At night, in the Thomas family's estate.
Sharon rolled around in bed, bitterness welling up in her heart. She felt thoroughly humiliated by Ethan's statements today, which made her the Thomas family's laughingstock!
That loser Ethan had dumped her, New York's beauty and talent! How could that loser have the right to discard her? How could he treat her like this?!
"I promise, Ethan. I swear I'll make you..." With her teeth nearly piercing her lips, Sharon's breathing intensified.
Her thoughts were cut off at that very time by the sound of her phone ringing. After giving it a cold glance, she answered the call.
"Hi, Sharon. It's me, Andrew." Andrew's voice came through the phone.
After some silence, she icily replied, "Mr. Johnson, why are you calling me so late?"
"I know everything that took place today."
"You called at this time just to make fun of me?"
Sharon's eyes flashed with coldness.
"No, Sharon. I want to clarify that Ethan is also my enemy, and I'd like to work with you to bring him down!"
Andrew's voice was overflowing with anger.
He pledged to take revenge after Ethan humiliated him by making him kneel in front of so many people last time!
"Revenge? Mr. Johnson, the Johnson family can't even handle Miss Wilson behind Ethan, and your abilities are incomparable to Ethan's. How are you going to do that?" With a sneer, Sharon showed some scorn toward Andrew's remarks.
Andrew's eyes flared with a hint of anger. This woman hit the nail on the head!
However, he quickly recollected himself and continued, "Sure, I couldn't do anything to him previously, but with your assistance, I can discover a way to ruin Ethan entirely! Isn't Beverly who he depends on? Then, we'll completely crush him using her hand!”
He sounded confident. "So, what do you think of my plan? Are you interested, Sharon?"
"I... I am!" There was a twisted, spiteful smirk on Sharon's face. 'You made me do this, Ethan. You'll just have to wait for death at this time!'
...
Early the next day.
Sharon gave Ethan a call.
"Ethan, I miss you. Won't you come over?"
Sharon's voice was soft and slightly sad as she said that.
After a pause, Ethan stated coldly, "I've already told you to stop looking for me anymore."
Sharon felt a twinge of pain as she heard the other person's frigid tone. When did he ever speak to her like this? It was as if they were no more than strangers!
Afterward, she was filled with even more hatred. She ended up this way because of this scoundrel.
And now, he was disregarding her?
It was just unforgivable!
Her fingernails dug deep into her palms.
She managed to calm down thanks to the pain in her body, speaking gently as she said, "Ethan, I know you still blame me, and I know I went too far before. However, after you left, I realized that I really can't let you go."
"I dream about our interactions, our wedding, and all of our small moments together every night. I truly want to talk, see, and bid you a proper goodbye. I swear that this will be my last request and that it'll be our last meeting. Can't you do that, Ethan?"
Ethan felt his heart melt as she talked with such anguish and sorrow. How could he just walk away from their three-year relationship?
"Where are you?" he asked with a sigh, as if this was their last goodbye.
"I'm at the Moon Hotel, in room 508."
Excitement filled Sharon's eyes as she replied with a proud smile, "I'll be waiting."
Ethan hung up and sighed deeply once he was done talking. Was he really this soft-hearted?
He reached the hotel 15 minutes later.
On the other hand, Sharon had been waiting inside the room.
She was wearing a transparent nightgown that showed off her bra underneath. Its incredibly short hem showed off half of her butt as well as her seductive, lovely legs.
The moment he walked into the room and saw Sharon, Ethan froze up.
Despite having lived together for three years, he had never seen Sharon looking so good in a nightgown. This had only ever been in his imagination.
She truly had the most gorgeous and flawless physique.
“Why are you dressed like this?” Ethan's breath became rapid, hurriedly averting his gaze.
However, Sharon came right up to Ethan and put her arms around him. She pressed her delicate body against his, the thin nightgown feeling invisible.
"I took a shower because I was feeling too hot," she said, lifting her head and asking, "Do I look good in this?"
Ethan felt her body's sensation and swallowed firmly, "Stop doing this."
He attempted to push her away.
"Do you think I'm unattractive, Ethan? Am I unworthy of you?" With a pitiful expression in her teary eyes, Sharon clutched him closely.
"No..." Ethan shook his head, stung by this scene. "Our divorce is already final."
"Does that really matter, though? The man I really love is you! I never gave myself to anybody else, and I'm prepared to offer myself to you if you want to!"
Her lovely cheeks reddened a little as she blushed. "I want to give you my most valuable gift, so... Feel free to do whatever you want to me."
Her lips were hot as she spoke, pressing against Ethan's as her delicate and tiny hand reached out toward him.
Trembling, he hurriedly pushed her away. "If there's nothing else, I'll be leaving."
"No, you can't leave! I want you!"
However, Sharon stepped forward once again.
"You're insane!"
With a furious yell, he pushed her to the ground this time.
Sharon's beautiful eyes widened, filled with astonishment.
After gathering his thoughts, Ethan calmly said, "I'm sorry. I did crave intimacy with you like today in the past, but not anymore."
He found the current Sharon unfamiliar, even disgusting; he had no trace of passion left for her.
"What did you say?"
Sharon had a look of disbelief.
She saw resistance, indifference, and even a trace of disdain in Ethan's glance.
This coward.
This man, who used to wash clothes on his knees and prepare meals, was actually disgusted with her?
How on earth was that possible?
"Who do you think you are, Ethan? Don't blame me for doing this since you're so heartless!"
Sharon's expression turned cold and relentless.
Then, to Ethan's surprise, she suddenly scratched her own shoulder with her long nails!
Scratch!
Her thin nightgown tore apart, exposing her shoulder's red wounds.
Smack!
Then, she smacked herself hard on the face, screaming on the ground, "Help! This beast wants to assault me!"
