Chapter 20 Blood of Salvation
"You can help my father, thank you very much."
Just by the way she was carrying me, I didn't feel even a little bit of danger from her. She's just doing this to help her family. I admired her. I gently stroked her long hair.

"I won't let her touch our father. Vampires are traitors. Imprison that woman."
I stood up violently and bravely met the man's eyes.
"Let me heal your father. And if you prove that my blood has no effect. Then kill me."
I couldn't stop my knees from shaking. Another decision, Saera! Fuck. Whatever.
"I'll first use your body before killing you. Bring her to my father."
I wanted to hug myself because of the way he was looking at me, but I couldn't because his men were already pulling me violently.
"And if I heal your father? What will I get from you, wolf?" I asked him.

"Deal," I answered briefly.
The woman and I entered the small hut where the body of the weak old man was lying.
"Can I know your name?" the woman asked me.
"Saera Yvaine Merriley, but you can just call me Saera," I answered with a smile.
"I'm Hailey," she also smiled at me.
"It's nice to meet you."
She just nodded at me. I bit my own fangs into my skin again to suck a little blood.
I put my blood in front of the old man's chest.
"I know nothing about healing, all I know is that my blood has the ability to do it."
