Chapter 41: Crazy night!

We finally got home and we just went into our rooms. We shared one last gaze and smiled before we separated. I entered my room with the smile still glued to my face.

“That was one crazy night!” I said to myself.

I hopped into the shower and had a quick one. After the night of hardwork I had, if I don’t freshen up, I might not be able to sleep well.

I sunk into the bed, and the moment my body touched the sheets, I was pulled immediately into the dream world. I slept like a baby and it was all soothing until I drifted into a dream.

Lila and I went on vacation but we weren’t alone, we were with our two year old baby girl, who looks exactly like me. It was such a beautiful one as we had lots of fun. I couldn’t get over my love for my family and people around us drooled over us. They kept complimenting us and that became the highlights.

We finally decided to go back home after two weeks, and that night. Lila and I knew we were going to make a sweet passionate love. It was sort of a welcome back for us.

I freshened up first and got in bed, waiting for her but I slept off in the process. I woke up later to her all naked and massaging me from behind. A smile lined my cheeks as I turned to her sweet face.

“Heyy, miss me?” She whispered while I pressed a sweet kiss to her nose.

“What took you so long? I almost thought you weren’t going to come.” I replied and she chuckled.

“So you were expecting me too? Why didn’t you ask me to come then or you come to my room? What if I didn’t come?” She let out and that sounded weird.

We both arrived and we were even supposed to bath together but she wanted to tuck our baby girl into bed. I had my bath alone and she later came in to freshen up. So why is she asking such weird questions? Why wouldn’t she come and why do I need to ask her come or go to her? I was still trying to figure it out when I stared hearing my name being called from somewhat afar.

“Daniel… Daniel…”

“Yeah!” The voice finally pulled me out of the dream and that was when l finally realized what was happening.

I was dreaming but Lila was actually there beside me on the bed. That was why she asked those questions but they sounded weird to me because I thought it was still part of the dream.

“We’re you sleep talking?” She teased and I smiled.

“Miss me?” She asked and once I looked at her again, I didn’t ask any other question.

I pulled her close, kissed her for a while and they got on top of her. We both came at the same time and I crashed beside her.

“How did you know I needed that?” I asked.

“Because my body asked for it, then I thought you’d body must have asked too.” She replied.

“So you’re saying we’re both in sync now?” I quizzed and she nodded.

“Well, that’s it. I have to go back into my room now. See you in the morning.” She said and then moved to leave but I didn’t let her.

My hand was already wrapped around her so I just locked in and made sure she isn’t free to leave.

“I have to leave. We can’t let them see us together like this.” She chimed in while I scoffed.

“And who made that rule? Aren’t you my wife so why exactly are people not allowed to see us together? And besides everyone in this house is on my pay grade. They are loyal to me and even if they weren’t, they still wouldn’t say a word. It’s not their business.” I said firmly and she finally relaxed.

“Sleep here. I want you beside me tonight. You can go back in the morning but did tonight, I want you right here.” I added and she didn’t say a word.

She just slowly moved closer while I pulled her in closer for a cuddle.

The next time I opened my eyes, it was morning. She was still sleeping beside me and looking at her, she looked so beautiful. It felt like I was seeing her for the first time again because how on earth did I never notice her beauty.

“You keep staring like that and I’m going to disappear.” She let out and I smiled.

“How did you know I was staring?” I asked and she smiled and finally opened her eyes.

“Didn’t you say it last night that we’re now in sync? Well, my brain told me you were staring?” She replied.

“That’s a lie, I probably woke you when I moved earlier and since I didn’t stand up and remained silent, you figured I was staring at you. I would think the same too.” I argued and she smiled again.

“And what part of your body do you think is responsible for that?” She quizzed and that was when I realized she got me.

She keeps getting me to let down my guard and I don’t even think I have the willpower to fight it.

“You look so beautiful. It feels like I’m just seeing you for the first time.” I chimed in ahd I saw her blush subtly.

“No need to hide it. Blush all you want, that’s why we have compliments. It’s even good to start your day with it. So let me say it again, you’re so beautiful, Lila.” I added.

“Thank you, I’ve always been beautiful. It just took you so long to notice and I’m not complaining. I take the compliment.” She replied and I waited for her to say it but she didn’t.

“Aren’t you going to say it?” I asked while she shrugged like she didn’t know what I meant but I know she knows.

“Stop pretending like you don’t know because we both know you know.” I let out.

“Have you considered being a rapper? You’ve got the lines and rhymes, trust me, you will do so well!” She teased.

“You’re a clown. I said you’re beautiful and you just took the compliment without a returning it. Courtesy demands you return the favor.” I retorted and she burst into laughter. It was obviously to mock me and she did it well because I was forced to join her at a point.

“I can’t believe you just manipulated me into laughing with you and mocking myself.” I said.

“Well, that’s what you deserve for fishing for compliments where you know there’s none. Do you want me to lie and say you’re handsome when you’re clearly not?” She replied and I gasped out of pretend shock.

“How dare you say that? And you even had the guts to say it to my face?” I chimed in and then jumped on her.

She liked it and then burst into laughter while I started tickling her. She laughed so much that she started to beg me to spare her but I didn’t.

A knock suddenly sounded on the door then and she quickly tried to run out of bed but I pulled her back.

“Where do you think you’re going?” I asked her while she pointed at the door like something special was happening there.

“Uhn, and so? Someone is knocking on the door, it’s probably to tell me breakfast is ready. What has that got to do with you? Why are you running away?” I asked.

“You want them to see us together?” She quizzed and I chuckled.

“I actually don’t have the intention to see another face apart from yours this early, but since you won’t stop being like this, I will.”

“Come in!” I said out loud and the door pushed open.

It was one of Lila’s private maid, and that was even better than I expected. I bent over and pressed a deep kiss on her lips. She tried to resist at first but I didn’t let her and it turned out I’m not the only one carried away by this new thing between us. The moment my lips touched hers, she relaxed and eased into it.

“What do you want?” I finally said after I’d had enough of her lips.

“Good morning sir, I just wanted to let you know that Miss Lila wasn’t in her room. I was worried but I can see she’s okay now.” She let out.

“Thank you for looking after my wife, she decided to spend the night with her husband. You can leave now.” I said and she left immediately.

I looked over at Lila and saw her covering her face with the sheets.

“What is wrong with you, wifey? Why did you get married if you’re shy to let the world know you’re sleeping with your husband? You think they don’t know this is going on?” I quizzed but she still wouldn’t let go of the sheets.

I snatched it from her then and then leaned over to kiss her again.

“Well, if you won’t talk to me, I might as well enjoy your sweet soft lips.” I muttered and then continued kissing her.

She raked her hands through my hair as she kissed me back too and I tried not to break the act, but I couldn’t.

“I thought you didn’t want to talk to me?” I teased.

“My beef doesn’t include your lips. They are innocent after all,” she chimed in softly…
