Andrew, as the general manager of SAC, was the first to speak.

Bam! The sound of the conference room door being pushed open suddenly echoed!
All eyes turned towards the sound, revealing a tall, imposing figure standing at the doorway.

Before Lydia could even speak, Lambert strode into the room, extending his hand proactively. “Universal Conglomerate, Lambert Halsey.”
His voice, devoid of warmth, carried an air of arrogance, his gaze coldly fixed on Andrew.
With just one glance, Lambert confirmed his target this was Andrew.

As a caring owner concerned about the company’s future, I’ve come to check on the studio’s progress. I hope that’s acceptable to everyone?”
Lambert’s words garnered immediate support from the attendees.
“Of course, welcome!”
The studio executives‘ eyes sparkled with excitement.
Lambert’s presence reassured them about Lydia’s studio.

Rolling her eyes, Lydia retorted, “You know very well that’s not what I meant!”
“Oh? What did you mean?” Lambert feigned ignorance, earning himself a bite on the hand from Lydia.
Grumbling, Lambert said, “Are you trying to murder your husband?”
“Who told you to pretend not to understand? Don’t think I can’t see through you! Are you doing this on purpose? What, you don’t trust me with Andrew?”
Lydia grew increasingly frustrated.
Seeing her irritation, Lambert disregarded the bite marks on his hand and embraced her waist. “I’m just worried someone might snatch you away! With your beauty, innocence, talent, and intelligence, if Andrew were to whisk you away inadvertently, where would I go to cry?”
Lydia chuckled at Lambert’s antics.
