Jeon's Pov:
" Mr. Jeon! Yes! Like this." The photographer called to correct my pose. I have been so uncomfortable for the past fifteen minutes posing with Ye-jun and she didn't even make it any easier.
" What happened Jeon? Are you alright?" She asked with that sickenly sweet voice which is making me irritated. It's not like she did something wrong but it's just she has that negative aura around her which is making me uncomfortable.
" Yes, I am fine." I gave her a small smile before taking the correct pose. I know it's so hard to work when you feel uncomfortable but work is work and I have to finish this project. It will help me promote my album.
" Let's wrap up the shoot with the last picture, okay?" The designer shouts out to us before showing us how to do it.
" Be comfortable Jeon, why are you being so nervous around me?" Ye-jun said coming closer to me while positioning her hand on my shoulder.
" No, I am not nervous! it's just that I am tired." I replied keeping some distance between us.
" Okay, then! Let's see if you still feel fine after this." She suddenly kissed me on the cheek, taking me by surprise and the camera clicked at the same time.
" What the hell! Are you serious?" I yelled pushing her away. How can she think that this is okay to do? Did I show interest in her? No, then how can she kiss me in front of everyone and she is a total stranger to me, and I didn't even look at her that way.
" I am sorry it's just that I stumbled……." She is giving me a silly reason with that innocent face but I can see her smirk behind that innocent facade. She kissed me on purpose. I can't even call her out in front of everyone, it will make me a bad guy.
" Okay Guys, let's just take one more picture and wrap it up."
" Before starting the shoot, please delete the picture which was clicked when the accident happened," I said sternly.
" And if it gets leaked anywhere then I will sue you all." I threatened them, knowing they won't even think about posting it anywhere.
" Okay, Mr. Jeon. we will see that no one post-it anywhere." The designer said before apologizing.
We shot the last shot before I went to the changing room to change my clothes and get the hell out of here. I don't want to breathe the same air as her, I have heard about how she trapped the other idols and exposed them with false accusations.
" Mr. Jeon! Can I come in?" I heard someone call me behind the door.
" Yes, come in!" I called out.
" I am so sorry for the incident before, I know she has some reputation but our CEO has signed the contract with her that's why we have to cast her…." The designer said with a sour face giving me an apologetic smile.
" It's okay Mr. Moon, I can understand and just make sure that the picture can't be leaked anywhere." I patted his shoulder accepting his apology.
" I will send your cheque to your Manager Mr. Jeon."
" Yes it will be okay and thanks for giving me this opportunity." I thanked him with a grateful smile because he would have chosen anyone but he particularly approached me and asked me to do this.
" When I designed these clothes I had you in my mind, that's why I didn't even give any thought to anyone other than you.
" I am very thankful Mr. Moon and I hope we will work again," I said bowing to him. In our Korean culture, we bow to show great fullness, greetings, apologies, etc…..
" Mr. Jeon, if you don't mind I have a small request for you." He hesitated.
" What is it, Mr. Moon?" I asked with curiosity.
" Umm, it's just we are going for dinner and everyone wants you to be invited to it." He said hesitantly.
" I am sorry Mr. Moon but I don't think I will be able to come….." I don't want to say no but it just feels like something bad will happen if I accept the invitation.
" I understand but everyone is so excited to meet you and they want to thank you properly." Why I am feeling like a jerk again, I'll just accept, and let's see whatever happens.
" Okay, I will come with you guys," I replied.
" Thank you so much, Mr. Jeon. we all will be leaving now and I have already explained the address to your manager.
" Okay, see you there."
He left me standing there in the changing room with my thoughts on why I accepted it. Ugh, Iam missing her. I'm missing her so badly, I just want to hug her and lay with her forgetting everything.
I left the changing room grudgingly and met my manager standing at the entrance. He came towards me and informed me about the restaurant we are going to.
" Okay then let's go," I said before leaving the studio. Ye-Jun is standing outside beside my car talking with someone. Did she know that it is my car that's why she is standing there on purpose?
" Excuse me!" I called her but she didn't hear me.
" Excuse me! Miss Ye-Jun!" I called again and now she turned her head towards me but she lost her balance and stumbled backward and like an instinct, my arms shot out and held her.
She is holding my arms and my arms are around her. If someone sees us then they will think otherwise. I instantly studied her on her feet and moved backward keeping some distance between us.
" Ah! I am sorry Mr. Jeon, I got startled when you yelled my name and stumbled." She apologized.
" you are stumbling way too much today Miss Ye-Jun, please eat properly." I mocked her before getting into my car and getting out of there. I should keep my distance from her, my life will always be on the internet and I don't want Enya to think that I was messing around with someone. We may not be together but I can't take any chances.
