Chapter 130: A Kiss Will Make It All Better
Hearing Alexander's words, Isabella's heart melted, and she couldn't resist teasing him a bit more.
"I'm not telling you, nope!" Isabella pretended to be mad, but her voice was full of playful affection.
Alexander's voice had this hint of longing; he wanted to pull her into his arms. "Come on, baby, tell me, what do you miss about me?"
Hearing his possessive tone, Isabella felt like she was melting into his tenderness.
"I miss you," Isabella said softly but firmly. "I miss you holding me, I miss you kissing me..."
Her voice got quieter and quieter until it was almost a whisper.
There was a moment of silence on the other end, then Alexander's low chuckle, filled with pure satisfaction and joy.
"Alright, baby, wait for me to come back," Alexander's voice was a bit hoarse, like he was holding something back. "Have a good sleep, okay? In your dreams, anything is possible."
His voice was deep and enchanting, like it had some kind of magic, making Isabella's heart race and her breathing quicken.
"Okay," Isabella responded softly, then obediently closed her eyes.
Listening to the steady breathing on the other end, Alexander's lips curled into a loving smile. "Goodnight, my baby," he whispered softly, then reluctantly hung up the phone.
The morning sunlight streamed into the room through the gaps in the curtains. Isabella groggily opened her eyes and stretched.
She had talked to Alexander on the phone until late last night, and now her whole body was filled with happiness. She rubbed her eyes, threw off the covers, and walked barefoot to the living room, ready to start a new day.
At that moment, a magnetic voice suddenly sounded. "Baby, you're awake?"
Isabella instantly woke up, her eyes widening in disbelief. "Alexander? How are you here already?"
Alexander was sitting on the living room sofa, dressed in a perfectly tailored black suit that showed off his tall, slender frame. His handsome face wore a gentle smile, and his deep eyes were full of affection.
"You said you missed me, didn't you? So, I had to come back to you." Alexander stood up and walked over to Isabella, gently pulling her into his arms and planting a kiss on her forehead.
Isabella paused, nestling in Alexander's arms and feeling the warmth radiating from him. She had only been playfully saying she missed him on the phone last night, but he had actually rushed back overnight!
"But there were no flights last night?" Isabella looked up, her eyes full of confusion.
"Yeah, so I took a private jet back," Alexander said calmly, like it was no big deal.
Isabella's heart was in turmoil. He had flown back on a private jet in the middle of the night just because she said she missed him. Alexander's love for her was so intense!
"Come on, let's go, I'll take you home," Alexander took Isabella's hand and said softly.
Isabella obediently followed him out, feeling like she was walking on clouds, so happy she could almost faint.
Elijah was exercising in the garden. When he saw the two of them come out, he smiled kindly.
"Good morning, Grandpa," Isabella greeted sweetly.
"Good morning, Isabella," Elijah walked over to them, his gaze falling on Alexander. "Alexander, come in, I have something for you."
Alexander nodded and followed Elijah into the study.
Elijah handed a delicate wooden box to Alexander and said, "This is an antique painting I've treasured for years. Please take it to your grandfather for me and thank him for taking care of Isabella earlier."
"I will, Grandpa," Alexander took the box respectfully.
"Isabella is simple and kind. I've been worried about her going out these past few days. Now that you are taking care of her, I can rest easy," Elijah said earnestly.
"Grandpa, I will take good care of Isabella, don't worry," Alexander's tone was firm, his deep eyes filled with determination.
Elijah nodded in satisfaction and gave Alexander a reassuring pat on the shoulder. "I trust you."
Leaving the study, Alexander held Isabella's hand, their fingers interlocked, a silent understanding and sweetness flowing between them.
"Alexander, when did you get here? Why didn't you tell me in advance so I could pick you up?" Isabella looked up at Alexander, her tone carrying a hint of reproach.
"I wanted to surprise you," Alexander said, looking down at her with a doting smile. "What, not happy?"
"No, I'm very happy!" Isabella quickly shook her head, afraid Alexander would misunderstand, a bright smile appearing on her face. "I just feel bad for you. You haven't rested at all, you must be very tired."
"Let's talk in the car," Alexander said, pulling Isabella's hand and quickly walking towards the Maybach parked by the roadside.
Isabella was pulled along, her heart pounding and her cheeks flushing. Why was Alexander in such a hurry today?
"Alexander, slow down, I can barely keep up," Isabella panted.
Alexander stopped, looking at Isabella's slightly flushed cheeks from the exertion, his eyes darkening, his voice low and slightly hoarse. "Do you feel bad that I didn’t sleep well last night? How about making it up to me?"
Isabella paused for a moment, then realized what Alexander meant, her cheeks reddening further as she whispered, "Yes, I feel bad..."
Seeing her shy expression, Alexander's heart softened. He couldn't help but lean down and peck her lips lightly. "If you feel bad, kiss me. A kiss will make me not tired."
Isabella's eyes widened, her heart racing. Why was Alexander so good at teasing today?
Looking into Alexander's deep eyes, Isabella impulsively stood on her tiptoes and kissed his lips. Her soft and sweet kiss made Alexander lose control. He cupped the back of Isabella's head, deepening the kiss, his tongue prying open her mouth, entangling with her tongue.
Isabella was kissed until she was dizzy, helplessly clinging to Alexander's shoulders, letting him take the lead.
It wasn't until Isabella was almost out of breath that Alexander let her go. Looking at her dazed eyes, he said in a hoarse voice, "Baby, if this continues, I might lose control."
Hearing his words, Isabella finally realized what she had done, feeling extremely shy.
Looking at her shy expression, Alexander couldn't help but chuckle. He helped her fasten her seatbelt and started the car.
The whole way, neither of them spoke, but the atmosphere in the car was remarkably intimate.
Back home, Alexander scooped Isabella up and headed to the bedroom.
"Alexander, what are you doing?" Isabella let out a soft scream, instinctively wrapping her arms around Alexander's neck.
"What do you think?" Alexander looked down at her, his eyes deep, his tone flirtatious.
Of course, Isabella knew what he wanted to do, but...
"But you didn't rest well last night, you should have a good rest now," Isabella said softly, her tone carrying a hint of concern.
Alexander looked at her, his eyes darkening, his voice low and hoarse. "Baby, are you worried about me?"
"Yes," Isabella nodded, her cheeks slightly red.
"Since you're worried about me, how about taking good care of me in bed later?" Alexander said, lowering his head to kiss her lips.
Isabella wanted to say something more, but Alexander's kiss silenced her.
His kiss was domineering yet gentle, with an irresistible force that made Isabella get lost in it. Isabella gradually got lost in his gentle assault, her body becoming soft. "Baby, I haven't seen you for days, I've missed you so much," Alexander's voice was low and hoarse, filled with emotion, whispering in Isabella's ear, sending shivers down her spine.
"I missed you too," Isabella immediately responded to him.
Looking at the shy and lovely Isabella beneath him, Alexander's eyes darkened, and he said with a mischievous smile, "Since you missed me so much, how about we make up for it by the number of days?"
