Chapter 70 Chapter Seventy
Logan's responds almost as quickly as I am able to hit the send button.
Logan: Sorry they got mad at you. Tell them it was my fault.
Me: I already did! (tongue sticking out emoji) jk
Logan: (wide eye emoji) Well damn! Now they are really going to hate me!
I laugh as the tears keep streaming down my face. How is he able to make me feel better by doing the smallest things? He isn't even here with me.
Me: (laughing face emoji) I think they hate me now too, so we can start a club!
Logan: (laughing face emoji) Yes we could! seriously though babe if you need me I'm here!
Me: Thank you!
Logan: Anytime babe! (kissey face emoji)
I set my phone down beside me and just stare at the walls of my room. The tears finally stopped falling, but that doesn't mean what Raikin said to me hurts any less.
\-Ryder's POV-
"I can't believe you said that to her! What the hell is wrong with you dude?" I practically yell at Raikin.
"Oh don't act like you weren't thinking the same damn thing!" Raikin says defensively crossing his arms over his chest.
I scoff in disgust. "Actually no I wasn't think that. That is the furthest thing from my mind."
Raikin rolls his eyes and I swear I should just punch him for being a fucking prick. "What were you thinking then? Why do you think she got all dressed up and spent the whole night out with Logan if she wasn't fucking him? Tell me Ryder. What do you think she was doing all damn night?"
"What I think is, Logan is her friend and he was there for her when we weren't!" I snap back.
Reece finally steps in after watching me and Raikin argue since the moment Lilly ran out of here. "What do you mean when we weren't there for her?"
I turn to Reece. "I mean if Raikin would have shut the fuck up and listened to Lilly. Instead of accusing her of cheating the second she walked through the door, you guys would have heard why she was with Logan in the first damn place." I snap as the anger just radiates off me in waves. I don't think I have ever been this mad at my brother in my life especially not over a girl.
Raikin laughs a humorless laugh. "What bullshit excuse did she give you baby bro?"
"She was upset." I snap.
Raikin rolls his eyes again and I am this close to snatching him up by his throat and choking him until he turns blue. "Why was she upset? She didn't get enough dick, so she had to run to the neighbor boys house for some more."
That's it, that comment is enough to make me lose it. Without giving him a warning I punch him straight in the eye making him stumble backwards. Raikin rushes towards me but Reece steps in to stop the two of us from getting into a bad fight.
"She was upset you fucking asshole because I took her virginity maybe two weeks ago, and I have been staying in her room pretty much every night with her ever since. Then last night you fucked her. Actually, both of you fucked her, and then none of us stayed in the room with her. We just left her. She felt like we used her." I yell at Raikin, wishing I would have just kept punching him.
Raikin stops trying to get to, and Reece drops his hands between the two of us. "She told you all of that?" Reece asks, sounding defeated.
"Yeah, she did. Because I listened to her. I didn't assume she was some fucking whore that just goes around fucking everyone." I say with a pointed look towards Raikin.
"I- I didn't know. I just thought." Raikin starts to say something but I cut him off, none of his excuses matter anyway. Not after the things he said to Lilly.
"You didn't think. You just assumed and now she probably hates all of us. Just because you and your fucking trust issues can't get your shit together."
"I will go talk to her. I have to apologize." Raikin says as he starts to walk out of the room.
Reece grabs his arm. "No, you need to give her time. If anyone should go talk to her it should be Ryder."
Reece gives me an encouraging look and I take a deep breath trying to let the rest of my anger towards Raikin go. Even though I really just want to punch him agian. "I will go talk to her." I say to the two of them as I turn and head towards the stairs.
"Hey Lilly, it's me. Can I come in?" I ask after knocking on her door.
"What do you want Ryder?" She asks and I can hear her voice crack.
"I just want to talk to you baby, please let me in."
There is a long pause, and then I hear some shuffling around in front of the door. Was she sitting on the floor? The door opens and I feel my heart break a little. Her eyes are puffy and red, and her cheeks are splotchy.
"Baby, I am so sorry. I had no idea Raikin was going to talk to you like that." I say reaching out my hand to touch her, but she pulls away.
"Raikin hates me now. Why don't you hate me? Aren't you three sort of a package deal now that we are all together?" Lilly asks, and I can tell she is trying hard not to cry again.
"Raikin doesn't hate you baby. Even if he did hate you, it wouldn't affect the way I feel about you baby. You didn't do anything wrong baby. Raikin just has his own trust issues he needs to work through." I say trying to reassure her.
Lilly sniffles as the first tear streams down her face. "So, since he has trust issues that makes me a whore?" She asks, and I can hear the hurt in her voice.
"You are not a whore baby. Don't ever say that about yourself."
"Why did Raikin say it was okay for me to be friends with Logan and the other guys if he didn't really mean it?" Lilly asks, as she wipes the tears away with the back of her hand.
I reach out again, grabbing her hand in mine. This time she doesn't pull away from me. "I don't know baby. I don't think he has a problem with you being friends with Logan or any other guy. I think he is just worried this isn't going to work out. So, he is just looking for any reason he can find to end it before he gets hurt again."
Lilly is silent for a minute as she stares down at her hand in mine. "What happened to your hand?" She asks her eyes going wide.
