Chapter 46: FORTY SIX

I am ready now to take some of Karsen's strand of hair just to give it to that witch woman! Or my ancestor— uh whatever! I still can't believe I was able to talk with her in the mirror. It was like magic! You can tell me that I look like a child but yeah—

I wandered my eyes around trying to find Karsen when suddenly I noticed Noah with the other guys. I ran towards them but then stopped when I realized that we were no longer friends. Yes, when Karsen and I were still together when we were in high school, I was always with them. They always share their food with me and invite me wherever they want to go but after what happened, I really didn't mean all of those things but the past is past. I still miss them though.

I shook my head and let my feet walk away from them. I will try my best to find Karsen since what I have seen, he isn't with the boys. Of course, Charlotte and him would probably be together now. I wonder where they are now?

"Hey Darling, beware. There is someone who will try to block your way."

I stop and think about it. The voice that I heard might be coming from her. What does she mean by that? That there will be someone blocking my way?

I just nodded my head and continued walking and looking around. Daisy isn't with me now as I told her that I won't go to school now because if I didn't say it, that girl would probably be following me now! Daisy is such a kind and innocent woman, every time I do something dangerous she will always scold me. But despite that, I can't let go of that girl. She is the only person who stayed with me despite my attitude.

"Hey." I heard someone speak causing me to look behind and see someone unfamiliar. She seems to be a guest here. I don't know her.

"What is it? Do you need something from me? I am sorry I am not available right now, you can ask other students about your concern." I was about to walk away when she spoke my name. How did she know my name?

"You are Kalsey, right?" She then walks closer to me causing me to step backwards. "You smell stinky."

I clenched my fist after what she said. "How did you know my name? And what are you saying? And what? I smell stinky?" I move closer to her and it is now I am only inches away from her. "Who are you?"

The woman just keeps on staring at me before she speaks again. "You don't know who you are talking to, young lady. Be aware of that woman. She isn't helping you, she will make your life miserable once she can control your body. Remember my words." Then she left me here hanging. I was stunned by what she said.

I decided to go to the comfort room and wash my face, thinking about what the mysterious woman had said to me earlier. I breathe in and out before looking at the mirror. "You, where are you? Show yourself."

But that doesn't make her show up causing me to grit my teeth. "I said to show you fvcking self!" I shouted but she didn't respond. What is she doing!? Is she trying to hide from me? Is what she said some sort of a scam? "Damn, you bitch!"

I was about to leave when I heard a voice. "Don't you dare to call me bitch, you lowly human."

"Ha! You call me lowly human when you just told me that you are my ancestor!? Then you're just calling yourself a low wicked witch!" I saw her roll her eyes and cross her arms.

"Didn't I tell you that be careful as there will be someone who will block your way, right? The woman you talked with earlier is the person that I am talking about." I stop and face her staring at her face.

"Give me another reason to believe you, Miss Ancestor. Tell me that you should be the one I could trust."

"Trust is not necessary here, Darling. You get what you want and I get what I want. If you want to give up your dream for Karsen to fall in love with you, then fine. Do it. But if you still want him to fall madly in love with you, do it. Give me the things I need to make a love potion and viola, you can now get what you want."

I clench my fist and think about it. I really want Karsen to fall in love with me. I want it but I can't when I am just alone. I needed her love potion in that way, Karsen's heart would be mine but, I was afraid of the consequences that I would receive later. Should I continue to trust her?

"Fine," I speak and leave her in the mirror.

I went to the jail room and gave the student their money to find Karsen for me and imprison him and me in the room. "I want him now."

The students agreed with me after taking the big money that I gave them. I now entered the room and sat in the chair waiting for him to come. After a few moments, I heard Karsen cursing and shouting causing me to smirk. When they have finally sat him in the chair, the students opened the lights and closed the door causing him to run but unable to get out.

"Hey! I don't like this, let me out! I will pay you, just let me out!"

"Nice, who would have thought that we would be here alone, Karsen?" He stops banging on the door and turns around to face me. I saw his eyes glaring at me furiously as he clenched his fist. "What? Wanting me to punch? As if you can do it in here." I smirk.

"You are the one who did this, am I right?" I crossed my arms as I looked at her and smirked.

"What if I am?"
