Chapter 160: why is everything tangled together?

Martin called Adrian, who was thinking about his mother while drinking, with a video of her playing on the screen. Adrian answered in a deep voice.

"What is it?" Adrian asked in a tired voice.

"Adrian, I found Kaimar and Rami. They wanted to kill Marcus. He was saved at the last moment." Martin said.

Adrian stood up in shock.

"What the hell are you talking about?" Adrian shouted.

"It was very close." Martin said.

"Bring all of them to me." Adrian said angrily.

Adrian felt extremely worried. Above all, Marcus was his friend.

A short while later, Martin came to Adrian's office and knocked on the door.

"Come in." When Martin heard Adrian's voice, he entered.

"You came. They are in the cold room, while Marcus is sleeping in the guest room." Martin said.

"How did that happen?" Adrian asked angrily.

"I don't know, but Kaimar drugged Marcus and wanted to stab him." Martin said.

"That idiot, since when does he kill?" Adrian said in an angry voice.

"I think he wasn't conscious. I mean, he was speaking heavily as if he were drunk, but I couldn't smell any alcohol on him." Martin said as he sat down.

"He went back to using drugs, that idiot." Adrian said, putting his hand on his head.

"I tied them to the chair. Do you want to talk to them?" Martin asked.

Adrian stood up and drank his glass in one go.

"Damn, I'm so angry." Adrian said in an extremely angry voice.

Martin sighed and left the office. This caught the attention of the entire gang. They didn't know the reason for his anger until Martin told them what had happened.

Adrian went to Marcus's room. Marcus was sleeping peacefully, with Dr. Alexander in front of him.

"How is he?" Adrian asked Alexander.

"Fine... He was only drugged." Alexander said with a smile.

"Good." Adrian said coldly, looking at him with his hands in his pockets.

"What are you planning?" Alexander asked.

"I'm just very confused." Adrian said, holding his head.

"Think rationally... Adrian, Marcus has nothing to do with his father's matter... He isn't guilty of anything." Alexander said calmly.

Adrian sighed.

"I know, but he is his son." Adrian said absentmindedly.

"He is Evelyn's son too... If something happens to him, you'll lose her forever." Alexander said seriously.

Alexander left and left Adrian alone.

"Damn, why is everything tangled together?" Adrian said tiredly.

Alexander walked out and found Maro standing in front of the room, which surprised him a little.

"Alexander, I..." Maro said, but Alexander interrupted her.

"Don't worry, I won't say anything." Alexander said with a smile.

Maro looked at him. She was trembling badly.

"Mrs. Maro, please sit down. Don't worry, I won't tell anyone, I promise." Alexander said, calming her down.

"Alexander, believe me, I didn't know. Believe me." Maro said crying.

"It's okay. There's no reason for you to cry like this. You know I'm someone who keeps secrets very well." Alexander said with a smile.

"I know, my son. I'm just scared." Maro said, holding his hand.

"It's okay, Mrs. Maro." Alexander said with a smile.

"Come on, let's go to your room. You need to rest." Alexander said, holding her hand.

"Thank you, my son. I'll never forget this." Maro said with a smile as she wiped her tears.

"It's okay. You're like a mother to me." Alexander said, and they walked away.

Adrian left Marcus's room to let him rest for a while and went to Kaimar and Rami. They were still unconscious. Jack came and threw cold water on them, making them wake up in panic.

"What? What?" Rami said, looking around.

He looked around to find only a dark room and three guards standing in front of them. There was only a little light in the middle of the room.

"What's happening?" Kaimar asked, feeling extremely dizzy.

The two men's faces could not be seen because the light didn't reach them.

Rami looked at Kaimar.

"What's happening, Kaimar? Who are they?" Rami asked, his voice trembling.

"How would I know?" Kaimar said nervously.

"See? I told you it was a stupid idea, damn you." Rami said, clearly crying.

"What does that have to do with me?" Kaimar complained to Rami.

"Shut up." One of the men said as he stepped toward them.

His face appeared. He was a stranger to both of them. They didn't know him at all.

"Who are you, and why did you kidnap us?" Rami asked fearfully.

"Oh... Are you scared now? Weren't you about to commit murder?" Jack asked with a frightening smile.

"What? I have nothing to do with this. Believe me, I told him we should only scare Marcus, but he lost his mind at the last moment." Rami said nervously.

"Yaaaa... Are you blaming me?" Kaimar said to Rami.

"Who else should I blame? Me?" Rami asked, looking at him angrily.

"Please, sir, we won't do it again. Please let us go, and we won't tell anyone anything. We promise you." Rami said fearfully.

Jack smiled sideways, and someone else entered the room. Neither of them recognized him either.

"Oh, the Disney princesses are awake." Dominic said sarcastically.

Jack smiled as he looked at them.

"I wonder what we'll do with them." Jack said provocatively.

Rami and Kaimar began looking at each other in fear.

"What do you think about selling their organs?" Dominic said coldly.

Rami and Kaimar became frightened.

"Who are you? Let us go, please..." Kaimar said, almost crying.

"Oh... Are you about to cry?" Dominic asked with fake drama.

"We're very sorry... We didn't mean it... I wasn't conscious." Kaimar said, trembling.

"Yes, yes... He wasn't conscious. We only wanted to joke." Rami said fearfully.

"A joke? Why, are you teenagers? I mean, these are the actions of a teenager who was jealous of someone." Jack said coldly.

He grabbed the knife, and Kaimar began looking at him.

"Please... We... We're only twenty years old." Rami said, crying and trembling.

"Tsk, tsk, tsk, tsk... Should we feel sorry for them, Jack? Ah, they're only twenty years old." Dominic said, laughing.

"Sir, I beg you, spare us." Kaimar said, trembling and nervous.

"Ah, if it were up to me, you'd be dead and thrown into the forest by now, young man... But we'll let the boss decide your fate." Jack said coldly.

"What? The boss? Who is he? I mean, who are you people?" Kaimar asked, trembling.

He was extremely nervous, sweat running down his forehead, his heart beating hard. Jack looked at him coldly and simply said,

"He's... Mr. G." Jack said with a sideways smile.

Rami and Kaimar were deeply shocked. They looked at each other. Mr. G was very well known.

"What? Mr. G? The mafia boss?" Rami asked in shock.

They didn't understand why Mr. G would kidnap them.

"Exactly." Dominic said, looking at them.

"What can we do so he won't do anything to us? Please, my mother only has me." Rami said, crying badly.

They knew how dangerous this Mr. G really was. Jack was about to hit Kaimar. Kaimar closed his eyes, but someone's voice stopped him.

"That's enough." Adrian said from a distance.

Kaimar opened his eyes. The two men found them bowing to that person. He had to be the boss.

Kaimar began sweating and breathing heavily, just like Rami. The room was dark, so they still couldn't see his face. He began walking toward them, and their hearts nearly stopped. They could only see his legs.

"We're going to die, and all of this is because of you." Rami said crying.

Kaimar looked at him with nervousness and fear.

"I didn't know we'd face this. Please believe me. I also didn't plan to kill him. I only wanted to hurt him, just a small wound. Believe me." Kaimar said with tears in his eyes.

Rami looked at him.

"So what? Look where you got us." Rami said crying.

He looked forward. That person was looking at them, but his face could not be seen.

"Sir, please spare us. We're very sorry." Rami said crying.

"Yes, please let us go, and we won't tell anyone anything." Kaimar said trembling.

The person standing in front of them laughed. The situation was strange.

"Oh my God, how much I've been looking forward to this moment... The moment you discover everything..." the person said sarcastically.

The voice was familiar, but they couldn't tell who it was because they were afraid. None of them understood what he meant.
