Chapter 147: This Lifetime with You

Sophia's POV

"Could you let us kidnap my godchildren pretty please!" Sandra's clinging to my arm and flutters her puppy eyes.

"You know Samuel hates you, right?" I sighed as I held my temples. Glanced at the kids who're playing in the yard.

"But why!" She whined.

"What do you mean, why? Sandra, you're literally draining my children's energy!" I shook my head in disbelief. "Although Jhoanna could really match yours as she's trained by Grandma Azura,"

"Right!" She giggled. "There's even one time Nolan ran away from her!"

"You mean like right now?" I chuckled as her four-year-old son, same age as my Samuel, scurried his way here.

"M-mom! Dad! Help!" The poor boy yelled and jumped into his mother's arms. I instantly lifted my daughter, who was running after him.

"Jhoanna.." I softly wooed. "Stop scaring your friends."

She giggled and wrapped her tiny arms around my neck. "Momma, Jhoanna was just playing!"

I sighed and kissed her fluffy cheek. She closed her right eye because of my action, and that made me smile, seeing how cute she is. "Where is your little brother?"

"Oh! He's playing with that smarty ass pants, three-year-old son of Uncle Ben and Aunt Harley!" She chimed in one breath. We both giggled at what she said when suddenly Jacob arrived, carrying Samuel. Saw him kissing our son's cheeks, and the latter tried to push him away with his tiny hands. "D-dad! Stoppit! You're embarrassing me!"

My mate pouted and looked at me. "He's only four, right? Why is this man acting like he's already a rebellious teenager!?"

"Beats me." I shrugged as we swapped our children. I tapped the dirt off my son's shirt and said, "Maybe Hans' maturity is rubbing off on him."

"That Benjamin!" He growled. "Why did his son have to take after him!?"

Jhoanna touched his father's cheek and kissed it. The man instantly stopped his pheromones from leaking.

"Dad! Don't scare my friends!" She scolded him, and Sandra laughed at the sight. "Gosh, she had him wrapped in his fingers!"

Samuel asked if I could let him down and if he could play with Hans. I grinned before saying, "Kiss mommy's cheek first!"

He immediately blushed in embarrassment as he eyed everyone. "Mom! Not you too!"

"Well, your choice, young man. Or else I'll carry you for the entire day, even if Millan and your second cousin arrive."

He gasped. "No! Not those two! They'll tease me in the future!"

"Only you and Hans are thinking that far ahead." I softly flicked his forehead. "So? What's your choice, then?"

He cutely puffed his cheeks and popped them. A manner in which he and his sister possess when thinking about something. He repeated this process until both of us heard an engine by the gates. Samuel quickly landed a peck on my cheek and jumped out of my arms. He ran towards where Hans was.

"Sophia! Sandra!" Violet and Miley called, and before I could ever greet them, Sandra jumped up and down as she shrieked. "Oh my Goddess! Miley! Violet!"

Miley chuckled. "You act as if we don't see each other on a regular basis."

Surprisingly, Miley turned out to be Xander's mate. Everyone was utterly surprised. It happened when Xander's overprotectiveness toward Sandra slowly toned down. He still cares for her, just not too much, as he's currently obsessed with his mate right now.

"Girl! Hellooo!! I'm currently at Noah's pack right now! We could only see each other once a week!" Sandra groused, and they talked while Violet gave me a hug.

"So how's Henry as a mate?" I giggled. Another surprise is that the easygoing man actually had Violet, a serious and stoic one, as his mate!

"I feel like I have two children." She complained, and I could only imagine. Xander and Henry went to Jacob. All the Suits are now here, with Ben scolding his son.

"Hans! Don't you dare say that in front of her! That man would kill us both!" He whispered, despite knowing that we could still hear.

"But.. but it's true! She's annoying!" He pouted, and Jacob's face turned red.

"What did your son just said!?" He growled. It was obvious who Hans meant, as Jhoanna's currently the only girl among the children of the Suits.

Jhoanna looked at me teary-eyed. She raised her hands, asking for me to get her out of her father's arms.

"Jacob! You're scaring our daughter!" I reprimanded and scooped little Jhoanna away from him. My mate was about to scold Ben, but Samuel suddenly punched Hans.

"Samuel!" I gasped. Ben only laughed while his mate, Harley, smacked his back and lifted Hans. Who's currently rubbing his swollen cheek.

"Oh, my Goddess Harley! I'm sorry!" I said, and Samuel folded his arms. "Mom! Don't! Hans was being bad! How dare he call my sister annoying!?"

Jhoanna sniffled and tapped me, saying that she wanted to come down. I let her, and she ran towards her brother. "Samuel!"

Samuel hugged his sister and wiped her tears away. My heart melted at the sight of them.

"No need to apologize, Sophia. Samuel's right." She beamed before looking at his son to scold him. "That is not how you should treat a lady, Hans."

The young boy just pouted, and after awhile, all of them resumed playing. Just like that. We all chuckled at how quickly children can fight and make up. Although Samuel's still obviously shielding his sister from Hans,.

The servants came and placed some food and snacks for us to enjoy. A little later, my brothers arrived with a letter from my parents.

"A letter?" I asked, brows drawn together. "She could just mind-link me, though?"

"Beats me!" Jayden shrugged. Aidan wolfed out and played with the kids. It was quite clear he's more into goofing with my children.

"Hey! Unfair! You had a head start!" Jayden complained and wolfed out too as he tried to snatch my children away from his twin brother.

"If I see one measly scratch on those two, I'll kill you both!" I threatened, to which they just laughed it off.

Rubbing the letter and opened it slowly to see that it was my mother's handwriting.

Thus, it read..

' My dearest Sophia,

Would love to have fun with you all, but I suspected only you young-ins would be present. Besides, I had a premonition about your brothers' mate, and I certainly am tired of dealing with it. Sorry honey! Please protect the poor lady on my behalf. '

My brows creased as I didn't have any idea or clue of what she was talking about. A mate? Their mate is here?

As if on cue, they both howled and ran away somewhere. Would sparingly let them be if Jhoanna and Samuel weren't on their backs!

With quick reflexes, Jacob and I wolfed out to catch after them. The thing is, they're so damn fast! As if they couldn't wait for a single moment and would just want to reach their destination. After five minutes or so, we arrived at Blood Moon's old willow tree. And there was a she-wolf sleeping under it.

Is it their mate? I asked myself, and Lia purred, telling me it's her.

When we reached there, the twins adoringly looked at her. My children ran towards us and placed their index finger on their lips. Telling us to be quiet.

Glanced at the she-wolf, and my jaw dropped as it was Tilly, Trent's younger sister, who had an infatuation with Jacob some time ago.

I'm already tired and exhausted from seeing how difficult this would be. Not to mention, Trent's always looking out for his sister. He made it known that no matter who would be her mate, he wouldn't easily give her to him. Or, in this case, to them.

Tilly woke up in her deep slumber and flinched.

"L-luna. A-alpha. Young mistress. Young master." She slightly bowed down to us, and her gaze fixed on the twins. Her eyes widened in shock as she whispered, "Y-you're my.. my.."

"Mate." They answered for her with their deep voices. I sighed and scooped Tilly at my back.

This would just be quite a day! Couldn't even reach mom or dad through the link. Those two are most certainly already planning for their retirement!

I slumped on our bed after talking with Trent, Tilly, and the twins. Our beta was surprised, but thankfully, he said that his sister's in good hands. Though he mentioned that he's only trusting the two because of me, Everyone was happy for the news except for Tilly, as she isn't ready to leave Blood Moon yet. Her entire world revolves around Blood Moon, so I hope the twins will be patient enough with her.

Trent tried to bargain that they should take it slow and have the twins only visit Tilly first. To which my brothers quickly denied, saying they had waited for her their entire lives. That's why Tilly will leave tomorrow, but the twins promised they'd let her visit Blood Moon as she pleases.

"Tired?" Jacob's scent lingered in the air so as to soothe my exhausted body.

"Mmhmm," I mumbled, and he pulled me into his lap.

"Sophia.." My Alpha growled. "I'm horny.."

I choked on my own saliva and whipped my head in his direction. "We literally just did it this morning!"

He darkly chuckled and caged me in his arms. "It ain't enough."

Trailed hot kisses from my neck down to my collarbone. "You know it's never enough.."

I moaned and positioned my body sideways. He groped my front and caressed them. Switching his force from gripping it too tightly to just giving it a soft nudge. Could already feel his girth poking at my butt, and when he was about to strip me naked, the door suddenly opened. Popping out our children.

Jacob quickly pulled me to bed, to try and cover up what we did. He covered his length with the sheet, and I could only chuckle softly, immediately sitting up to cater my babies.

"What are you guys doing?" Samuel asked while holding his sobbing sister's hands. I gasped and quickly rose to my feet.

"Nothing dearest, your dad's just playing with me." I replied and gave him a pat in the head for a job well done in accompanying his sister. "You did great today, Samuel."

Then, I shifted my attention to Jhoanna. Cupped her crying face and wiped her tears. Jacob was beside me and held our daughter's tiny hands. That is, after he jokingly flicked his son's nose.

"What happened to you?" I sweetly asked.

"She told me she was still hurt by what Hans said and wanted to sleep here." Samuel answered for her because Jhoanna just cried in my hands.

Seems like my daughter's just been playing tough awhile ago. I tilted my head and smiled. "Just tell him off next time, okay? No need to suppress your feelings, my baby. No matter what, your father and I always have your back."

"And that goes for both of you." I pinched Samuel's cheek, and he shyly nodded. Jhoanna smiled and hugged all three of us. As if we could fit in her tiny arms.

"Now," I commented. "Let us all sleep together; it's already past bedtime for the both of you!"

Jacob lifted Jhoanna and started walking to the bed while giving her small tickles to make her laugh.

"Okay. Good night, mom! Good night, dad! Good night, sis!" Samuel quickly said and tried to run off, but I instantly carried him. "Where do you think you're going, young man? You're sleeping with us!"

"What!?" It was the only thing he could say as I trapped him and his sister in between us.

Jhoanna giggled and gave everyone a peck as she murmured in her cute sleeping voice, "Good night, everyone! I love you all.."

"Good night. I.. Erm. I love the three of you." Samuel shyly said before covering himself under the sheets.

Could feel my Alpha's emotions through the bond as the both of us replied to our children. "Good night. We love you both.."
