Chapter 158: Chapter one-hundred and fifty eight

"isn't this your father's house?" Eliana turned to her husband and asked. Pointing at the car window.

"Yes. It is. Well... It is now mine. It is the same house I grew up in. I have a lot of memories in this house." Jace confirmed. They were all sitting at the back of the vehicle and Carlos drove them.

Eliana had been to the house only once. The time she came after Jace's father passed away. "It kind of looks different from the last time I saw it." She turned to Jace and said.

"That is because some renovations were done to it." Jace explained.

The car came to a halt at the driveway of the mansion.

It's been a month since Eliana agreed with Jace's suggestion to move to a bigger house. He used the one month to make all the necessary adjustments and renovations he felt the house needed. They finally moved to the house after a month.

"Woah... Mummy, are we going to leave here now?" Amelia asked, turning to her mother from the car window she was looking at.

"Yes, sweetie. This will be our new home. You will have a bigger room now." Eliana said.

"A swimming pool too." Jace added.

Amelia gasped in surprise. "A swimming pool? Where is it?" She looked out the window again and asked.

The door was then opened by one of the bodyguards from another car. The family stepped out of the car. Amelia was gawking at the building.

Eliana held on to Liam. With mouth open, she turned to Jace. "Hubby, are you sure this place is not too big for us?" Eliana asked. "I mean maintenance of this mansion is not going to be easy for two housemaids -"

Eliana's speech was halted by what she was met with. More house helps came out of the house and stood by both sides of the stairs, leading to the main entrance. They were all in uniform of black and white.

Eliana turned to her husband, with her mouth agape.

"Way ahead of you, love." Jace said and pecked her forehead. He then turned to Amelia and said, "come on berry. Let's go and check out your new room."

Amelia excitedly gave Jace her hand and they all walked in the direction of the door. The maids greeted them with a bow as they walked into the building.

"Wow! It's so big, daddy." Amelia exclaimed when they walked into the vast living room area. "Where is my room daddy? Where is it? Where is it?" Amelia eagerly asked, pulling Jace's hand continuously.

"Ok. Ok. Sweetie, calm down." Eliana said.

They all walked to the staircase. They turned to the left wing of the house and kept going straight. There were three bedrooms on that side and then four on the other side.

"Here we are." Jace said, putting his hand on the handle of the door. He then turned to Amelia, who looked very eager for the door to open and said, "Are you ready, berry?"

"Yes. Yes I am." Amelia said, moving closer to him.

Jace and Eliana chuckled. "Ok." Jace said and opened the door.

Amelia walked in the room with wide eyes and her mouth reached from ear to ear. "Woah! This is beautiful." She exclaimed, taking gradual steps.

The room is painted in two shades of pink. Light and dark shade of pink. Then a little touch of with here and there. There is a white cabinet with several layers by the side of her medium bed. The bed is covered in a duvet that has paintings of strawberries. While the cabinet has a set of toys arranged on it. There is also a reading table after the cabinet. It has a computer on it.

Amelia gasped at the sight of the desktop. "Is that mine too?" She pointed towards the computer.

"Yes, Berry." Jace said, putting a hand on her head. "Go check it out." He encouraged her.

"Everything is so beautiful. I love it. I love it all." Amelia said before running in the direction of the computer, she sat on the chair and started the device.

Eliana who is holding on to baby Liam, kept looking around the room. "You went all out. This is too much for her." She began.

"No it is not. My children deserve the best." Jace said. He pecked Eliana's lip and kissed sleeping Liam's head.

Eliana smiled at that. They might have not made it official on paper for Amelia to be his daughter. That did not stop him from being as fatherly as he would be with his own child. Eliana thought about it and wanted to make Amelia, Jace's legal daughter. She knows Jace would be honored with that and he deserves it anyway. But at the same time, she has to get the consent of her real father, Axel. That is the part she wasn't sure about. Would Axel be okay with it?

"Wifey, come on, let's tour the rest of the house. I know you have been to the house but a lot has changed." Jace said and stretched his hand to her.

Eliana took the hand but then turned to Amelia and asked. "Sweetie, come on, let's see the rest of the house."

"You go ahead, mummy, daddy. I want to do this now." Amelia said, her attention still on the computer game she is playing.

"Berry, you haven't even seen the pool." Jace pointed out.

From the mere mention of the pool, Amelia stopped what she was doing and turned to the side of the chair. She came down from the chair and said, "Oh yes. The pool. Can I go for a swim now?" She asked after getting off the chair.

Jace and Eliana laughed. "Not just yet, Sweetie. We can see it for now." Eliana said.

The girl agreed and they all went out of her room to explore the rest of the mansion.

The room close to Amelia's, is Liam's nursery. It is painted mostly in blue. His changing area is next to his baby crib. There is also a rocking chair by the other side of the bed.

Eliana put sleeping Liam down and a nanny was called to be with him as they went on with their tour of the house.

The third room of the left wing is the master bedroom. It is at the far end from Amelia's and Liam's rooms. They walked to the room.

"I love it." Eliana said.

"I am glad you do. I made sure everything was done according to your taste." Jace said to Eliana, his hand resting on her back.

The master bedroom was kept simple. Except for the massive bed in the room, the dresser was not too big. Their walk-in closet was full of clothes and other items.

"When did you have time to do all this, hubby?" Eliana asked. Referring to the clothes in the closet. Because the bags they came with were still in the living room. But then their closest already had their clothes in it. That means he bought them new clothes.

Jace shrugged before saying, "One month is more than enough to get a lot of things done."

Eliana chuckled, laying on Jace's shoulder. Amelia left to see the pool with Carlos. She couldn't wait and her parents were still exploring the interior of the house.

They later went to the right wing of the mansion, where there were five bedrooms.

"These will be for the kids." Jace said when they got there.

Eliana turned to face him, abruptly. "What kids?" She said with wide eyes.

Jace laughed and kissed her forehead. "The ones you are going to give me soon." He said.

"Hubby, there are five rooms here." Eliana pointed out.

"Exactly. Five more to go. I have to bring my A game on if I want to achieve that as soon as - Aww" Jace exclaimed when Eliana punched his hard chest.

"Wifey, you will have to pay for that, soon." Jace said in a seductive tone before pulling Eliana back to his frame. With a list eye's, he looked straight into her eyes. "I want to have more little of you running around. Everyday. All the time. I want to have as many children as possible with you." He lifted her chin as he spoke.

Jace's action sent shivers down her body, especially between her legs. 'Not now.' she reminded herself. They haven't been together since she gave birth. She knows Jace needs her but he is trying his best to keep it together until she is ready. She feels like she can't help it anymore.

"Come on wifey. There is more to see."Jace's voice broke her chain of thoughts. He gently pulled her towards the stairs and they went back to the living room.

Eliana noticed how a lot of things have changed even from the inside from her last visit. There used to be different furniture and dining tables. The new ones now looked more modern and less fancy. Everything fits perfectly and beautifully.

"It's perfect. I love it. Everything." Eliana said as she drool over the beauty of the place.

"Wait till you see the kitchen." Jace said, knowing she would definitely love what he has done with that part of the house.
