Chapter 136: You Really Are Noisy

Timothy made the first move, throwing a heavy punch straight at Eleanor's face.

Eleanor dodged to the side, then spotted Aaron trying to flank her. She dropped into a crouch, her dagger slashing backward in one fluid motion.

Aaron couldn't dodge in time—the blade sliced a gash across his arm!

Blood immediately began to pour out, staining his sleeve crimson.

"Damn it!"

Aaron glanced down at the wound, fury blazing in his eyes.

"You bitch! You're dead! I'm going to kill you!"

Eleanor shot him a cold glance and sneered with disdain.

"If you've got what it takes, then try!"

The three of them clashed again in moments.

Eleanor moved with agile precision, every dodge perfectly timed, every strike aimed at vital points.

But Timothy's skills were nothing to scoff at either.

There was a vicious edge to his movements—clearly someone who'd danced on the edge of death more than once.

After several more rounds, Timothy stepped back half a pace, breathing hard.

"Ms. Mitchell, I'm giving you one last chance!"

"If you're willing to join us, everything that just happened—I can let it go. Think about it. Are you really willing to throw your life away for someone who's probably already dead?"

Eleanor tightened her grip on the dagger.

She lifted her gaze and smiled coldly. "Timothy, you know what?"

"What?"

"You really are… so damn loud!"

The moment the words left her mouth, Eleanor lunged forward.

Her speed was blinding—Timothy only caught a fleeting shadow.

By the time he registered what was happening, Eleanor was already right in front of him!

In the next second, the dagger plunged deep into his shoulder!

"Ahhh!"

Timothy let out a shrill scream, his entire face contorting in agony.

But Eleanor didn't stop.

She gripped the handle tightly, staring coldly at his twisted expression, and gave it a sharp twist!

She rotated the blade half a turn through his flesh, the edge scraping against bone—a pain beyond endurance.

Timothy's whole body shook, sweat pouring down like rain.

He clenched his teeth, glaring at Eleanor with bloodshot eyes. "You… you psycho!"

Eleanor yanked the dagger out. Blood sprayed.

"In this lifetime, don't even think about me surrendering!"

Timothy clutched his bleeding shoulder. Gone was the false warmth and composure—only murderous intent remained.

"You won't bend to threats or pleas? Then die."

With that, he and Aaron launched another simultaneous attack.

This time, they had only one goal: kill the woman in front of them!

Though Eleanor's combat skills were exceptional, her slender frame meant she was naturally at a disadvantage in raw strength against two grown men.

What's more, Timothy and Aaron worked together seamlessly.

One attacked head-on while the other struck from the flank.

After dozens of exchanges, Eleanor's breathing had grown unsteady.

Her stamina was draining bit by bit.

Just then, Aaron suddenly left an opening.

Eleanor instinctively moved to counterattack, but Timothy seized the opportunity and grabbed her arm from behind!

Aaron immediately followed up, locking down her other wrist!

Her mobility was completely restricted.

Eleanor gritted her teeth and struggled with all her might.

But the two men's strength was overwhelming—their arms clamped her arms in an iron grip. She couldn't move.

Timothy lowered his head, eyes dark and venomous as he stared at her.

"Bitch! I gave you a chance. Since you didn't take it… then die!"

With that, his fist came hurtling toward Eleanor's face!

Eleanor instinctively closed her eyes.

But the expected pain never came…

BANG!

A deafening crash—the storage room door was kicked open from the outside.

Both Timothy and Aaron were startled, reflexively turning toward the entrance.

A tall, imposing figure stood in the doorway.

His dark suit was dusted with grime, slightly disheveled.

But even so, those cold, sharp eyes carried an intensity that no one dared meet head-on!

It was Raymond.

His gaze swept rapidly across the room. When he saw Eleanor trapped between the two men, his pupils contracted sharply.

"Eleanor!"

The shout snapped Eleanor back to her senses.

She reacted instantly. Using Timothy's distraction, she wrenched herself free with sheer force, breaking out of their hold.

She immediately struck back, her dagger slashing Aaron's arm again, forcing him to stumble backward several steps in pain.

Eleanor didn't linger. She quickly retreated to Raymond's side.

"What are you doing here? How did you know I was here?" She turned her head toward the man beside her, worry flickering in her eyes.

Raymond didn't answer her question.

He simply reached out, gripping her shoulders urgently, scanning her from head to toe with eyes full of tension.

"Are you okay? Are you hurt?"

His concern softened Eleanor's heart, but she kept her expression stern. "I'm fine. But right now… let's deal with these two first."

Hearing that, Raymond finally lifted his head, his cold gaze locking onto the two men before him.

They'd dared to hurt Eleanor!

"Today, neither of you is walking out of here," he warned icily.

Aaron scoffed. "Another idiot with a death wish!"

"Bastard, you think you're some kind of knight? Get lost while we're still feeling generous. Maybe we'll let you live."

Timothy clutched his shoulder wound, glaring coldly at Raymond.

He didn't speak, but the contempt in his eyes said everything.

Raymond merely curled his lips in disdain.

"Who's sparing who today—that's still up for debate!"

With that, he and Eleanor exchanged a glance.

In the next second, they both moved.

Raymond charged first, going straight for Aaron's legs.

Aaron hadn't expected him to be so fast. He tried to retreat but was already struck by Raymond's sweeping kick to the knee.

He screamed, his body pitching forward uncontrollably.

Eleanor seized the moment, slipping past his side and driving her elbow hard into the back of his neck!

A dull thud—Aaron's body swayed, then collapsed straight to the floor…

On the other side, Timothy saw things going south and lunged toward Eleanor, teeth clenched.

But before he could even touch the hem of her clothes, Raymond had already stepped in front of her.

He clamped down hard on Timothy's injured shoulder. Timothy convulsed in pain.

"Ahhh!!!"

Before Timothy's scream could fully escape, Eleanor had circled behind him.

She raised her wrist and knocked him out the same way.

Another dull thud—Timothy hit the ground hard.

Finally, the room fell silent.

Raymond, breathing heavily, kicked both men to confirm they were completely unconscious. Only then did he let out a breath of relief…

He turned around, about to ask Eleanor if she was okay.

But before he could get a word out, a fist slammed hard into his chest!
