Victoria's POV

''He is waiting for you in the car,'' Anthony announced those words to me as I made my way to the car. I got to the car and joined him at the back seat.

''Good morning alpha Derick.'' I greeted, but he answered with barely a hum and closed his eyes while his head was rested on the head seat. I stared at him and noticed he was murmuring words to himself, more like he was communicating with his Wolf.

''He is getting weaker by the day.'' My wolf murmured, which made me heaved a sigh and looked outside the window. The drive was a fast one and in no time the car came to a halt. Both I and Alpha Derick came out of the car and entered the hotel. A doorman lowered his head in respect and directed us to the hall where the meeting was taking place.

''Are you nervous.'' Alpha Derick asked with concern, which made me scoff within myself. Only if He knew What I had in mind.

''A little bit.'' I lied

''You don't have to be.'' He assured me and we both entered the Hall. The moment I stepped into the hall, I moved my gaze around and noticed the hall was crowded with alphas of different packs around the world, already having heated arguments among themselves.

''Stay here.'' He directed an empty seat to me, which I took.

''My seat is over there.'' He gestures to me, but I shook my head, acting like I was scared, but Actually, I wasn't scared. I just wanted to avoid him seating among the wolverine's leaders because it would destroy my plan.

''Please sit close to me.'' I begged, Which made him glared at me for a while before nodding his head in agreement,

''Fine.'' He took the seat beside me, while I beamed him a thankful smile. We sat there for a while until alpha Lin stood on his feet from the high table and stood before us. I moved my gaze to the high table and noticed they were all seated, all seven of them, including alpha Lin.

''Can we please lower our voices, we are respectful alphas from reputable packs.'' He spoke at the top of his voice, which ceased the noises coming from the alphas.

''Thank you. We all know why we are here, and I believe every one of us must have gotten the news…'' He paused and held his gaze with alpha Derick, but nervously looked away.

'' The special one which was sacrificed to mother earth is actually alive.'' He heaved a sigh like he was not pleased with the news, which forced an angry groan from alpha Derick, bringing the attention of few alphas to him.

''It is also confirmed that the god of eclipse has also rejected the sacrifices of the vampires, so this fight will be on a fairground which is a big advantage to us, but we need to find the special one, she is out there, and we need her…'' The loud chuckle from alpha Derick made alpha Lin stopped talking.

Everyone shifted their gaze to alpha Derick, who scoffed and relaxed his back on the seat, giving everyone a blank look.

''Like I said.'' Alpha Lin continued,

''We will have to find her and ask her to join us in the quest…'' Alpha Lin did not finish talking before he was rudely interrupted by an alpha from the crowd.

''And what makes you think she will agree to join us.'' The Alpha asked, which made me chuckle within myself.

''She will have to join us, we are her kind and she can't let us …''

''Oh No, she won't.'' Alpha Derick cut in. '' And even if she thinks of doing it, I'll make sure she doesn't involve in this fight.'' Alpha Derick spoke Angrily as he stood on his feet with clenched fists.

''After what you did to her, you think I will let her fight for the wolverines.'' he asked with anger-filled voice.

''It's time.'' I murmured to my wolf, while she responded with a groan. Taking a deep breath, I stood on my feet and tapped alpha Derick on his shoulder.

''Thanks. I will take it from here.'' I said those words and gave him a half smile which made him glanced at me with confused eyebrows. Without saying a word, I moved away from my seat and majestically made my way to the high table.

''Who are you, and why are you…'' Alpha Elliot tried speaking, but before he could complete his words, I drew out flames of fire and surrounded the high table with it. Quickly, I moved my gaze to alpha Lin and circled the flames around him.

''Make a move, and I'll burn you to ashes within a second.'' I said those words as a threat. I stood at the center of the hall and stared at the high table, which was surrounded by flames of fire, while Alpha Lin stood on the spot with a terrified face.

''Victoria!'' Alpha Derick called out as he hurried to the center of the hall, while I gave him a big smile and moved my gaze to the seven people who were surrounded by flames of fire.

''I believe I have made an introduction for myself.'' I said as I stared at each one of them, whose eyes were filled of fear.

''What?'' I asked with a scoff

''Are you surprised that I'm still alive, or you are stunned by my different appearance.'' I asked in rage while I increased the heat of the fire which was surrounding them.

''How is this possible.'' Alpha Lin stammered, stunned.

''By the time I send you to the moon goddess, you'll have enough time to ask her such questions.'' I replied and turned my gaze to the hundreds of alphas seated with shocked filled eyes.

''I have nothing against any of you. You can stay and be my guest, but make sure you don't try to do anything stupid because you might not like what I would do.'' I sounded those words as a warning and turned to the seven alphas.

''Where were we.'' I asked, while bringing out hotter flames of fire, ready to heat the flames surrounding them.
