Chapter Thirty-six: Into The Woods

We have just driven into a nature park. Sam throws the car into park. I know that we don't have much time, but I don't want Katie or Steven to see more than they should, “Katie and Steven we will be back. Enjoy nature, we will find you when we are ready to leave or I'll have a critter find you,” I tell them.

We exit the vehicle and briskly make our way off of the path and into the

forest. I sink to the ground. Eric asks, “What are you doing?”

I smile, “You'll see! Engorgio.” As I said it I envisioned the flora creating a barrier between us and the rest of the world. The trees and brush cocooned us in nature's embrace. I am starting to trust myself and if I ever did something bad, I am sure that my guys would tell me. I love them and accept the bond we share. Fate bound us for a reason, I just wish that I knew what it was.

I took in a breath and called to the birds and asked them to keep watch for us and to make sure Katie and Steven were okay. Then I just allowed myself to recite a poem: “Love is a tree as its roots bury deep. When life storms in and the winds of doubt sweep you off of your feet, the tree merely bends but doesn't fall. It goes with the flow through it all. In times of drought when love seems naught, the tree roots deeper still. Because no matter how the seasons change in good times and bad, the tree just like love can withstand it all.”

At this moment, I feel like that tree. I love these men who nurture and strengthen me. With them by my side, I feel like I can withstand that storm that's on the horizon.

Vincent takes me in his embrace, “You're magnificent. I love you.”

He wasn't beside me at first but in an instant, I was swept up into a kiss. Eric seemed to notice, “Vincent your speed works in the sun!”

I look at them and then ask Eric to try his. He does but it's not as fast but

faster than it should be during daylight. I bite my finger and place it in his mouth. He sucks it and then I pull it

out. I smile, “Give it a minute and then retry.”

He does and his speed is restored. He exclaims, “Your blood!”

I nod. Vincent states, “It’s been hours though for me.”

That brings me to my theory that Vincent and perhaps all of my mates aren't normal so I ask, “About that……what is vampire blood supposed to taste like?”

Sam gets a disgusted look on his face, “Unpleasant like spoiled wine.”

“So cinnamon and spice isn't normal?” I ask.

He says, “For a wolf who has tasted vampire blood, so not normal.”

Eric is trying to piece it together, “Just how much have you drunk, Vincent?”

Vincent looks at me as he answers, “Just a few other times.”

Eric’s eyebrows shoot up, “It's changing us!”

“So be it,” Vincent says as he kisses me.

I put my hand on his chest, “I can just not give you guys anymore.”

Eric takes my other hand, “Maybe it's necessary though. We don't know the strength of the threat. We don't know

who we can count on to aid you either, Eva.”

I sigh, “The last of my kind died if that's even partly what I am.”

“You're different from them. The White Wolf only had witch abilities,” Sam says as he kisses my cheek.

Vincent turns to Sam, “Fall, you think she was born part wolf?”

Sam nods, “I do or has the blood in her

somehow. I think perhaps she was born part vampire too, why she's always had the psychic ability.”

“How's that even possible though? A vampire can only have a child with their mate,” Eric reminds us.

Vincent gets this strange look in his eye before he speaks, “Some answers lie in the Old World.”

Does he feel a pull? I know he is at risk if he returns as he shared his past with me. But I'm starting to struggle to keep my haze at bay, “Guys…”

My haze is reaching the limit of my control. I feel my body tremble,

goosebumps pepper my skin, my nipples harden, and my wetness starts to drip down my legs. The guys are on me in an instant. Clothing gone in the blink of an eye. Hands and mouths roam my body. Everything is on fast-forward.

Ever watch a porno on 2x speed, well it was kinda like that only it was happening to me.I gave up any attempts at control, as it was a lost cause at this point. What my body wanted and needed it was getting right now. My mind had no say in the matter.

I was sandwiched between the three of them. I wasn't even standing on

my own anymore instead I was being held by Vincent as he entered

me. I couldn't help but scream, “Yes!”

Then I felt Sam enter me from behind. Eric took my hand and placed it around his cock as he kissed me. We all moved as one. Our bodies were in perfect sync like they were bound together to form the perfect being. As we came in unison, I felt like a star going supernova. The explosion was such a release that the ground trembled and all the creatures became still. Even the breeze was afraid to blow. It's as if time stood still.

After the aftershocks of our orgasm subsided, the forest resumed its normal feel and tone. I looked at the guys and we were all thinking the same thing as we dressed.

"What the hell just happened?"
