Chapter 85: A date in red

The sun woke Aysel, she stretched her legs under the sheets. Rolling over, she looked at Ruan. He was already out of bed, pulling a black shirt over his head. He checked his gun and slid it into his waistband with a loud click. His face looked hard and angry, as if he was ready for a fight.

"What are you doing?" Aysel asked, sitting up and rubbing her eyes.

Ruan turned to her. "I’m getting ready. We’re going hunting today, we promised to find my mother. I called Cole to get the cars ready."

Aysel glanced at the window and listened to the ocean waves crashing outside. She felt calm, the anger was gone, the fear in her chest had vanished.

"Take the gun out," Aysel said softly.

Ruan frowned and walked over to the bed. "What do you mean?"

"Take it out, Ruan. We aren’t hunting anyone today."

"Aysel, we made a plan last night," Ruan argued, crossing his arms. "She is out there, I need to put a bullet in her head."

"I don’t care," Aysel replied. She stood up and walked to him, resting her hands flat against his chest. "If we spend our days chasing her, she wins. We’ll just be angry and scared all the time. I don’t want to live like that anymore."

Ruan sighed and put his hands on her hips. "She killed our baby, Aysel. I want her to pay."

"She will pay," Aysel promised, looking deeply into his dark eyes. "But I won’t let her steal my happiness too. She wants us to hide, she wants us to be miserable. I want to live my life. I want to go outside, eat good food, and laugh with my husband. Let the police and your guards look for her. I’m done worrying."

Ruan stared at her, seeing the truth in her face. He recognized her strength. Slowly, he pulled the gun from his pants and placed it on the nightstand.

"You’re sure about this?" he asked.

"I am sure," Aysel smiled, wrapping her arms around his neck. "Take me on a date, Ruan. A real date. No bodyguards at our table. Just you and me."

Ruan smiled back, the anger leaving his eyes. "Put on a nice dress. I know exactly where we are going."

They drove into the city that night. The restaurant was on the top floor of a tall building, with city lights shining far below them. The waiter led them to a private booth at the back of the room. It was dark and quiet.

Ruan ordered red wine and steak, he focused on Aysel, who wore a tight red dress that hugged her curves. Her hair fell softly over her shoulders.

"You need to stop staring at me," Aysel laughed, taking a sip of her water. "People will think you want to eat me instead of the food."

"Let them think it," Ruan smirked, reaching across the table to hold her hand. "You look beautiful in red. It drives me crazy."

"You look pretty good yourself," she teased.

They enjoyed their food and talked about everyday topics, avoiding any mention of Arthur, the island, or the poison. For a few hours, they felt like a normal married couple having a good time.

However, Ruan’s gaze kept drifting to her chest. His thumb rubbed the back of her hand. The tension grew hot and heavy between them. Aysel felt wetness pooling between her legs. Every time he smirked, her stomach flipped.

"I need to use the restroom," Aysel whispered, her voice slightly shaky.

"Hurry back," Ruan replied, his voice sounding rough.

Aysel stood and walked across the restaurant. The restroom was down a hallway. She pushed open the door and entered an empty bathroom that smelled of Riggs freshner. She walked to the mirror to touch up her lipstick and took a deep breath, feeling alive.

Then the door clicked shut behind her. The lock turned with a snap.

Aysel jumped and turned quickly.

Ruan stood leaning against the door. He locked it, took off his suit jacket, and dropped it on a chair in the corner. He began rolling up his sleeves.

"Ruan," Aysel gasped. "What are you doing? This is the women’s bathroom!"

"I don’t care," Ruan growled, walking towards her like a hungry wolf. "I couldn’t sit at that table for one more minute. Not with you wearing that dress and looking at me like that."

He grabbed her waist and lifted her onto the sink counter. Her legs parted automatically to let him stand between her thighs.

"Someone will come in," Aysel whispered, her heart racing.

"The door is locked," Ruan assured her.

He leaned down and kissed her hard. His tongue pushed into her mouth, tasting of wine and mint. She grabbed his hair, kissing him back fiercely and moaning into his mouth.

Ruan's hands slid up her bare thighs. He pushed the red dress up to her waist. He didn't bother taking her panties off, he just pushed the thin lace to the side.

"You are so fucking wet," Ruan groaned. He rubbed his thumb right over her clit.

Aysel let out a sharp cry, she threw her head back. "Ruan, please."

He leaned down and kissed her neck. He bit the soft skin there gently. His fingers slid inside her pussy. He pushed two fingers deep into her core, she was dripping wet, he pumped his fingers in and out fast.

"You want it?" Ruan asked. His voice was a harsh whisper against her ear.

"Yes," she begged. She scratched his back through his shirt. "Give it to me right now."

Ruan unzipped his pants and pulled his thick, hard dick out. He grabbed her hips to hold her steady on the counter.

"Wrap your legs around me," he ordered.

Aysel wrapped her legs tight around his waist. Ruan pushed his hips forward, he sank his dick deep into her tight pussy in one smooth thrust.

Aysel bit her lip hard to stop herself from screaming. He filled her up completely. It felt so damn good.

Ruan pulled back and thrust hard. The counter was cold against her back, but his body was burning hot. He set a fast, dirty rhythm. Flesh slapped against skin loudly in the quiet bathroom.

"Fuck," Ruan hissed through his teeth. He grabbed her breast through the red dress. He squeezed the soft flesh hard. "You feel so good, Aysel."

She met his hard thrusts with her own hips. The pleasure coiled tight in her belly, she was so close to releasing.

Suddenly, the bathroom door handle rattled loudly.

"Hello?" a woman's voice called out from the hallway. "Is anyone in there? The door is stuck."

Aysel froze. Her eyes went wide with panic. She slapped her hands over her own mouth to trap her moan. She stopped moving.

Ruan didn't stop.

He just smiled a wicked, dirty smile, he looked right into her panicked eyes. He pushed his dick even deeper into her cunt.

"Keep quiet, baby," Ruan whispered right in her ear.

He thrust hard and fast. Aysel squeezed her eyes shut. The danger of getting caught made the pleasure spike higher, her tight walls clamped down hard on his dick.

"Hello? I need to use the restroom!" the woman yelled. She banged her fist on the door.

Aysel shattered, she came so hard her whole body shook. She bit down hard on her own hand to muffle her loud cry. Ruan groaned low in his throat, he did three more fast, deep thrusts and spilled his hot seed deep inside her core.

They stayed frozen together. Ruan breathed heavily against her neck.

The woman outside muttered an angry curse, her heels clicking away down the hall, she gave up and left.

Aysel let out a shaky breath, dropping her hands from her mouth. "You are crazy."

"You love it," Ruan smirked, kissing her nose. He pulled out slowly and zipped his pants.

He helped her pull her red dress down and wiped a smudge of lipstick from her chin with his thumb.

"Let’s go pay the bill," Ruan said, grabbing his jacket. "I want to take you home to my bed."

Aysel smiled, feeling her cheeks heat up. Ruan unlocked the door and peeked out. The hallway was empty, and they slipped back to their table as if nothing had happened.

Ruan tossed some hundred-dollar bills on the table. Hand in hand, they walked out of the restaurant. The cool night air hit Aysel’s face, and she felt happier than she had in months.

As they made their way to the car in the parking lot, Ruan pressed the button on his keys to unlock the doors.

But as Aysel reached for the door handle, her phone buzzed inside her purse.

Pulling it out, she saw a text from an unknown number.

She opened the message.

It was a picture of her and Ruan, sitting at their table, laughing over steak. The photo had been taken from outside the window just twenty minutes ago.

Aysel’s blood ran cold as she read the brief message beneath the photo.

You look beautiful in red, Aysel. Enjoy your date, I am right behind you.
