend and Alie. We have been talking about the Rouge King. Garrison and his warriors are here to help us defeat that bastard." Titan said as he sat back down in his chair still holding my hand. He put his hands on my waist and sat me on me on his lap. I tried to stand but he would not let me.
"Garrison this is Raven my mate and the future Luna of the Pack." Titan told him.
"It is a pleasure to finally meet you Luna Raven," Garrison said.
"Thank you, please just call me Raven, I'm not Luna yet, Nore am I ready to be." I said politely. I did not want to offend Titan allies.
"As you wish, if Titan does not mind." Garrison said. I tensed would he mind I had not thought of that.
"Not at all, seeing as my mother is still Luna until such time Raven is ready to take over, " Titan said. I relaxed some. He gave my waist a little squeeze to reassure me everything was ok.
"I should go and check on my warriors and have my general coordinate with yours Titan. Will I see you at dinner this evening Raven?" He asked.
"She will be there," Titan said answering for me. When I heard the door close I turned in his direction.
"I think I could have answered myself, Titan." I said a bit mad.
"I wanted to make sure last night did not set you back from the progress you have been making, I apologize I will not answer for you like that again. Do you forgive me?" He asked. I could tell he was being honest and he was right I really was thinking of not going down to dinner because of last night.
"Yes, you are, this time," I giggled.
"So tell me my mate what brought you to my office?" He asked.
"I wanted to go for a walk, and you had not come back. Sorry I disturbed your meeting," I said.
"So you were not missing me then?" He asked his lips close to my ear.
"Maybe a bit of that too." I said smiling at him.
"We have a woman in the dungeon she came over the boarder last night. When I saw her she had fallen unconscious I sent her to the pack hospital, but she told us when she first got here she was a sky child, but she does not look like one. Then again not all look like you I have dark brown hair you have red hair. Your eyes are blue, violet and deep purple to red. Mine are blue to violet. Some just have blue eyes. Getting off topic here sorry. She does not look like a sky child to me, but she looks as though she went through trials to get here, so I am confused." Titan said. I sat up in his lap and touched his cheek.
"Remember the warning, Titan be careful around her." I told him.
"You will let me know if you draw anything else about it?" He asked.
"Yes, I will let you know. I hate that it is raining we can not go for a walk outside." I complain.
"I'm sorry Raven are you getting bored? is there anything I can do to make your day better?" Titan asked.
"I just don't know what to do with myself. My lack of site takes away a lot of things. I don't want to bother you with this . You have enough work to do." I told him.
"I might have a couple of ideas, let me work on them and talk to mother we can talk about it after dinner. Let me take you back to your room your lunch should be up. I want to talk to you about a few things we can get that will help you with some things." Titan said. He kissed my lips lightly then stood me up from his knee before escorting me back to my room. He sat with me as I had lunch, but when Bre came back he kissed me on the forehead and said he would be back. Leaving me confused.
"Alpha seems pre- occupied today," Bre commented.
"Yes, I glad I'm not the only one seeing it." I told her.
"The rouge in the hospital is awake, maybe that has him not himself?" Bre said. I thought about it, if she was awake then he had to find out what her game was before she caused problems.
