Chapter 83: Extra : Chapter 1 Part 2

I scream as Freed's family comes out of the house to rescue the scoundrel. Other people are also in front of their homes.

"You can let her go Patrick.

"Thank you Kath." I speak with my back to the Habbits' house before returning to where my mother is. "Shall we then? I'm starving. "I speak only then noticing the car that is behind Jully's." Whose car is that?

"My." The same voice responds from behind me. Only then do I turn to see her owner.

My God of heaven, he is undoubtedly a piece of the heavens, Patrick's and a brunette who is undoubtedly almost two meters tall, his eyes are green and his skin has a warm olive tone, he is warm in a thousand different ways.

" Lizzie, this is Patrick, Jully's brother. " My sister says smiling." He had come to spend the new year with our family, he goes with us to my house.

"Will he?" I ask looking at the man over my mother's curious gaze. "Well, then come on, I'm crazy about my mom's food.

"Lizzie, are you going in my car?" Jully asks opening the trunk to put my mother's bags.

"If she wants she can go with me." Says the piece of bad way.

"Kath, are you going to leave your car here?" I ask my sister who explains that that car is Colonel Parker's. I look at Jully's car and am tempted to squeeze into the seat with my mom niece, but I give up and grab my bag and go to Patrick's car.

As soon as the man gets in the car, he looks at me and smiles, I hide a smile and focus ahead, no doubt this will be a long way.

It really was a searing path, Patrick is an intense man with a heady charm, to the point of being oppressive, not only for his height or the amount of his muscles, but for his golden age. Inside that car I become aware of a certainty, the certainty that before the night is over I will have Patrick exploring some part of my body.

Dinner at Kath's house is everything I could wish for on a New Year's Eve. We are in the spacious dining room of the house that Jully and Patrick made for my sister, the living room is large and joins the kitchen forming a cozy and somewhat familiar space.

" I must congratulate Jully and Patrick on the exquisite construction of this house, I must say that you razed. " I say taking a big sip from my glass of wine." If my boss sees this house, she will undoubtedly order one like this one.

"I can even think about creating a new design for it, but not like this. This beauty I created just for the love of my life. " Jully speaks looking at my sister with a sweetness that comes to make me jealous, I have never had anyone who looked at me that way.

" Should I remember that I helped with this or do I keep quiet in my corner? " Patrick asks looking at his sister who smiles before winking at him.

"Friend, I think you'd better stay in yours." I speak smiling at the man in front of me.

" Since I'm in the minority, I'll stay in mine, silent in my corner. " Patrick smiles before drinking from his bottle of Corona.

"So daughter, you haven't told us about New York, where you're living and you're working with what?" My mother asks, sitting next to me.

"True, so far you've only talked about your boss this, your boss that." Kath rolls her eyes. But nothing about the work and nothing.

"Well, at the moment I'm living in an apartment on 52nd Street, I'm working as an editing and marketing assistant at, get ready." I speak with a dramatic pause looking at the people in front of me." Empire Kross Magazine, yes, I'm working at the biggest fashion magazine in the world.

"Go shit you lucky bitch." Kath says looking at me in amazement.

"Katherine looks at the mouth, Linnet can hear you." He scolds my mother.

"Sorry mom, but I didn't hold back." Kath looks around to make sure her daughter is still in bed. At Empire Kross? How did you achieve that?

"Well, I met the owners of the magazine in jail when I was arrested for beating a customer. - Then I was assaulted and I was in a coma, that's when Marilyn and the cat took me to NY, put me in the best hospital in town and then gave me an apartment is a job, and they were paying for my transition.

"My son, have you been in a coma? My God David, why didn't you call me or reach out to us?" Asks my mother getting up to hug me, she presses me against her and I cling to her. "Forgive me daughter, I should go against your father.

"Mom let's get to it, let Lizzie talk, I'm curious.

"Kath, stop acting like that.

"My God Jully, you don't need all this, it's gone." My sister says rolling her eyes.

"Abby is right, it's gone and I'm here today, beautiful and fabulous." I say smiling letting go of my mom before going back to sit down.

" Working at one of the biggest magazines in the country on the side of Molly and John Kross, but hey, do they really love each other or is he trying to steal her? " My sister asks smiling, I roll my eyes and smile I say.

" They are madly and totally in love, no one is going to steal anyone, you can rest assured. " I say before I go back to talking about my life and the years I spent on the street, my mother cries and blames herself in some parts as I try to comfort that woman who gave me life.

Patrick is a knight, he hardly speaks anymore I feel his eyes on me, suddenly Jully is talking about his life and telling about how he discovered himself a lesbian.

" Actually I was bi until I met Abby and realized that there is only one in the world, Patrick always told me that this would happen, because he had already had it with Anna. " Jully says looking at her brother who smiles.

" Anna was a person I met in college, we had a son, but fate wanted her and the child to go to God. " Patrick says in his gravelly voice.

"Didn't you remarry?" I ask without showing interest.

"Oh! Oh how he got married. " Abby laughs.

" Janice was a sizeless bitch, that damn one took almost two houses in the divorce and a portion of his money. " Jully speaks.

" Girls she wasn't that bad. " Patrick says smiling. She was just hard. "I'm a contractor, I build houses all over the United States, it wasn't very present and everyone has a need.

"Lizzie the woman cheated on him with the gardener, nothing against the gardener but seriously?" Jully says looking at me I return the look and smile.

"I wouldn't betray you, even though you're far away." I say laughing." Fidelity is everything in a relationship.

"I agree with you Lizzie, fidelity is everything, if you don't have it, it's no use being in a relationship." Patrick says smiling looking at me.

" Patrick helps Lizzie get the dishes into the kitchen. " Jully asks looking at my sister smiling.

" Has everyone finished eating so we can do this? " Patrick asks looking at the plates with leftover food.

" Now, you can collect it. " Abby says smiling.

"You can let me do it, stay there." Says my mother getting up.

"No mom, I make sure you sit down and I do it." I speak by getting up and making my mother sit down." Come on Patrick, help me out here." I say picking up some dishes going to the kitchen.
