"Mom, I know you have a lot of questions, but can they wait until tomorrow I'm tired and need to get some sleep. Titan can show you your room. It has been a very long day for me." I told her.
"Yes, of course Raven. I totally understand. We can talk tomorrow. Would you like me to clean up out here before I go to bed?" Mom asked. Titan answered before I could.
"Mother Clare, please don't worry about it I will take care of it." Titan said.
"If you're sure, then I shall retire. I'm so happy to be with you Raven. I love you, I never stopped hoping I would see you again." Mom said coming and kissing my forehead.
"I love you too, mom. Sleep well," I told my mother I heard Titan walk her down the hall to her room chatting as they went. I sighed and put my head back on the pillow. I don't remember anything after that, I woke up to Titan carrying me to our room.
"I was trying not to wake you," he whispered.
He tucked me into bed had a shower and joined me in bed. Pulling me close to him.
"Go to sleep Raven." Titan said I giggled.
LESTER'S POV
When I woke up in the morning I went to my office down the hall from out bedroom to check if I had any faxes from Titan. Sure enough it was there Raven had the girls I wrote down all the information he had sent on the certificates place of birth I wrote Fire Sky Pack United States. I put the certificates in my briefcase then went to shower and dress. I went to have breakfast with Carmon who had already sent the kids off to school.
She took one look at my suit and sighed.
"Going to the council today?" She asked.
"Yes, it seems so, Raven had the pups yesterday and Titan has requested I file the certificates right away." I told her.
"What did she have?" Carmon asked sitting my breakfast in front of me then pouring my coffee before sitting back down.
"Twin girls," I told her.
"That is wonderful, they will be back in three or four weeks?" She asked.
"About that, the fax I got said they would be staying for the Alpha's mating ceremony. Something else too but you must keep it to yourself for now if I tell you." I said.
"You know I don't gossip about anything you tell me; this job is to important to the whole family, so tell me what else did he say?" Carmon asked. I debated if I should tell her this was big new, but we could not afford to let it slip.
"You promise not to say a word? lives depend on this not getting out until they get back." I asked.
"Lester, you know I will not say anything now tell me." She laughed.
"They found Raven's mother. When they get back Hunter will be arrested for kidnapping and forceable confinement." I told her.
"Oh my Goddess, when they went looking there for her he really had her?" She asked.
"Patently so." I told her.
"Good, Goddess, what that woman must have gone through." Carmon said.
"Just keep it to yourself, It could cost me my job if someone finds out." I warned her.
"With three pups to put through university you don't need to worry. I happy they finally found her though." Carmon said.
" hopefully I can just file the certificates and get out of there without any questions." I said finishing my coffee and getting up. I went to my office double checked my briefcase and kissed Carmon on my way out as she handed me my travel mug full of coffee.
I got in my car and drove the two hours council house. I finished my coffee then took my briefcase and went and stood in line. When I got to the clerk I pulled out the certificates and asked to have them registered. The lady looked at me then the certificates.
"I will be right back," she said. Then took the certificates and went into a court room. She was gone about twenty minutes. I was starting to get nervous. The lady came back and opened the door to the back
"Please follow me, one of the counselors would like to speak with you." She said.
Great I thought, we had hoped to just get them filed with no fuss. I followed her into the court room.
"He will be right with you." She said and left.
The councillor I had seen the last time I had been here for Titan approached me.
"You probably don't remember me, Alpha Garrison," he said putting out his arm. I clasped arms with him.
"Is there a problem with the certificates?" I asked.
"Oh, no, no. I was waiting for them. Titan is a close friend of mine. I wanted to make sure these get filed right away. When you call him about these tell him to call me. Here I will write my name and number down for you. When you have delicate documents for Alpha Titan call me and I can get you through the line and personally make sure they are taken care of." He said.
"Thank you, Alpha Garrison, I will remember that." I said.
"You have a good day, Lester, I'm need in another court room." Garrison said and left.
I walked out if the council house. It was good to know I had someone on the inside who can help me get things done for Titan.
ELLA'S POV
I woke up the sun was shining brightly through my window. I looked at the time. Dam it was eleven in the morning. I ran to the bathroom shower and dressed threw my hair up into a ponytail. Calvin would be here at eleven thirty. Dinner was so nice last night. Tonight, would be a full moon and I would shift for the first time. Calvin was coming to take me and show me where I would shift then we would go for a run.
"Ella," my mom yelling up the stairs.
"Coming" I said. I will not run, walk, ok walk fast. I ran down the stairs and wrapped my arm around Calvin giving him a kiss.
"Your in a good mood this morning, can I get that every morning?" He asked smiling. I smiled back at him.
"See you later mom, dad" I said taking Calvin's hand. We walked over to Alpha Titan and Luna Raven's cabin. Calvin stayed at the bottom of the steps of the porch as I went and knocked on the door. Alpa Titan answered the door.
"Hello Ella, Calvin. Raven is napping right now." He said.
"That's ok, I just wanted to ask you both if Raven is feeling up to it to come to my first shift tonight?" I said.
"You're having your first shift tonight?" He asked.
"Yes, Alpha, spirit told me we would have our first shift the next full moon and that is tonight." I said.
