I cleared my head before getting into business mode. We ordered some food before I started asking them what they had in mind.
" First of all, I want to know your budget for the event," I asked looking at them.
" There is no limit for the budget so don't worry and suggest the best of everything Miss Enya." Mr. Joon Jae said, giving his fiance a warm smile.
" Okay, then and I have heard from my assistant that you have a destination in mind."
" Yes, we are thinking about a desert destination wedding and we have come across a place which is 100 miles from here and we have visited it before." Mr. Joon explained.
" and it's a perfect place for our wedding, it was like love at first sight for us." Isabella laughed, making us both laugh too.
" Yeah, I have heard about the beauty of Palm Springs. The venue is decided, now what are the themes for every occasion." I asked them.
" We have some themes in my mind. I will forward them to you. So, you can suggest to us too what will look best in the desert destination." Isabella suggested before taking my phone number and sending me their ideas.
" Okay, then I will look into them and forward the ones I think will be best."
" Okay, let's eat then."
" Oh my God Babe! What is that on your plate?" Isabella suddenly yelled removing Mr. Joon's plate?
" What! it's just noodles, why?" He asked, confused.
"It has mushrooms in it, you can't eat that." She said sternly.
" What? I think I have forgotten to mention it to the server."
" I am sorry Miss Enya, I am allergic to mushrooms that's why she panicked.
" It's okay Mr. Joon, I can understand." I gave them both a smile.
" I am sorry Honey, I didn't check beforehand." Mr. Joon said before giving a peck to his fiance.
" Whatever Joon Jae, I have told you 100 times to check your food before you eat but you never listen." Isabella huffed glaring at him.
" I am sorry, Love, please forgive me this once." He pouted at her making puppy eyes.
" Ugh, Whatever." She turned her head but I detected a small smile playing on her lips.
If I would have the old two months back Enya I would have cringed so hard at their bickering and Lovey-dovey confessions and concerns but I have changed now and I am jealous of their bond and crave it for myself.
"Umm, if everything is done can I take my leave?" I asked them, feeling uncomfortable because of my overwhelming feelings.
"Yeah, sure, and please send the selected pictures so we can finalize everything," Isabella said, we got up from our seats to say goodbye.
" Thanks for today and see you soon," I said goodbye and left the restaurant.
The meeting went smoothly and I had locked everything away but now everything is coming at once, it's not healthy for me and baby but what can I do in this situation. If I want to heal properly then I have to face situations like this rather than ignore them or run away from
them.
I called Siya while driving, putting the call on speaker. I don't want to go to the office right now. We don't have much work today and Andre can manage for a day.
She answered on the third ring and I can hear she is busy in the office, I thought for a second to back away but I need her right now.
" Siya!" I whispered tears pooled in my eyes, the thing which is locked away is coming at the front of my head like a demon ready to devour me.
" Text me the address and I will be there in five minutes." I am the luckiest one in this entire world that I got a friend like her. She will leave everything for me and run away no matter what.
I wiped the tears with my arms which are holding the steering wheel, I am being more emotional than normal. Maybe my hormones are making me emotional.
I texted her the address of the Ice-cream store that is near her office. I have been craving ice cream since this morning.
I ordered the ice cream which I am craving, " Hello, ma'am! What can I do for you?" The girl at the counter asked.
" Hi, can I get one scoop of Chocolate ice cream, one scoop of mint chocolate, one scoop of vanilla, and one scoop of blueberry," I told her what I wanted? I can feel the taste of all the flavors on my tongue.
" Okay, What should the toppings be?"
" Umm, some nuts and chocolate chips, please." I gave her a small smile before taking my cup of ice -cream and going to the table. I chose it for us.
I didn't order Siya's order because I can't predict her taste and I will leave it to her.
I took a big scoop of ice cream with the spoon and put it in my mouth, moaning at the taste of it. I have never craved anything this much in my life. This is the first time I am enjoying the ice cream.
" Woah! I am seeing food orgasm for the first time." I heard Siya behind me with an amused expression.
" It tastes so good Siya, you should order the same," I said before taking another big scoop.
" What did you order?"
" One scoop of chocolate, one scoop of Mint chocolate, one scoop of vanilla, and one scoop of blueberry and……." She cut me off in the middle.
" No, I can't order that Enya, who does eat all these mixed flavors." I saw the horror on her face and had a funny look which made me laugh out loud choking on my ice cream.
" Woah! Woah! Slow down Baby mama, I don't want you to die on ice cream." She teased before patting my back.
" Thanks….. cough…. go and order something," I said, wiping my mouth and taking a deep breath.
" Okay, give me a minute." She returned within a minute with chocolate-flavored ice cream.
" you have got plain ice cream siya, why didn't you mix another flavor in this?" I asked before moaning for the nth time.
" So, what happened?" She asked with a concerned look.
" Umm, I…. I saw Jeon!" I said not meeting her eyes. I don't know why I am guilty.
" Jeon? Where?" She asked, puzzled.
" In the magazine."
" He is a famous singer and he will be in the magazine." She rolled her at the obviousness.
" I know Siya but he is not alone."
" What do you mean that he is not alone!"
" umm, he is with some model and they were in each other's arms," I uttered the words with difficulty.
" What!!! Show me the picture, that little piece of shit. How can he move on so easily?" She starts cussing out jeon.
I gave her my phone with their picture not looking at it and I don't even want to see it the second time.
" I am going to break his bones and don't stop me this time, Enya." She huffed before eating her ice cream angrily.
" It's okay Siya, it's not like we were dating or something and it's fine," I said with a small smile. I may lie to Siya but I can't lie to myself. I want only positive things in my life and need to throw away all the negativity.
