CHAPTER 2:

"what am I gonna do? How could I convince the CEO?" I whispered and sighed for the ninth time today. Today has been the worst day for me. I covered my face with hands from the frustration I'm feeling today.

"what you're going to do about what? Mina" I look at the person who talk. It was Bambam. He looks worried at me.

"Hey, Mina are you alright?"

I gave him a smile and said that I'm okay.

"Is there a problem Mina, you know you could open up to me. I'm your bestfriend" I shookt my head and said

" Don't worry I'm okay. I know" I smiled at him and look away.

Were here in the school garden again to have some fresh air and for me think of what am I going to do.

I can't tell bambam about my situation. Mr. Lee told me not say it anyone.

"Don't tell anyone that you're going to be the representative of the school. Your scholarship is at stake her Ms. Song. The meeting is Monday at 9am, don't be late"

That was Mr. Lee last said before I got out of the office.

My scholarship is at stake. I really need to convince the CEO or else I will not graduate and I can't afford that to happen.

"Did you already ate?"

"I haven't eaten yet. But im not hungry, How about you?" I gave him big smile. His became red and look away

"N-Ne.. I already ate" he stuttered while blushing

"Are you okay bambam?"

I moved closer to him and put my hand on his forehead to check if he has fever. His face became red at our closeness.

He hold my hand and said that he was okay. Then he stand up walk away leaving me behind.

"That was weird" I said. I stand up and catch up to bambam.

3rd Person P. O. V

Meanwhile in Chou Tzuyu's world is the total opposite. She is one of the Youngest Multi Billionaire. Every second a lot of money is adding to his bank account.

When it comes to business everyone wants Chou Tzuyu to be their partner or investor.

She have everything. From the looks and the money. But she's a cold hearted person. Her words are sharp and she doesn't care about others feeling. Her eyes doesn't hold any emotion. She could buy anything material she want with her money.

But there is something missing in her life that money couldn't buy.

Chou Tzuyu is describe to be a perfectionist one mistake and you're out of her company. And she doesn't like to be late in anything and she wants everyone to be on time.

It is an ordinary day in her office. She is sitting comfortable in her chair while reading some of the document presented to her by her secretary.

*knock knock*

A knock was heard in her office. She looked at the clock.

10:15 am

" Come In" she said in a cold tone

The door open and revealed an employee looking scared.

"Go—Good morning Ms. Chou, I—I al—already have the documents that you ask maam" the employee said and handed the documents to Tzuyu.

And tzuyu took it and scan the documents. While the employee is waiting for tzuyu's response.

The employee is sweating so hard, scared of what Tzuyu will say. He knows that he is late by 15 mins.

Tzuyu is still not saying anything and still analyzing the documents.

It's been 5 mins. When tzuyu finally spoke. It felt like forever to the guy.

" You're fired" The employee held his breath. she said not looking at the employee. She continues to read the documents.

The employee is trying to held back his tears. His shoulder became slumped as he exits the office.

"This is all trash" tzuyu said

When the employee got out she threw the folder to the trash bin.

She slumped her back to her chair and rubbed her temples. She grabbed the nearest thing to she saw and threw it across the room. Out of anger.

Nayeon's P. O. V

Mina and I are walking home. I look at mina and she's spacing out. I'm worried about her. Ever since she came out of Mr. Lee's office she became that way. But I can't force her to say something. I respect her decision if she wasn't going open to me today. I'll wait for her to open up. I continued to walk beside her.

*thud*

"o-ouch"

I immediately look at mina when I heard thud and saw her rubbing her forehead. She hit her head in a Post.

I laugh and she glared at me.

"You should be careful next time minari" I said while trying to my holding a laugh

"Ne.. Unnie" she said then pout

Mina is so cute. I want to keep her in my pocket.

We got home in time for dinner. We greeted auntie. She is Mina's mom. She smiled when she saw us and gave us a warm hug.

Auntie is like a mother to me. And she treat me like her own daughter too. But auntie could pass as our older sister. She still look young.

"I'm glad that both of you are home"

"So, how was school girl?" she asked

"It was great auntie" I said while giving her a wide smile.

Mina beside me is still quite. She's spacing out again. I nudged her.

"N-ne?"

"Minari, are you okay?" auntie ask worriedly

She just smiled and excuse herself.

Auntie and I look at each other. She look very worried it's the first time she saw act this way.

I sighed and look at mina's back while towardsher room.
