Chapter 61

"I like sister Elvira's character," Austin complimented her, flashing a prominent gaze at her entering the changing room.

"This is not her real character. She went through a lot for this." With a concerned, edging voice, Leonid unveiled the reality.

"What do you mean?" Asked to Austin. He appeared so conflicted.

Slamming the table surface once, Leonid declared with a bright face, "I have an idea."

"What?" Austin presented a clueless behold.

"You just don't show up there!"

"Where?"

Leonid walked off the coffee shop.

At night, once the clock ticked 11:00 p.m. at Elvira's house, the doorknocking sound pulled Elvira back from going towards the bedroom. She approached the door with a sceptical glance. Peering through the hole, she found Leonid drunkenly knocking on the door, moaning, "Open the door, wife."

She inhaled annoyedly, as if she smelt his acting.

"I know you aren't drunk. So just leave." She declared sloppily, expecting his response. Her leaden smile on her lips was gallery-proof for it.

"Please, love. I couldn't even stand still." Leonid pleaded by exposing his adorable face, which was enough to bargain with Elvira.

Letting out a tensed sigh, she twirled open the door.

Acting like drunken, Leonid leaned over her like Lev did yesterday. In the blink of an eye, Elvira slid away, causing Leonid to kiss the floor desperately.

"Ooo..." Elvira enjoyed the show, framing the face like she felt bad for it.

Leonid groaned in pain, rolled back, and gave a disgruntled glare up at her as she bit her smirk right away.

"Did it hurt?" With a sarcastic tone, she teased him.

He was done with her. Putting a pull stop to his acting, he stood up and tried to yell at her frowning, "Ch-"

"Shh..." He hushed in pain instead.

Her sarcastic face turned into solicitude immediately. Her hand raised automatically towards his nose, which had a mild scratch about to discharge blood.

He kept groaned in agony once after glimpsing her conscious-pouring face. "It hurts," he groused.

She anxiously bit her lower teeth and hesitated to soar his wound. "One sec!" She hurried inside the house, leaving him there.

A broad smile was born in his face, but it was forced to be controlled as it brought agony with rapture. He went inside and took a seat on the sofa as Elvira came back with the first-aid-kid box.

She put that first-aid kid box at the sofa table. Leaning front towards him, she began to clean the wound with cotton.

Fixing his eyes on her admirable face, which was precipitating contraction, he went numb for the pain.

She finished off with a pandage and took back the first-aid-kid box.

As she veered around to put back the box, Leonid dragged her onto him by her waist. She ended up sitting on his lap, his hands locking her waist, sensing she would find a way to escape.

To his surprise, she seemed so calm except her breath, which was taking a bit of time to exhale.

"Is she mad?" A question raised in his head.

Landing his side cheek over her back shoulder, he tightened the hug further. It was the time he was terrified, realising she was breathing angrily instead of taking action. He quickly pulled back his head and released her, excusing, "My throat feels soar."

She stood up and went inside with the box without even turning back. Only then did his horrified feeling flew away through his sigh.

She came back. With serious looking, she commented, "Get out! I need to sleep."

"But you let Lev stay here all night," Leonid jogged her mind.

She clicked her tongue. "So what?" She voiced authoritatively.

"Then are you going to choose him?" He asked, going towards her. There was apprehension swinging in his face as he got closer to her.

Standing facing her at close, he repeated, "Are you going to choose him?"

She breathed annoyance. However, her trembling eyelashes enunciated that she wasn't able to act rude to him when he was so close that even his breath could embrace her lips.

"How can you cheat on me?" He voiced mad.

"Cheat?" She was clueless.

"Yes!" He raised his voice, punched the wall near her hand, and startled her. "We were married couple once." He dictated with outrage-seething eyes.

"That was in the future," Elvira scornfully scuffed.

"Still it's matter to me," he strictly warned. He interlocked her hand despite her intended to escape.

She eyed down and failed with stopping him.

He interlocked her other hand too, observing her complicated gasp. He then aroused it above her head, commenting, "Look into my eyes." His voice had held an authority towards her.

She swallowed the hesitation and gazed into his eyes.

"Stop me if you dare!" He intimidated her.

Knowing that she wasn't able to stop him, her Irish shivered in shock and frantic sat on her face. Noticing his kissable, velvety lips getting closer little by little, her gasp went crazy.

"No!" She told him in her mind, visibly sacred, to accept his behaviour; however, somewhat, she resisted stopping him despite having choice.

His hot breath embraced her lips gently. She breathed heavily. Her lips stammering to speak.

He almost reached hers.

"No!" She screamed in her thought, shutting her eyes.

He felt an intensive headache suddenly and laid back quickly. As she was standing with closed eyes, he fainted in front of her after going through a heavy head spin.

She bang opened her eyes as soon as a thudding sound hit her ear.

"Leonid!" She flustered and checked his pulse without delaying.

"Leonid!" She tried to wake him up. This time she didn't even send her mind to think he must be faking it but believe it blindly, knowing he won't fake when he was at the opportunity to get her back.

"Leonid!" She voiced sobbing, seeing his unresponsive body.
