Chapter 43: Don't Ever Think About It

Third POV

"I can't."

Elijah muttered as he sighed slowly, and closed his eyelids tightly. Elijah even bowed his head deeply, and the grip of his hands that had been tight on Lucia slipped right there. Elijah did not dare to look directly at Lucia, who was still influenced by the hybrid soul in her body right now.

"I really can't do that." Elijah muttered again, and shook his head.

"Why? Why can't you do that, Elijah? Don't you want to be able to make Lucia your complete mate? Don't you want to make Lucia let go of all the relationships in her past that have even given her a sense of trauma that will probably be very difficult for her to forget for the rest of her life? Elijah shouted again very loudly to be able to call Emrys and also Josiah now. Elijah, who still felt very panicked about Lucia's condition, immediately lifted Lucia's body and placed it right on the bed very slowly and carefully there.

Elijah muttered again. Without saying anything else in response to Elijah's words there, Emrys and Josiah looked at each other, before finally nodding their heads in a very faint gesture now.

Until not long after, Josiah walked straight to the other side of the bed, and together, Emrys and Josiah began to extend their hands forward, and point their hands towards Lucia's body. After that, white light began to emerge from the palms of both Emrys and Josiah simultaneously, and entered Lucia's body in a very slow motion there.

The white light entered from the feet to Lucia's head now. It took quite some time for Emrys and Josiah to insert the white light from their palms into Lucia's body, which still looked unconscious there. Emrys and Josiah released a considerable amount of power that belonged to them now.

The white light began to fade, as Emrys and Josiah lowered their hands again, and adjusted their breathing which felt very breathless there. Emrys and Josiah almost lost their energy just to be able to give some of their energy and magic power into Lucia's body, to make Lucia look much better than before. Emrys and Josiah even simultaneously sat right on the bed, next to Lucia's body there. As for Elijah, he began to rise to his feet and also sat on the bed, right near Lucia's head there.

The look in Elijah's eyes, which still looked very flat and also empty, immediately made Emrys and also Josiah feel very strange, and also curious, about what Lucia and also Elijah had been talking about there. But neither of them had enough courage to ask Elijah about it directly now.
