Matthew asked, "Hey, Mr. Pearson, what do you do here?"

Sebastian grinned and replied, "Matthew, I'm just a regular officer, nothing special compared to Mr. Corleone."

"Still sounds pretty cool," Matthew said casually, though he thought to himself that Sebastian's humility towards Leon suggested he wasn't particularly powerful.

Sebastian then invited Caitlin's family to have a meal in the mess hall. Matthew and Samara didn't realize that usually only high-ranking military personnel were allowed to dine there.

They assumed Sebastian was a minor figure, which was why he brought them there. Even so, they felt quite satisfied.

On the way back, Matthew said to Leon, "Leon, you did great today. Keep it up, alright?"

Leon smiled and said, "Matthew, if you like these kinds of events, I'll try to bring you to more in the future."

"Awesome," Matthew smiled happily, feeling that Leon had become much more diligent.

Just then, Caitlin looked at her phone and suddenly exclaimed, "Something big has happened."

Seeing Caitlin's expression, everyone was puzzled and asked, "Caitlin, what's going on?"

Caitlin said, "Arthur, the heir of the Brown family, has decided to return to Crystal City and sell all his assets in Angel City. The heads of the Ford family and the Palmer Family have both committed suicide in prison, and their family members have turned themselves into the police. Moreover, the instructor has announced that he will visit the Clark Family."

These three significant pieces of news left Matthew and Samara in shock, especially the third one, which made their faces turn pale.

They never expected that the Clark Family would receive such high treatment, being able to meet the Marine Corps instructor.

With so many powerful families falling, it meant other families had a chance to rise. If the Clark Family got close to the instructor, they would undoubtedly become the most powerful family.

"We're doomed," Matthew thought in despair.

If the Clark Family became powerful, Matthew and Samara would become the laughingstock of everyone.

But then Matthew noticed Leon was smiling and couldn't help but ask, "Leon, what's so funny? Why are you laughing?"

Leon said, "Matthew, Sebastian just told me that Philip, Spencer, and Arthur all met with the instructor, and then they were finished."

"Now the instructor is going to meet the Clark Family. Do you think that's a good thing for the Clark Family? I actually think that once the instructor visits the Clark Family, they'll be completely done for!"

But Matthew didn't agree with Leon's view and shook his head, saying, "No, the Clark Family is different from those people. Those people offended the instructor, which is why they ended up so badly. But the Clark Family is very smart. Stephen definitely won't offend the instructor."

Then he added, "I even suspect that Stephen got injured on purpose, maybe to get close to the instructor. He might even want the instructor to become the Clark Family's son-in-law."

"Let's hope so," Matthew and Samara nodded and sighed.

With the fall of the Ford and Palmer families, and the Brown family leaving Angel City, the market in Rock State became vacant, attracting a lot of attention.

Families from other cities also eyed the Angel City market, wanting to take over.

Alexander and Connor boarded the ship and found Arthur kneeling on the deck.

Arthur's face no longer had its confident smile, replaced by an expression of sheer terror. "I'm sorry, it's all my fault. I'll never do it again."

Alexander and Leon were both members of the Corleone family, so they looked somewhat similar. Arthur mistook Alexander for Leon and was terrified.

Alexander squatted down and saw Arthur suddenly show a vacant smile, with drool on his face.

Connor frowned and said coldly, "Alexander, there's no need to ask anymore. He became like this after the ceremony, clearly scared out of his wits by Leon. As far as I know, he wanted to marry Victoria and even invited Leon to be the witness."

Connor sneered after speaking.

Alexander said calmly, "Leon's abilities are far beyond what a useless guy like Arthur can compare to. Even Philip and Spencer committed suicide. As a Marine Corps instructor, he's indeed formidable."

He looked at the distant lights, his expression becoming very serious.

Connor asked, "Alexander, what should we do next?"

Alexander thought for a moment and said, "If I'm not mistaken, with such major changes in Angel City, big shots from other cities will definitely come here, even the ten most powerful families. So you should stay in Angel City for now and wait for an opportunity."

He paused a bit, then continued, "But remember, don't let anyone discover you. As for me, I need to return to the Brown family. Once I take control of the Brown family, when we face Leon again, we might not lose!"
