Chapter 55

Aaron places a kiss on his forehead asking him to take rest while Kate gives him a smile wishing him to get well soon and they both leave from there together. Max watches them leave and smiles to himself remembering the way Kate jas rubbed his back and made him drink water. Her beauty is enchanting and it has attracted him to her. Apart from her beauty, the innocent in her eyes attracted him more to her. It is hard to see innocence these days in this wicked place as the innocence in people is dying a slow death every day. But this woman had an innocence of a baby in her eyes which is making him attracted to her like moth to the flame. How much he wishes to touch those soft cheeks with his hands but then he can't because he is not even in a position to do anything as his body lacks the nutritions and energy it needs for a human to survive in this world. But then once he gets normal then he will definitely try to know about her and will try to make her his. This is crazy that he is feeling for her on the hospital bed where he can't even lift his finger but then heart doesn't listen to anyone and even his heart is not listening to him. He started feeling for her the moment he saw her. He is feeling that weird attachment with her. He is feeling that attraction towards her which is provoking him to talk to her and spend time with her. She is a very special person and there is something very special about her that attracts him to her. Her beauty is not the only reason for him to be attracted to her. The aura she has around her, the vibrations around her attracts him to her and is pushing him to her. He just wants to hear her voice as he has noticed that she didn't talk from the time he has opened his eyes. He is already attracted to her and if she has innocent and beautiful voice then he won't be stop himself from falling head over heels for her. Max closes his eyes happily thinking about her.

Karan is sitting on the chair along with Twinkle when they see Kate and Aaron come out of the cabin. Karan gets up from the chair and tells Kate as he is not talking with Aaron "Kate you both leave. We both will stay here and look after him and once Twinkle's father comes here, I will also leave" Kate looks at Aaron waiting for his reaction. She can't say anything in this case without knowing his reaction or without getting his permission. Aaron also don't want to get into an argument with Karan as he knows what will happen next. It will only lead to Max knowing about their conflicts. So he just nods and leaves from there with Kate. Twinkle and Karan keep on staring at them till they leave the hospital.

Once they have left the hospital Twinkle sits beside Karan and keeps her hand on his hand and tells him "You also noticed as to how Max was staring at Kate. I felt the attraction in his eyes for her. There is some kind of happiness while looking at her in his eyes. Kate and Aaron are already a thing. Doesn't know whether Aaron loves her or not but he is definitely posessive for her. I am scared that this will bring another problem into our lives. I am scared that this will create another havoc in our lives. And Kate, she has feelings for him which can be clearly seen. How she has loved him after all the torture he has made her go through is still a question but still. This is not what we have expected to happen. My brother was looking at Kate, enchanted by her beauty and he was clearly attracted to her and that can be seen in his eyes. We have to do something to stop him from developing feelings for her but is that even possible. I mean we can't pressurise him or tell him anything that would hurt him. What if he gets hurt and feels broken if we tell him about Kate and Aaron's affair. He may not yet love her but what if this has bad impact on his health. He is already very weak. We can't do that to him. I am scared to even give him hints about their affair because just imagine what if this gives a shock to him and has a bad impact on him. What will we do then? We will become the reason for his condition. God this is hurting my head. My head fucking hurts thinking about all these. I am in conflict with myself and my thoughts. God please help us"

Karan holds her hand and blinks his eyes at her. He asks her to relax " Relax baby. Just relax. Stop pressurising your brain. See just leave all these on God. Whatever happens happens. Let it happen baby. We are already facing the worst and if the worst gets even more worse even then we will face it. But for now we can't do anything. We should just let him be and let him weave whatever dreams he wants to"

Twinkle snatches her hand away and standing up from her chair, she asks him with shock "Are you fucking kidding me. Do you even understand as to what you are saying. You are fucking asking me to let my brother live in a world of lie. You are asking me to let him weave the dreams that will never happen. I can't let him live a life of lie even if it is for few days"

Karan also stands up from his chair and tells her holding her hand "We all are already living a life of lie. We have already kept Max in a life of lie. We are already betraying him not letting him know about the past. And baby, we have no other choice than doing this because now if we say something and what if at this very sensitive stage he gets soo hurt that he feels broken and lost. What if he gets a sudden shock knowing this and something happens to him. Most of all baby, did you forget about your dad. He will fucking tell Max that you and Aaron are married. Do you even understand what impact it will have on him if you tell him about their affair and your father tells him about your marriage with Aaron. Did you even think about the consequences? Max will lose it and burst with anger. He will think Aaron to be a cheater ahd this will bridge a huge gap between them. And if by chance you don't want to bridge gap between them then you have to tell him the whole past which is not a good idea at this moment. It will have a very bad impact on him if we tell him about our past. And what if his reaction is the worst and something worst happens to him. We can't afford that baby. So now this is the only way. We should just let everything go the way it is going and tell your fucking father not to create a scene. And remember one thing pretend like everything is alright"

Twinkle just nods sadly and helplessly as she has no other choice and like he said this is looking like the only way to go. Karan cups her face and tells her "I know baby. You are still reluctant and still hesitant with the idea but then we have no fucking choice. I know this will break his heart if we let it go on for few more months as he may fall head over heels for her but then atleast we will have him with us alive and healthy. And that's what we want. We will somehow fix his broken heart like we are trying to do with Kate and Aaron. So please just don't let this affect your already ruined peace. Please baby don't be sad, it hurts my heart"

Twinkle gives him a smile nodding her head. Karan smiles back and hugs her to his heart. He places a kiss on her head and they both get lost in the hug closing
