Chapter 40: Technology

Days went on, as I started to write my story from when I was taken from my family. I thought my first book that I should write should be the truth of what I come through. Except the parts obviously my wolf I did not obviously speak about that. My father was right and I'm very thankful that he got me this whole set up. The house he's coming along very well. They only have a couple more days to go and it should be finished. I can't wait to see how it turns out. It's definitely worth it being able to start my family in a brand new house the way that I designed it. Just to think that my life with my own family will be starting in six months. I know my parents are gonna be sad that I won't be living with them, but I'm only gonna be in the same area. I won't be far. When you look at all the houses before you actually come into the wolf den, you can see there is 20 or more houses separated from each other and the big clearing that we call home our pack had at least 1000 people in there. Children ran freely with no worries of Stephanie or Sarah to cause any problem. I knew I had to stay in front of everybody in the next couple of days and give the verdict of what we're going to do with them. The only thing that I can actually think of is that they have to live in the dungeon until their sentences out, and then they will die. I've sat and talked with the alpha and the new beta about what we should do and they thought we need to have a boat to see whether to kill them and just let them out the misery or to vote to have them sentenced to life in prison in our dungeons. We thought it was fair to let our people make our decision for this because it's not just us they affected they affected our whole pack. Being the Luna is a lot of responsibility and this is one of the hardest choices that I have to make. Diamond comes rushing up to me greeting me. Good morning I look up and see Stark running after her trying to put her leash on her. I thought it was cute. He was trying to train her and he wasn't having much luck because she was attached to me. But she loved him. She was trying. I think it'll be a lot easier for her when we're both in the same household for him to train her better. She always seems to find her way to me. He greets me with a kiss and says, "how was your wedding going? I noticed you've been in there a minute he was in there all day yesterday. Anything good? Can I read what you have so far?" I smiled he was so curious it was adorable and I say, "nobody gets to read it until it's finished and it's coming along good I've written a lot. I didn't realize how into it yesterday I was until I realize how late it was so I'm sorry that I missed our date. I'll make it up to you though." he smiles and rough the leash around his wrist and says, "would you like to go for a walk with me and diamond." I nodded. I followed them as they took their morning stroll through the woods into the lake and back to the house. By the time we make it back to the house, there were people arguing about the guards. We're leaving Sarah and Stephanie and guarded for too long. I walk over to them and ask what was going on and they explained and I said, "we will have guards around the clock from now on to make sure that there is no feeling unsafe. They shouldn't have to feel that way living here wondering if they're gonna get out and hurt anyone so like I said from now on guards around the clock, we will make a shift and make sure that when needing relieved you will be relieved." I apologize to everyone because they weren't feeling safe so I set a meeting up for tonight so that we could all talk and make a plan together. I wanted everyone to feel safe and feel welcome to help make decisions. I stand in front of the pack house and let everyone know to meet back here tonight at 8 o'clock so that we could all talk together so everyone feels like they have a part to help with. I decided there will be new rules also made, and I will tell them tonight and let them all know that this is gonna be a new air for us and it's gonna be new ways for us than it was before so that nothing can jeopardize anything. I look at Stark and I give him a kiss and I head back to my mom's house to start more writing. When I was writing, I could escape what was going on at that time. It felt amazing to be able to just leave this world for a little bit and be able to express everything on paper. Not a lot of people understand what it's like to hold everything and that you've lived and are going through. It takes a lot out of a person to lead and take care of everyone else when you're not fully taken care of yourself it's not healthy to do that which I'm learning new habits to do but whenever I need help, my mom is always there and so is my father to help. That's how thankful I feel. I have my family on the side to help me. I walk in and give my mom a kiss and say, "good morning." "You're up early today couldn't sleep could you?" "I woke up and decided to go for a walk with diamond and Stark. It felt good to get some fresh air. I think I'm gonna do some more writing and I let the pack know that we are all gonna set up tonight for a meeting everyone everyone's feeling a little uneasy with the guards, leaving the dungeons for hours without any one guarding them so I'm gonna fix that and make some rules." my mom, looked at me and smiled. I could tell she was proud of me because I was doing everything I was supposed to do. I knew no matter what as long as I had them by my side I would be OK. I wouldn't know what to do if I lost them.
