Chapter 116
Silas's pov.
Holly shit our girl look hot in that outfit.
Suddenly they round a corner and that have bullets flying around them.
Ro, Jason, Ian and Cassidy dodged like they did when we went up against them in dodgeball during PE, we all just looked shocked at the screen and then the four of them tossed some throwing knives to immobilize the ones shooting at them.
There Ro motioned for Jason and Cassidy to handle them like properly knock them out and tie them up.
I have to say I don't like that Jason is not around Ro right now, we know he is Ro's third in command so he is pretty damn skilled. But we just have to believe in our girl and that she know what she is doing.
When Ro and Ian came to the door that's into the Mayor's office they both paused for a second and took a deep breath. Ro also looked down on her screen, she then told Ian something by hand singal, he looked like he wanted to argue but he silently gave a nod.
Ro stood up and handed her bow and quiver to Ian, then she pulled out her swords. Ian got more in cover so it looks like he won't breach with her.
That made all of us look at the screen wide eyed and dropped jaws.
We heard she took a deep breath again before she kicked in the door.
The second she kicked in the door, so many bullets were flying, she kept dodging them and she also used her swords as a shield. Her movement is so freaking fast it's hard to pay attention to everything she is doing.
Inside that room is 7 enemies, and Ro quickly cut them in their arms and legs before she knocked them in the back of their heads or neck before they dropped down.
We heard Ro made a whisle sound and that had Ian come in fast, he had both Kaia and his medic backpack and quickly started to look over their injuries together with Ro.
"Violet, thank God you came. Have you been able to rescue the staff and the kids in the daycare senter?" Mayor Bevens asked exhausted and it sounded like he is in pain. And he also have a gun shot to his chest.
"Robert, please you need to relax and lay still. But yes everyone is safe, the enemies are only knocked out and tied up." Ro said softly while she started to work on his injuries right after she put on some gloves.
Ro used a scalpel on the wound to make it a little bigger before she carefully felt inside the wound.
"Violet, please make sure this city is safe, don't let the guys you handled here get away. We overheard them talk they have a big bomb they plan on plant in some school. You need to find the rest of the people belonging to this group." Mayor Bevens said weakly before he coughed up some blood.
"Robert, right now I need to focus on you, I'm not having you dying on my watch." Ro said and she pulled down her hoodie and tossed off her mask and wig.
She then payed more attention to the wound and looked like she was searching for the bullet.
"Boss are you okay, do you need help?" Ian asked while he was working on the chief of staff Justin Tyrell who is also shot in the chest.
"I'm good. But its something weird with this bullet." She said so focused.
Suddenly we could see Ro's eyes widen.
"Doc, get these bullets out now, they are small bombs." Ella said before she took the scalpel and widen the wound a little more. Ian did the same thing.
They both also did that on the last two Billy and Albert.
Ro gathered the bullets in her hand and ran towards the window, broke the window and tossed them out. It didn't take long until we heard and explosion and we could also see it on the heat singals on the drone.
After that both Ro and Ian worked quickly on the four they just had to cut up a little. They both worked fast to fix their injuries and stitched them up.
"My little Angel Ro, you have to cover yourself up, it sounds like they are coming in." Mayor Bevens said and that made Ro look at him with wide eyes.
She quickly pulled her balaclava up, Ian quickly got her eye mask and she got it on.
"All four of us will keep your identity hidden." Mayor Bevens said when Ro was next to him again. He also put a hand on her cheek that's covered now and he looked at her with a warm fatherly smile.
"It's truly so good to see you, and thank you for saving all of us." He said and that made the other three voice their agreement to.
"We will see each other when the four of you have been discharged from the hospital." Ro said with a soft voice and that made the four injured nod with a smile.
Just then Kim, Stark and Quinn with a bunch of other politi officers entered with their gun out. Kim, Stark and Quinn lowered their gun right away.
"Freeze, put your hands where we can see them." One of the officers said, but that made Mayor Bevens raise his hand.
"These people are to leave in peace, they are VR Security. The military force. They rescued us." Mayor Bevens said and that made the other officers lower their gun.
After that Ro and Ian quickly described their injuries, what they did to fix it and what they need when they get to the hospital.
I think all of us, especially Samuel look shocked at the screen hearing Ro talk in so many difficult medical terms.
Ro and Ian was about to head out but Mayor Bevens stopped them.
"Violet." He said and that had Ro turned around, that also made all the politi officers in there look at Ro in shock and took a knee.
"Expect to get call in for a reward when I'm out of the hospital." Mayor Bevens said amused, that had Ian look at Ro with a smirk, Axel, Dawson, Ada, Kelly and Issac chuckled. And I also think all of us could see how Ro tensed up from hearing that.
"Robert. Not again. I don't need more rewards. And you know I strongly dislike gatherings like that." Ro said in the cutest whine and that made all of us, even everyone in that office room except for Ro chuckle hard.
"You have done the city a great service, it's just right." He said with a warm smile.
"I still have to try to find that bomb that's out there. Some of my men will come and pick up these seven guys for questioning. The rest is the police force prisinors. We need to figure out where that bomb is before a school is blown up." Ro said seriously and that had all the police officers tense up and Bevens nodded in agreement.
