Chapter 141 More Prophesies
Alessia's POV
The walk back to our quarters is done in quiet retrospection . I lead the others through the corridors by heart and no one questions when I got a map or how I was able to navigate . I am grateful for that because I can not even explain it .

On arrival we find Lucy seated on the stone bench outside our quarters. It seems she has been busy for a while. Sheets of papers are spread across her lap and the floor near her . She doesn't seem to hear us approach so focused on the task at hand . Her head is bent low ,she seems to be writing something down .
"The lesson ended ?" She asks and I jump back startled instinctively Alex catches me against his broad chest .
"Easy there Alessia.." I turn to him giving him a grateful smile. "Thank you Alex"
So she heard our approach all along
Lucy can be so weird at times
I guess it a witchy thing though
“Yes ,she is done with lessons for today,and we didn't kill Frederic” Luca adds dryly.
Inwardly I sigh ,He probably deserved it.

Glamour class was very interesting, I look forward to practicing what I learnt
Finally she drops her pen and looks up her eyes scan my face quickly checking for scars none that are visible , Then she catches Angelica's eyes giving her small smile ,then glances at Alex's rigid stance as he holds me in his arms , she seems satisfied that we are all in one piece and her attention moves back to her notes.
“Perfect timing though” she murmurs “I want you all to hear this new part of the Prophecy I translated”
Sigh her tone makes me lean away from Alex and strengthen my shoulders.
Back to Prophesy talks then.
Great.
I watch her as she gathers up her research and we step into Luca’s room. Once the door is shut she arranges her research on the center table and takes the single chair.
“These are the notes I got from the remaining research Padre sent” she says
Butterflies erupt in my stomach .The Files from Padre ,that I had been reading on the journey .That was half in a different language.
“I read all it's not complete” Lucy continues “But I have been translating and cross referencing all the same.”
She taps one section with her slim slender finger “Princess you should read this one in particular”
I lean closer to have a better look and read it out loud “The heir shall cross over fire and light .Her strengths will be her powers and that of her true bonded mate which she shall use to bring an evolution .When all the false hunters perish ,only then shall her true Reign begin.”
We ponder over the words in the silence,
My strengths will be my powers?
My chest tightens...
My true bonded mate- Alex...
I turn to him briefly ,his posture still rigid. He seems to be in fight mode already..Like he can sense approaching danger and wants to remain alert
Which hunters will perish ?
That part does not make sense.
Alex turns to Lucy “False hunters will perish?"
Lucy nods “I also found that phrase odd and hard to ignore.”
Luca folds his arms “Could the prophecy be referring to Thomas and his cronies on the hunt for La Rosa?”
“But the prophecies have never made mention of anything linking La Rosa to this coven so why now?”
Angelica lets out a sharp breath “The things with prophecies are they are sometimes disjointed .This part now has no link to the previous parts we looked at.”
Lucy tilts her head “Yes it sppears some part have been taken out, so we only have bits and pieces here and there.”
Well that makes sense ,coughing slightly I face lucy “If this is about the hunt for La Rosa don't you think it's odd we haven't come across any clue about La Rosa until now?Even though it was created here.”
Lucy takes a deep breath Alessia "Princess its obvious the parts that have been taken out go more into detail about it . It might not be elaborated on in your notes but it is in our library .” She paused as we all turn to her.
“But you know La Rosa was created by the creator of this coven Natura and You are her last living descendant right? That is reason you are called the last princess”
I look at lucy as if she has grown two heads
“I am her direct descendant really?" Lucy nods raising her eyebrow at me then the rest .
"You mean you all didnt know? Enya didnt tell you why you are called the last Princess?"
I shake my head "I never asked and she did not elaborate" Alex sighs holding me close to his chest . His hands wrapping around me snugly "Now everything is starting to make sense, especially tricks and snide comments"
Angelica scoffs"I suspected but I wasnt certain.. Padre mentioned but it was all stipulation "
Luca leans back on his elbows"This coven is really something else, so if you do not ask soecifuc questions they wont share the relevant information?"
leaning into Alex I remember the way the coven members always give me respect and bow whenever I am passing.I think its because I dont even plan to stay here that I didn't ask why or how I am the last princess. I just accepted the tittle because Inwas afraid to hear the whole truth. When only the truth can set me free. I wonder if Enya is also a direct descendent? If she isn't It means I can challebge her for her chair even though I don't plan to.
turning to lucy urgently before I forget "Lucy Is Enya also-"
Alex’s phone starts to vibrate in his pocket before I can finish talking.
