Chapter 20: SAMANTHA! IS THIS REALLY YOU?!

SAMANTHA! IS THIS REALLY YOU?!

“What!!” Camilla exclaimed, staring at the luxurious car in front of her.

One of the maids was even recording the scenario, and Ceaser stared at Camilla with a smile on his face.

His joy knew no bounds because he always loved to see Camilla happy, and that was the reason why he arranged such a big surprise for her.

A drop of tears fell from Camilla's eyes; she just couldn't believe what she was seeing right.

She moved her gaze from the car back to Caesar, who was still grinning.

“I think this is a prank, babe,” she said, walking up to Caesar.

“Why would I prank you? It's all yours, Camilla; you even deserve more than this, so please...” Caesar couldn't finish his statement when Camilla ran to the car.

Camilla squealed with delight, jumping up and down like a little girl.

She rushed over to the Ferrari, her eyes shining with excitement.

She opened the door and slid into the plush leather seat, running her hands over the sleek interior.

She gasped in amazement, noticing that the seat still had the new car smell and the leather was still creased from the factory.

"It's new! It's new!" she exclaimed, bouncing up and down in the seat.

She jumped out of the car and ran back to Caesar, throwing her arms around him and peppering his face with kisses.

"Thank you so much, babe! I love you! You're the best!"

Caesar chuckled, hugging her tightly and pecking her cheek.

"That's not enough, my love," he said, his eyes sparkling with mischief. "Let me take you somewhere even more special. It's your day, and we must celebrate in style."

Camilla's eyes widened with excitement as Caesar took her hand and led her away from the Ferrari.

She had no idea what he had planned, but she knew it was going to be an unforgettable adventure.

As Camilla and Caesar walked through the compound, they made their way to a sprawling outdoor pavilion that had been transformed into a breathtaking birthday wonderland.

The pavilion's ceiling was adorned with intricate lace and flowers, while the walls were draped with elegant silk fabrics in shades of pink and gold.

The floor was covered with a plush, cream-coloured carpet, and the air was filled with the sweet scent of blooming flowers.

A majestic, crystal-encrusted chandelier hung from the centre of the ceiling, casting a kaleidoscope of colours across the room.

At the far end of the pavilion, a stunning, larger-than-life portrait of Camilla smiled down from the wall, surrounded by glittering candles and fresh flowers.

Below the portrait, a magnificent, multi-tiered cake stood proudly on a delicate, lace-covered table.

The cake was adorned with intricate, sugar-crafted flowers and sparkling, edible diamonds.

As Camilla and Caesar approached the table, they were greeted by a sea of smiling faces, all eager to celebrate Camilla's special day.

Caesar led Camilla to a beautifully decorated, throne-like chair, where she sat down, looking like a queen.

Caesar then sat down beside her, lifting her onto his lap.

He handed her a delicate, gemstone-encrusted spoon and began to feed her ice cream from an exquisite, crystal bowl.

Camilla's eyes sparkled with delight as she savoured the creamy treat, her face alight with happiness.

As Caesar continued to feed her, Camilla suddenly leaned forward, her arms wrapping tightly around his neck.

"Thank you so much for this," she whispered, her voice trembling with emotion. "It's the most amazing birthday celebration I've ever had."

Caesar nodded and replied, It's my duty, babe; you don't have to thank me.

Camilla walked out of her bedroom, looking very tired. She had just woken up, and she couldn't find Ceaser near her; she knew he had already gone to work as usual.

Ever since they have married, Caesar had insisted that she shouldn't work; he would always say that he doesn't want to stress her.

She went straight to her bathroom and had a brief bath.

Minutes later, she arrived back in the room and started dressing in a miniskirt and crop top.

Yeah! She was going out today.

She had decided to change her wardrobe, so she will just head to the mall with her new Ferrari vehicle that Ceaser got for her on her birthday.

After applying some makeup on her face, she grabbed her car keys on the table near her bedroom and then made her way out of the room.

When she arrived back in the sitting room, she met some of the maids who bowed their heads, greeting her respectfully.

Camilla waved her hands without saying a word and continued walking to the compound.

She was about to enter her Ferrari vehicle when Bruno walked up to her.

Bruno is one of Caesar's staff in his company.

“Good morning, ma'am.” Bruno greeted, bowing slightly.

“Morning, are you here for Caesar? Oh, he has gone to work, Camilla said.

“I already talked with him in the company, and he sent me to you, ma'am,” Bruno replied.

“To me? Why? Any problem?” Camilla asked.

“There is no problem, ma. He told me to drive you anywhere you're going to,” Bruno replied.

“Oh, I would drive myself to the mall; you can go back to the company,” Camilla said, making her way to the vehicle.

“Ma’am!!!” Bruno called, running after Camilla.

Camilla stopped walking and turned to Bruno.

“I said go back to the company; I don't need any help from you. I can drive. Oh goodness, I don't know why Ceaser loves spoiling me,” Camilla said, running a hand through her hair.

“I can't return back to the company; my boss will sack me. He has employed me to be your private driver; please, ma’am, allow me to do my work,” Bruno pleaded.

Camilla let out a heavy sigh and waved her hand dismissively.

“Fine, get into the car,” she said, opening the door to the backseat.

She settled in the backseat while Bruno sat in the driver's seat, starting the engine immediately.

“Where are you going to ma?” Bruno asked as he navigated his way on the highway.

“Mall,” Camilla replied.

“Okay, Ma,” Bruno said.

A few minutes later, Bruno pulled up in front of the mall's building.

And Camilla stepped out of the car, striding towards the mall.

But then she bumped into someone; she looked up to see the person, but she was shocked to see Samantha, her old best friend in college.

“Camilla!!!” Samantha called looking very surprised.

“Samantha! Is this really you?” Camilla said.
