Chapter 94: Chapter Ninety Four
Colton and I spent the morning snuggling and chatting. After travelling for so long I was so happy to be in his arms again.
The rest of Christmas break passed with more ease. I figured if Damien didn’t want to be here, I should move on. It was painful at times, in small moments, like when my friends noticed at Coltons family's new years party that I was much more reserved than normal. This was only because I could only think of Damien that night, how he saved my life and broken heart after learning that Colton had been engaged to my best friend last new years, or how that same night I had realised I had loved Damien ever since my sight laid eyes on him.
Colton and I attended his sister's BDSM party all the same and it was safe to say I was fully enjoying myself. I used the sex to stop thinking about Damien and only focus on Colton, and eventually, after the three weeks of break and three months of time traveling, I moved on.
Colton and I had sex in the limo on the way back to school. We completely lost track of time and were told by the driver that we were here. Giggling and slightly drunk, Colton and I began to get dressed, when suddenly the door to our limo was pulled open.
“Um, hello?” Colton squinted into the snowy white sunlight.
“Colton, Isabella, come with us.” A woman said. It was the royal court, what were they doing here?
“Can we get dressed?” I asked, Colton wasn’t wearing a shirt and I was just in my bra and academy skirt.
“I’m sure a whore like you won’t mind the attention.” The woman said. She looked so familiar, I thought.
I think she was at my trial last year, I said to Coltons head.
They’re monitoring everything, be careful, Colton said back.
We were led half naked through our Vampire’s secluded campus. I made eye contact with some friends and some enemies, everyone nervously whispered.
Stella, Nora, and Natalie would do something. They would, right?
“Sit down.” The woman said, the guards roughly put Colton and I down on the chairs in front of the headmasters desk.
“Where is the headmaster?” Colton asked the woman, she smiled mischievously.
“Colton and Isabella, two children, have so much power. You two have created quite the storm here.” The woman said.
“I’m sorry, who are you?” I asked her. The woman's face was clearly annoyed. She leaned her body against the headmaster's desk.
“The old headmaster is gone. The royal families voted. We felt that the current school leadership wasn’t reflecting our society's traditional values.” The woman explained.
“My name is Lousia Downs. You both however, may call me Headmaster Downs. And you specifically will be a good little girl and follow every sentence to a superior with ma’am or sir.” She said, looking right at me.
“A good little girl? What the fuck?” I asked, Lousia walked forwards two steps and slapped me hard across the face. Colton stood up and was held down by the guards. I looked up at this new headmaster, anger flooding my bones.
“Colton don’t.” I said angrily. Lousia smirked and stepped away.
“Smart girl.” She said,
“Why don’t you just tell us what you want, ma’am.” I said plainly. I would kill this woman, I decided at that moment. Not now, but one glorious day.
I also knew she wouldn’t dare slap me if she didn’t have some security over me. I wanted to get straight to the point.
“You two have filled the heads of our Vampire youth with absolute nonsense. A royal child went home for Christmas this year and announced they are never having kids because they are not straight. Children are saying that having multiple partners, even blood mixing, is not a sin.” Louisa said.
“Blood mixing, right. You mean like having children with a bite versus a pureblood royal?” I asked. A royal guard raised his hand to strike me, but Louisa stopped him. Lucky guy, he would have been on my kill list too.
“Yes, exactly. If you had been raised by your family, Miss Medici, you would have known that royals are to have children with other royals. We only create bittens to serve our royal families as loyal companions.” Louisa explained to me.
“I thought the royal families were eight to four in favour of a more liberal approach to our education.” Colton said.
“Yes, you are right, but that was up until this past break. Your friends and peers have been heavily influenced by your viewpoints. It’s unnatural, an abomination of nature.” the new headmistress said in disgust.
“So are we expelled, ma’am?” I asked, deciding that it might be time I drop out of this university once and for all.
“Quite the opposite.” She laughed evilly. I rolled my eyes, but luckily she didn’t see. Colton groaned.
“You two, will help push the new Oxford’s return to traditional values. You two will show your peers how wrong and silly you were to have suggested anything other than traditional dominant and submissive relationships between mates.” Louisa said.
“And same sex relationships?” Colton asked.
“Strictly prohibited.” Louisa piped cheerfully.
“I’m sorry, but is this legal? We passed allowing same sex relationships years ago.” Colton said.
“The royal court is holding a trial next month to revoke that disgusting sin.” Louisa said.
“You can’t do that!” I said, this woman would die now.
“Ah, but I will.” Louisa said, the guards grabbed both of our bodies. Colton was still very annoyed.
“My only question is, who is behind this? If you are trying to reinstate a system in which men dominate the world, who’s bidding are you doing? What male master do you serve?” Colton asked her.
“Glad you asked Colton.” Someone said, Colton and I were not expecting two men to step into the room.
“Michael.” Colton said calmly.
“Draco.” I said. Yup, everyone in this room would die one day.
“Are you rejoining the academy?” Colton asked with a calm smirk.
“I’m not, in fact, neither of us are. We have much more important business at court, reframing laws and winning over royal families to end this nonsense.” Draco said.
“Isabella here will be our perfect little star. Put on a good show darling.” Michael said. I hated the way he talked to me.
“I have no idea how you won over the court but you listen to me-” Colton began.
“We won over the court because we are Vampires Colton, an attribute that you and your little girlfriend seem to forget. We’ll be working on ending your proposal as well, and suggesting a marriage, to a more philosophically correct family.” Michael said, Draco winked at me.
“Yes and you will comply, because we have-” Draco began, but I cut him off.
“Yes, we know you have Damien.” I said out loud. Everyone looked at me in pure shock. Draco looked disappointed that his huge surprise was ruined.
“I mean it’s pretty obvious, we’re not stupid.” Colton said. Louisa coughed and then laughed again. She fumbled her words.
“Well let’s show you him then.” Louisa said.
“Literally no need.” I said to her,
“See how wild you’ve let her go? What a waste of pureblood royalty.” Michael spat at me.
“Yup, got it. You’re torturing Damien, you want to insult my girlfriend and for us to comply and push your misogynistic agenda, if we don’t you’ll kill him.” Colton said to her. Louisa was baffled.
“Y-you don’t want to see your brother?” Louisa asked.
“Sure, why not. I’m just letting you know that I already got the message, blah blah blah.” Colton said.
“How dare you.” Draco hissed.
“What? She’s a lowly woman. Now we’ve agreed to be your puppets, let’s get this over with.” I said with a similar disdain.
