Chapter 48: Return & Visits

Catherine's POV

When I fell asleep and felt a warm feeling. When I opened them I was with my Grandmother and Mom sitting on the log by the pond again.

"Mom, Grannie, what is going on to bring me here?"

"Can you not call me Grannie? You're making me feel old." I roll my eyes and huff " Look you have to know that if you do not forgive Darrien your family will be ripped apart. He will never betray you again. It is my granted for your happiness. Will you forgive him please?"

"Sure. Do you just sit here waiting all day every day?" Selena came over and waved her hand over the pond. I could see Darrien rocking my son and my body lying in bed. "So you watch us like a TV show?"

" Yes knowing the future is great and all but I do not know the details of how it comes to be. I just tie the knots of the connection."

"So you like to watch us all have sex?" She laughed so hard a tear ran down her cheek.

"You know it is the most time I am called is when you all have sex or when you're in danger. I do not need to stay watching I do peek but come on you call me to watch it like porn." My mom and I join in on the laughing after we have all had our side in stitches. We all calm down and I join them on the log.

"Why am I here?"

"Your son will be mated with a warrior and become the beta at the Snowpack. Your daughter is the alpha and is mated to the beta boy for the Red Knight pack. These two will be known as the Golden Twins. I wanted to meet their wolves as they have them already. They will be able to shift early 16 instead of 18. Also, you need to upgrade the pack as you will have many children staying there."

"Grannie, Are you telling me that I will be a baby factory?"

"Please stop with the Grannie. You will have a few more children. But I mean when you take over the Blue Claw. There are a lot of orphaned children as the Alpha is using all she-wolves for breeding."

"WAAITT. A few more children? Like how many more pregnancies?" struggling to swallow the lump in my throat.

"Only 2 pregnancies. Relax. Here come the twin Golden wolves with honey-brown eyes." She wave to these two blonde almost golden wolves. "Here is Night" One with a crescent moon on his chest and she placed a hand on another wolf with a circle that was much brighter fur on her chest "This is Rays". I walked over and petted the wolves as they rubbed their heads up and down my legs and arms. "When they get older you will train them as all your children will have the same powers. Your other children will be the Alphas to the Blue Claw Pack." I hugged and kissed each wolf.

"I know that Athena is resting but she will be so excited to meet you." I gave them another kiss on their forehead and I walked to my Mom and hugged her. "I love you," I whispered into her hair.

"I love you too. Will keep watching out for you and your children."

"You have to understand I built Darrien just for you and only you. He will never be able to love someone, so try to forgive him as I know you love Darrien. You are rejecting him at every turn and he may leave. Keep in mind he and you do not get a second chance or the option to choose. It will kill you and him if you are with another. You still have your mate bond and he is treasuring it.

"I understand I am trying to move past the hurt." I hugged my Grandmother.

"You are going to go back. You can call me anytime but I will try to speak to you if I can. YOU need to go back to Red Knight. Your window to save the Blue Claw pack is sooner than three weeks. Get ready and tell your cousin to help you or I will punish him." I pointed to a forest. "Walk into the trees you will wake up refreshed and remember everything." I nod and start to walk to the trees.

Darrien's POV

I watch as Catherine & my daughter sleep and I rock my son as he is a bit fussy. You're very happy. Are you thinking up names? Zeus asks as he wags his tail. Calm down you're giving me a migraine with tail wagging. My son finally fell asleep and I put him in the baby bassinet. I was able to grab the name box from the baby shower. Well, Catherine is resting I will get the names sorted. As she started to stir and sat beside her.

"How Are you feeling?"

"I am okay. My body is sore but I am okay. How are our pups?"

"Good getting hungry soon. Have you thought about names?"

"Yeah, I do. Can you pass me my phone? I need to get everyone back in here now."

"Oh, no need. Everyone is in the waiting room. I will go get them." I got up and left.

Everyone was sitting in the waiting room. "She wants to see everyone. She seems to be in a hurry." Shortly we all walked in and returned with Derick, Donald, Tracy, Frank, Emily, Kayden, and Aiden.

"Catherine, We are all here." I saw that she was trying to get up.

"Okay, So Aiden grandmother says you have to help me or she is going to punish you." Catherine shakes her head. "Do not test her." her tone was light and half-hearted.

"You know I would help you either way. But it sounds serious if she is threatening me."

"Okay. Kayden Selene has been dulling your pain from your mate. She has informed me that we have to pack tomorrow and get on the road. Our window is no longer three weeks. As Darrien, we need to upgrade the pack house. She said the Alpha John is using a lot of breeders and if he does not get what he wants he ends up killing the females. There are a lot of pups without parents. She says he is building an army." I could see the pain and concern across her face.

"We have the new apartment building that we were building we will use it until we can update the pack house," I said as I sat down and pulled out my phone to let the contractors know that we needed to speed up our timeline and add cameras to each unit and floor.

"Did you think of names for these little beauties?" Derick asked as he picked up my daughter and Donald picked up my son.

"Yes, Since they are the golden pair as my grandmother put it. I want to name Apollo & Artemis. My sun and my moon wolves. Special after meeting their wolves. You'll love their markings."

"You met them?" I was in complete shock and she just nodded.

"I will tell you everything as we return to our home." she puts her hand on my lap. Home? Is she forgiving me?
